Fairmont Doha

This was our second stay at Fairmont Doha, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made our experience even more special. From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of excellent - truly five-star hospitality at its finest! Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The luxurious ambiance, impeccable service, and warm hospitality make Fairmont Doha our top choice. We had so much fun and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended! 🙌🏻💯

I wanted to highlight our expression of satisfaction and to mention among different stages as check-in, concierge, restaurant, indoor pool, 2nd floor outside pool, room service, IT department and in suite dining, some names who stood in front of everybody else.||Therefore , and above all it was Miss Abir, that encountered us from the very beginning and beside explaining all facilities of the establishment, guided us toward our room ! Absolutely perfect welcome. Then Phiona and Adrian of the 2nd floor pool and finishing with Christian at the check-out proceedings.||All in all, the personnel is absolutely adorable, perfectly mannered, helpful and naturally smiling through their tasks. Sincere congratulations to all the staff !

We, my wife and I, are in Doha and Fairmont for 4 nights. We feel very comfortable here. The room is very luxurious, quiet, clean and comfortable. All employees are extremely friendly and fulfill every wish. Especially at the rich breakfast we were greeted by Mrs. Sharlene and Mrs. Veronica every morning with a bright smile and well cared for. We will be back!

Had an amazing 3-day stay at Fairmont Doha with my family. From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. The hotel is just as stunning as the photos, and the service was top-notch. There’s no beach yet, but we heard one is coming soon, which will make the experience even better. Honestly, everything about our stay was flawless—couldn’t have asked for more!

Unbelievably fantastic menu. Second time here and you could choose anything and you won’t be disappointed. Bella, our table server. Was amazing. She knows her menu inside out. She is attentive without being obtrusive. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

This was an amazing experience, Hajrah was so accommodating!! She ensured we were happy and went beyond. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! Everyone had a warm welcome and bright smiles. The high tea was amazing, each bite was a new experience.

Overall we had a lovely time and enjoyed the experience at the hotel and Doha. The building is indeed stunning as is all the decor. We were extremely disappointed that the “hotel within a hotel” did not fully materialise. Yes there’s a lovely pool for ‘Gold’ where the staff are superbly attentive, ensuring all guests are well looked after. A very personal touch. Had breakfast been available there or a similar location as advertised it would have been 10*. Though breakfast is fabulous there was no intimacy and it felt horrid. We were told that we could have room service breakfast which we did twice, but it wasn’t clear that we had to pay for the room service. The reception manager did sort this out, when we decided we were not paying the service charge. Despite being fine, it wasn’t the same as dining in a small location. We didn’t bother with breakfast on one occasion as neither option was really worthwhile. Sunset drinks in the Provok lounge were great. Staff superb. As is the view.

His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. He ensured every meal was perfectly presented and delivered on time. The amenities provided were of the highest quality, enhancing the overall experience. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended!
