Our stay at the Fairmont Hotel was once again absolutely fantastic! This was our second time here, and the experience was once again first-class. We would particularly like to highlight the exceptional friendliness of the staff. Special praise goes to Imran, who took excellent care of us at breakfast. He was always attentive, friendly, and made our mornings special. Mohammed also deserves a big thank you for ensuring our well-being at the gold pool during our stay. It is these special details and the excellent service culture that make the Fairmont such an outstanding place. We highly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay at the Fairmont.

I just wanted to share how amazing our stay at Fairmont Doha was! From the moment we arrived walked in, the hotel had the most beautiful scent — fresh, elegant, and so calming. I wish I knew exactly what fragrance it was because it made the whole place feel so luxurious and relaxing , every single person we met was so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Hussain in reception , who was honestly one of the nicest and kindest people I’ve met. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and even arranged an extra bed in our room so quickly and effortlessly. His warmth and kindness truly made our stay feel special. To all the staff, thank you so much — every single one of you were wonderful. The service was so quick, attentive, and thoughtful, and everyone who cleaned our rooms did an amazing job. Everything was always spotless and beautifully done.We really appreciated it everyday. The only names we knew of the room service people were Yaqoob and Daffa but everyone who did it was amazing Fairmont Doha, you have such an incredible team — thank you all for making our stay unforgettable. Wishing everyone there all the best, and I can’t wait to come back! ✨

I recently spent two wonderful days at this hotel, and my experience was truly amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I especially want to thank Ahmed, Adonis, and Nadia for their outstanding support, warm hospitality, and professionalism. Their friendly attitude and excellent service made me feel so welcome. The service was faultless, and the customer care was top-tier. Not a single complaint; we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The room and facilities were excellent — comfortable, beautifully designed, and maintained to a very high standard. Every interaction with the staff was positive, but a few individuals truly stood out. Sulaiman greeted us warmly upon arrival, escorted us to our room, and took the time to show us around — such a great first impression. Adil from housekeeping was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and ensured our room was always perfectly stocked and spotless throughout the day. Abdullah, the lifeguard at the pool, made sure we were well looked after and provided an amazing experience poolside. A special mention also goes to the front-of-house and security team, who were always ready to help us arrange transport and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend the Fairmont Doha for couples, families, or anyone looking for true luxury and exceptional service. This hotel exceeded all our expectations — we would definitely stay again!

My experience here at Doha Fairmont hotel was an experience of a life time. When we first walked in we were welcomed by Sulaiman who greeted us with respect. We had many laughs together and he made our whole experience better. He was consistently checking on our wellbeing and always willing to assist us in all our needs.The supervisor/Oumeyma at breakfast made us feel very welcome and was very helpful with the children especially my niece. This made this experience more comfortable for us. The waiter/Mitha who works for Vaya was exceptional and provided us with the best service possible. Thank you for being very good to us and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Truly the best & most delicious breakfast experience I’ve had..each dish is made to order with a diverse and thoughtful selection. Provok restaurant is an absolute must visit! The food is exquisite and perfect for celebrating a special occasion . With breathtaking views of the city and stunning ambience and beautifully curated aesthetics. I felt completely relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the range of facilities the hotel had to offer. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with architecture that’s both elegant and inspiring. My room with its breathtaking views of the city and sea was nothing short of incredible. Thank you for going above and beyond to make my birthday celebration so memorable. I sincerely appreciate the warmth and care, and I look forward to returning in the near future.
