I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help . Especially one of the best staff member Shugyla. All that time with smiling face and welcoming service. I really enjoyed her work ☺️ I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a wonderful experience😘😘😘

I had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Hotel Doha, and I would like to share my sincere appreciation. I visited as a single guest representing the Ministry of Affairs, and from the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. I stayed in Room 1704, which truly impressed me. The room was very comfortable, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally quiet. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall ambiance. The welcoming greeting upon arrival was amazing, and all the staff made me feel valued throughout my stay. I would also like to commend the team at all the outlets, especially Provoc Restaurant upstairs — the view was absolutely beautiful, and the experience was outstanding. A special thank you to Shuzi for her warm smile, kindness, and for always making sure everything was taken care of. Her hospitality truly made a difference. I also extend my thanks to the concierge Amine, reception, and in-room dining teams Yousef and Lithan Although suite dining arrived quite late, the team did their absolute best, and I truly appreciate their effort and professionalism. I have no complaints at all, only gratitude. This was a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely return in the future. Thank you to the entire FairmontDoha team for such excellent hospitality. Stunning Hotel with Areas for Improvement The hotel is undeniably impressive in its design and overall presentation; however, there are several aspects where improvements could be made. While the welcome was warm, the reception area felt somewhat discreet and lacked prominence, which resulted in a slightly disorganised first impression. We were escorted to our room by Solomon, who was personable and courteous. However, the experience felt overly structured, resembling a show-home presentation, with an emphasis on features that felt unnecessary after a long journey. The room itself was spacious and elegantly appointed, with many thoughtful details. Nevertheless, the lighting and blind systems were not particularly intuitive and proved difficult to operate. The bathroom was beautifully designed and well equipped, although the automatic toilet appeared to function unpredictably. The absence of a minibar was notable and seemed unexpected for a hotel of five-star standard. Breakfast was exceptional, offering an extensive selection that was consistently replenished. Metah, our waitress, provided outstanding service and is a true asset to the hotel, standing out for her professionalism and attentiveness. However we didn’t appreciate the daily interrogation and questioning from the breakfast receptionist about whether we’d paid for breakfast or not. It was insulting and offensive. The pool and gym facilities were of an excellent standard, and the poolside staff were highly attentive, ensuring a consistently comfortable experience.

Nice hotel. We really enjoyed with my family. Here Kids club is very nice. Vaya restaurants breakfast one of the best. The restaurant is Provoke with beautiful view. From Guest experience team One girl named Shugyla she was nice for us . Also I wanted to say thanks to Amine from concierge. He is helpful

Nice experience for my birthday. Typical spa experience. Worth the money based on views and so forth. Although, I should have stayed longer and enjoyed the facilities based on the cost. It’s certainly on the pricey side. But, it’s something I wanted to do so I’m very glad. My masseuse was exceptional and she did a great job. I think they could do more for special occasions as I went on my birthday but didn’t ‘feel’ extra special or like it was a different day. Pretty basic, what you pay is what you get. Overall, Fairmont is a staple so happy for the experience but do be mindful of cost before attending.

It is well suited for couples, families, and business guests and is a reliable choice for luxury accommodation in Doha.

Our stay was amazing. Mitzi was no doubt the highlight of it! Having stayed at so many luxurious properties, she really shows what hospitality is. I loved also that the pool was heated. Overall a very nice property in Doha.

Even though the experience started off on the wrong foot, as the first rooms we were given had an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, we were later moved to another room where the smell was gone and everything was fine. On the other hand, the facilities are truly top-tier: the gym is spacious, well equipped, and offers a great sea view. Breakfast!! Probably my favorite thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Exceptional, and you never get bored because there is always something new to try.
