I had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Dubai. The service throughout my visit was excellent, with staff being attentive and always ready to assist. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.||||They allowed us an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. I reached to them and they arranged a small cake waiting for us in our room for my spouse’s birthday—it made the occasion feel extra special.||||The room itself was spacious, with modern amenities and intuitive controls that made adjusting lighting and temperature very convenient. Overall, it was a smooth and memorable experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Breakfast is good but cab be better

During checkout, Hope was equally professional and kind, ensuring a seamless departure. Housekeeping was consistently excellent — the room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. Concierge services were also top-notch, always available and eager to assist. The in-room technology was impressive and user-friendly, and the swimming pool experience was fantastic — clean, relaxing, and well-equipped. A truly memorable family stay!

I stayed at the Fairmont Dubai for 3 nights in July, choosing it mainly for its convenient location and as a base to explore the city. The hotel is in close proximity to the metro, which made getting around Dubai very easy.||A special thanks to the team for the upgrade — the spacious room was a blessing when travelling with a toddler who needs space to run around! Our room had a stunning view overlooking the Museum of the Future and the city skyline. The decor was tasteful, subtle, and the room was kept spotless throughout our stay.||Breakfast was a highlight — a lavish spread with something for everyone. From fresh fruits and breakfast pastries to made-to-order eggs and Indian specialities, everything was fresh and flavorful. Meals overall were tasty, and the staff in the restaurant were efficient and polite.||Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this was a wonderful stay with comfort, convenience, and great service. I will definitely choose Fairmont Dubai again whenever I’m back in the city.

Had a pleasant stay at Fairmont overall. However, the check-in experience could be improved — there was confusion regarding my prepaid breakfast, and with only two staff at reception, the wait was longer than expected. Clearer booking details and better coordination would enhance the guest experience.
