Fairmont Dubai

We truly had a 5-star stay at Fairmont Dubai. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and well taken care of. The staff were professional, kind, and always ready to help, which made the entire experience feel effortless. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with beautiful views and thoughtful details that made it feel luxurious but still relaxing. What really stood out, though, was the food—absolutely amazing. From breakfast to dining options, everything was fresh, flavorful, and high quality. You can genuinely tell they care about the experience they’re offering. The hotel’s location is also perfect, making it easy to get around Dubai while still feeling like a peaceful retreat when you return. Overall, Fairmont Dubai delivered comfort, great service, and incredible food all in one place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

My stay at the Fairmont Dubai had high and low points. The rooms themselves are top-notch and spacious with every amenity one could want. The location of the hotel also can't be beat. The metro station right in front of the hotel allows for quick access to all areas of the city. By crossing over the highway via the metro overpass you have access to the World Trade Centre where there are plentiful dining options. I had differing levels of services from the staff though. The doormen were all great and the concierge accommodated me with a rush dry cleaning job that was much appreciated. It was hard, however, to quickly dine for breakfast at the hotel since I didn't have a breakfast plan. The options were somewhat limited since I didn't want to order via room service and didn't want to eat at the buffet. I was instead directed to the lobby/reception area to order from an a la carte menu there. It didn't feel like a luxury experience to have to dine in a noisy area with people constantly coming and going due to checking in and checking out. Having more flexibility for hotel guests to just quickly pick up coffee and pastries would enhance hotel guests' overall experience. All in all, I had a great stay at the Fairmont Dubai and if I'm ever in Dubai again, I'd consider staying again. With some slight adjustments to their dining policies, I would give my highest recommendation.

From check in till check out it was a wonderful experience to stay in this hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and the beds are comfortable. The food delicious. Above all I would like to thank the Banquet Manager Jen and her assistant Mo for the flawless operation of our meeting in the hotel. Everything went smooth, nothing was too much we asked for and above all they were very kind and friendly. The hotel should be proud of having them in their team. Definitely a hotel to operate a successful meeting! Thank you to all the staff involved!!

I stayed at Fairmont Sheikh Zayed Road property recently, and the experience was fantastic. I would like to specially mention about Rashmi at the front desk, who offered a fantastic service deemed worthy of a 5 star hotel. She is very pleasant and made me welcome from the beginning. Room was very spacious. in house services were excellent. The gym and pool were excellent. Over all a fantabulous experience and would highly recommend. Shine on! Hope to see you guys soon/1

We enjoyed our stay at this five-star hotel in Dubai. The location is a major advantage, with a metro station right in front of the building, making it very easy to reach many parts of the city. The hotel appeared clean and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and professional. Our room had been recently renovated, was modern in style, and offered plenty of space. All in-room facilities worked perfectly, and the view of the Dubai skyline was excellent. The bathroom, however, was relatively small and did not include a separate shower. Housekeeping was generally good, though not always prompt—on one day, the room was only serviced in the evening. Breakfast was tasty and of decent quality, but the variety and size of the buffet didn’t quite live up to what we would expect from a five-star property. A nice feature of the hotel is the two pools on the 9th floor: one for enjoying the sunrise and the other positioned for the sunset. Overall, this is a solid hotel that offers good value for the price we paid. While it may not fully reach the level of an exceptional five-star experience, it provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had an excellent stay at the Fairmont Hotel Dubai in a two-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable — perfect for our stay. Everything was clean, modern, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel amenities and location were outstanding, and the service throughout our stay was truly top-notch. A special thank you to Mr. Waseem from the hotel staff for his exceptional hospitality and support. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made our experience even more memorable. We highly recommend Fairmont Hotel Dubai and would absolutely stay here again.

Exceptional service at Fairmont Dubai. Special thanks to Queenie Paz, Guest Experience Manager, for her outstanding support. Travelling from the UK with a toddler can be challenging, but Queenie thoughtfully arranged a toddler pram in advance, making our city exploration effortless. She also organised a room upgrade and ensured everything was perfectly in place on arrival. As a hospitality professional, I truly value service that is proactive, detail-oriented, and guest-focused — and the Fairmont Dubai team delivered this flawlessly. Overall, a very good experience at Thirsty Room. The ambience is well maintained, the crowd is decent, and it’s a great place to unwind, especially for hoteliers and professionals from the industry. I would especially like to recommend Suman for his professional attitude, attentive service, and warm hospitality, which truly enhanced the experience. One small area for improvement: currently, only Tiger Beer is available, which was a bit disappointing. Adding more beer options, especially with special discounts for hoteliers, would make the experience even better and more appealing. Overall, a solid sports bar in Dubai and definitely recommended. 🍻
