We had a wonderful stay. The staff was super helpful, they went all the ways to help us and making us feel home! They managed to help on every request! Moreover, the hotel was very clean, including the facilities and gym area. Despite the commercial, economic, financial, military, political, and social impact of the Russian Federation-Ukraine war upon the hospitality sector in Ukraine, the teams (those you see and those you don't) at the Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv continue to provide luxury and creative experiences for every guest. They do that every day despite the challenges. The level of service today remains what every other hotel in Ukraine seeks to provide in the best of times. The infrastructure is solid. The new menu at Marigold is creative. But, and this is stressed because it is so important- the teams make a hotel a five-star property. That's why I return. That's why I want to return.

In general an awesome hotel. The staff is polite, professional and generous. Rooms are very clean, perfect beds. The style is contemporary-luxury, so it grants a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was top notch and the service at the restaurant was splendid. Recommend choosing rooms with a river view for astonishing scenery. But if you want some rest and quietness - worth choosing atrium view. Worh considering your stay here.

Great 5-star hotel, although the standard is not fully met in some aspects. The breakfast, for example, is not very varied, although it is well-stocked. The central location is excellent, making the use of public transportation unnecessary for visiting the city. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comforts.

I had a nice experience in the hotel. Location is good, there was a view from the room to the river because of kind upgrade. Service is great, all the requests were done fast. I liked the breakfast, but it starts at 08:00 at the moment I stayed there. Special thanks to Roman, who made my experience of the breakfast very good. I stayed in the hotel 2 days, but he remembered my preferences and noticed details. Also people in parking are very nice and helpful.||There is restaurant only on the second floor. The service was good, but the choice of food is general with no specific cuisine.||Spa works at this time from 10:00 to 20:00, you need to book sauna 1 hour before. I didn’t have time to go there.||||My experience in Fairmont hotel is good.

I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, the security of its facilities including a bunker and its wonderful rooms. The Fairmont made sure we were able to focus on our work in safety. We were in this hotel for 4 nights. We were satisfied from the first contact. We had a room on the 9th floor overlooking the river. Absolutely amazing view. It slightly disturbs the noise from the highway, but the hotel can only influence it by replacing the windows, but the view balanced it. The staff helpful and helpful and the concierge arranged for us what we needed and was very helpful. Breakfast excellent and sufficient. There was just a small pool in the wellness, but we knew that on arrival. The restaurant was a big disappointment. The service was fine, but the food, which looked amazing on the plate, the tastes were completely unbalanced and completely overcharged. Basically, I was glad I ate it quickly. It's a shame, because this hotel deserves good cuisine. So if you want to eat well, choose another restaurant. The hotel bar is beautiful and with a good atmosphere. Despite the fact that the restaurant was the weakest link in the hotel, I give the full number. The restaurant cannot be evaluated separately.||Otherwise we will be happy to return to the hotel.

My first time back at the Fairmont for more than 2 years. Not many people staying in the hotel for obvious reasons. It was nice to see familiar faces among the staff. Service was excellent as normal. Hope to return sometime sonner than another two years.
