Breakfast at the Fairmont Jakarta was a wonderful way to start the day. The buffet selection was beautifully curated — from vibrant fresh juices pressed on the spot to buttery pastries, silky yogurt, and crisp salads. Every station looked inviting, and the overall atmosphere was calm and refined.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ary, whose warm welcome and impeccable timing made settling in effortless. The first recommendation of the morning was the fresh juice bar — and it did not disappoint. The tropical blends were refreshing, naturally sweet, and the perfect complement to the meal.
Among the Indonesian dishes, the batagor stood out with its generous filling and perfectly balanced peanut sauce. Nearby, the daging kalio was rich, tender, and full of deep spices — the kind of dish that makes you want to go back for seconds.
Later in the meal, Rafly stopped by with thoughtful attention and a friendly attitude that added to the experience. His check-ins ensured everything remained smooth without feeling rushed or interrupted.
The entire breakfast reflected Fairmont Jakarta’s high standards, but what made it memorable was the combination of exceptional food and gracious service. It’s the kind of morning that leaves you full, happy, and already planning a return.
