Fairmont Jakarta

A good hotel with a great location but lacking amenities to be a truly 5* experience for the price point. Overall, clean & comfortable, but no regular service by the pool. Poor insulation on the windows (noisy road), lace of ambiance really lends this to being a business hotel & not a luxury venue.

Stayed during Dewa's concert. It was packed, managed to meet few of the stars. Wohoo. But the highlight was the hotels commitment to accor holder member and their understanding of the recent situation in jakarta. Bought a red room which means no changes allowed but yet they understood what happened with the riot recently and allowed for reschedule. Thank you ms. Nanda who has been so kindly assisted me thoroughly. Regarding the hotel, it needs no introduction, its a fairmont. Their commitment for accor members must be applauded. They still managed to upgraded my stay although the hotel is packed. Thank you ms.Lala whom has making my process of checked in and checked out seamless without delay.

Staying here was truly enjoyable! The room was very comfortable, the location is strategic, and the staff are super helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Aru for helping with my luggage and quickly giving great recommendations for places to visit in Jakarta — always with a warm and friendly smile. This hotel is highly recommended!

I was greeted by friendly warm hospitality at the drop-off. While checking in, although there was a little glitch in finding my reservation) the staff was pleasant. I liked the room, it was spacious and comfortable and lighting is bright enough. The breakfast buffet spread was very sumptuous and staff were attentive. The only problem was the shower rose. It connecting joints were loosen and water was sprayinging everywhere. I had to use my palm to hold on to the lose part to get the water to spray out only from the rose. But my hair and face were still wet.

Room is spacious and very well kept. Service is excellent throughout my entire stay - everyone is so friendly and helpful, right from check-in until check-out. Pool is of medium size dotted with sun decks, nice to chill out. The gym isn't top notch but as a hotel gym, it serves its guests well. There are yoga/cardio classes every early morning (630/7am) free of charge, so you can start your day with a healthy dose of exercise. Breakfast service is good, plenty of choices although they didn't change any of the menu throughout my 6-day stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The breakfast was also great with plenty of variety and good quality food. Special thanks to Ary from the service team, who was extremely helpful and attentive during breakfast. His warm attitude and quick assistance really made the experience more enjoyable. Overall, a great stay — I would happily return

The hotel amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious spa and swimming pool to the diverse dining options, everything exceeded expectations.
