Room is spacious and very well kept. Service is excellent throughout my entire stay - everyone is so friendly and helpful, right from check-in until check-out. Pool is of medium size dotted with sun decks, nice to chill out. The gym isn't top notch but as a hotel gym, it serves its guests well. There are yoga/cardio classes every early morning (630/7am) free of charge, so you can start your day with a healthy dose of exercise. Breakfast service is good, plenty of choices although they didn't change any of the menu throughout my 6-day stay.

I just celebrated my wedding here! My overall experience staying at this hotel was fantastic. The suite room is very convenient to stay, the breakfast service was excellent, and all the hotel staffs were very kind! Would highly recommend staying at this hotel in the middle of Jakarta!

Every interaction was friendly and professional, and they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Staying at Fairmont during the year-end was absolutely amazing! The room was luxurious, the bed super comfortable, and the view was beautiful. They had a special year-end event, and the food — especially the special year-end dinner — was incredibly delicious. It truly felt like a five-star experience. I’d love to come back, even just to dine at one of their restaurants. Highly recommended for a memorable celebration!

Very good selection of food for dinner and dessert, definitely recommend coming here. Had our anniversary here and Abbas went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Great way to celebrate our 1 year anniversary!
