The buffet selection was beautifully curated — from vibrant fresh juices pressed on the spot to buttery pastries, silky yogurt, and crisp salads. Every station looked inviting, and the overall atmosphere was calm and refined. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ary, whose warm welcome and impeccable timing made settling in effortless. The first recommendation of the morning was the fresh juice bar — and it did not disappoint. The tropical blends were refreshing, naturally sweet, and the perfect complement to the meal. Among the Indonesian dishes, the batagor stood out with its generous filling and perfectly balanced peanut sauce. Nearby, the daging kalio was rich, tender, and full of deep spices — the kind of dish that makes you want to go back for seconds. Later in the meal, Rafly stopped by with thoughtful attention and a friendly attitude that added to the experience. His check-ins ensured everything remained smooth without feeling rushed or interrupted. The entire breakfast reflected Fairmont Jakarta’s high standards, but what made it memorable was the combination of exceptional food and gracious service. It’s the kind of morning that leaves you full, happy, and already planning a return.

Stayed here during Blackpink concert and it was a memorable experience. Hotel itself was luxurious and service was kind and warm. Just that a point minus as during our check out date, bellboy service was pretty slow and we had to lug all our luggage down by ourselves as we were rushing to the airport. Overall, our stay was a pleasant and memorable one and if we were to come back to Jakarta, we'd definitely stay at Fairmont again.

Luxury hotel with good amenities as well facilities. The location is strategic, easy access to mall, Plaza Senayan, and to sport hub GBK. The food was appetizing, the sashimi and the steak at the dinner was excellent. Must try their grill prawn and sate maranggi. The breakfast is full of choice and the taste all amazing. Overall amazing experience. Shout out to mba Ary for the hospitality🫰

I stayed at the Fairmont for 3 days and 2 nights. We initially booked a regular room and were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a larger Sky Suite. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned disappointing because the room was extremely noisy. Throughout the night, we could hear constant motorcycle and car engine sounds from outside. On top of that, the air-conditioning unit in the room made loud noises as well. It was noisy inside and out, to the point that we had to turn off the A/C entirely. As a result, we barely slept during our first night. We're grateful that the hotel team agreed to move us for our second night. However, one staff member truly stood out—Bu Ary from Spectrum, the breakfast restaurant. From the moment she greeted us at our table, she was attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful. Her exceptional service was the highlight of our stay.

I stayed at the Fairmont Jakarta in a room on the 20th floor — the city view was incredible! The hotel itself is stunning, but what really makes the difference here is the people. From the doormen and front desk to the spa, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Special thanks to the K22 team — the ladies there were amazing! Their attention to detail and kindness made my evenings on the rooftop unforgettable. Watching the Jakarta skyline with such great service was a real highlight of my stay. I’ll definitely be back — after this experience, the Fairmont Jakarta is an easy first choice for my next visit.

An amazing experience! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile, best regards to Ary. I especially loved breakfast buffet, pool area — it was truly exceptional. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the location is perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place!
