"Perched above the seafront on a steep, curved road, the Fairmont Monte Carlo is not necessarily the most luxurious or stylish place in the principality, but it’s a solid four-star choice, particularly for groups, conventions, and business travelers. The 602 rooms and suites vary in size, but all have comfortable, classic decor, necessary amenities, and some level of sea view. Just returned home from a magical weekend in Monaco. |The Fairmont Hotel has to be one of the best located hotels. We had a hairpin room and it did not disappoint, the view was spectacular. |The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was large and again very clean. |We had 2 double beds, a table and 2 chairs along with a suitcase table, a TV and a coffee machine and a kettle. The room was very spacious. We also had a balcony, but with it being December we only stood on it to admire the views. |We had breakfast in the hotel on both mornings which was delicious, we had a seat by the window and the view onto the sea was amazing. |The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were eager to help and provide us with tea and coffee. |I would definitely return to this hotel and for the car enthusiast the hairpin room is a must…..I’ve never ever seen so many supercars on one road. |The hotel is just a 10 minute walk to Casino Square so is very well placed.

My sister and I were there recently and we had a fabulous experience! We checked in with a gentleman named Santiago and he spoke Spanish to us and that made us so comfortable; he is knowledgeable and very professional. We appreciated him. The staff is all helpful and very kind. We also loved the restaurant, the breakfast buffet is delicious. Location could be better. Our room had a beautiful view, spacious, super clean and comfortable beds! Thank you all for making our experience so memorable!

Never being to Monte Carlo we thought this was a great deal. We love the Fairmont brand and to be quite honest, it did not disappoint. nice rooms. receptive staff. The roof top restaurant was a disappointment due to lack of culinary aptitude or just shitty menu and food (not sure why... breakfast was good). The pool was okay, excluding the non -stop construction that is Monte Carlo (build up). Gym was nice and the sauna good. Unfortunately, Monaco really had nothing to offer to tourist unless you want to gamble (I can do that from my phone) or shop (I can still do that from my phone). Monte Carlo is over priced and under delivers. If this city is to survive in the twenty first century they need to offer more than this. Very boring and antiquated. Will not return to Monte Carlo, however the hotel was nice.

I stayed at this hotel to celebrate a special occasion and was deeply disappointed with my experience. Despite booking with high expectations, our stay was marred by multiple issues. First, we couldn’t check in at the scheduled time as the room wasn’t ready. When we finally got in, we found vomit in the kettle, which not only was extremely unhygienic but also made the room stink. After calling down to report this we were given a replacement kettle. I had emailed several times and called internationally in advance to arrange a gift in the room as a surprise for the celebration —something I wanted to pay for. Despite multiple follow-ups, nothing was prepared. I had to request it again at reception on the first day and then after nothing happened I had to request again on the second day of our stay which ruined the surprise. The lack of responsiveness to emails, the poor hygiene standards including presence of vomit (!) and the poor handling of a simple request were shocking. This is far below the standards I expected. My experience left me feeling very let down. The hotel’s response to my feedback was pretty apathetic with an email received weeks later expressing how much they appreciated my feedback.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay in Fairmont hotel. It was not long - a couple of days only but I managed to relax. My room had a great sea view, was modern and clean and the breakfasts were delicious. The rooftop restaurant is absolutely amazing - I was lucky to watch fantastic sunrises. The hotel has really good location and I am happy with my choice.

This stay really was one of the highlights of our 6 weeks European holiday. We had two rooms for our family of 4. The kids loved being in the hairpin room and we had an upgrade with our Accor membership to a sea view suite. Still busy in the off season in December. Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was superb. Location was fantastic. Once we knew our way around, easy to get to by foot from the train station. Lucky to have the opportunity to have stayed here. Was sad having to eventually check out. Will be looking to come back.

The sea view from the room is fantastic. Just like in the cruise middle of the ocean. The room is clean and beautiful and it is much more beautiful than it advertised. The breakfast is good with variety of food. We will back again. The location is good and linked with the casino square and cafe de Paris. I made the right choice.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairmont Hotel Monte-Carlo, and we can only say positive things about it. From arrival to departure, the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious dishes that catered to every taste. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is close to important sights, restaurants, and transportation options, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I highly recommend the Fairmont Hotel and look forward to my next visit.
