One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Fairmont Riyadh! I was genuinely impressed by the level of elegance and the incredibly respectful service. From the moment I arrived, the valet took my car and luggage with such professionalism. Then I was warmly welcomed by Al-Otaibi, whose generosity and kindness truly touched me. I was honestly in a bad mood that day, but the staff completely lifted my spirits with their warm hospitality and exceptional service. The suite was luxurious, and to my surprise, they had prepared a beautiful birthday setup for me — it was heartfelt and unforgettable. The entire place was spotless and more stunning than words can describe. I would absolutely repeat this experience without hesitation. I recently dined at their in house Restaurant ‘The 365’ during their Saturday themed buffet night, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The theme was Japanese, and the variety and quality of the food were exceptional. From seafood to meats and international favorites, every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The hospitality truly stood out. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the chef personally walked me through the buffet, explaining each section and dish, which made the experience even more memorable. Beyond the themed items, the buffet also offered an extensive range of global cuisines, all prepared to perfection. The dessert counter was the highlight for me—elegant, delicious, and impressively diverse. Overall, it was worth every penny. Whether you’re going for a themed night or just to enjoy a high-end buffet, 365 delivers on food, service, and ambiance. Highly recommended!

I truly loved my stay at this hotel. Everything was handled with such professionalism and eleganc. Every request I made was fulfilled promptly and with care. What touched me the most was how they treated my mother – they sent a wheelchair along with someone to assist her all the way to the room. It meant a lot to us. Special thanks to the two ladies named Sarah at the front office (yes, two different people!) – both were incredibly polite, helpful, and carried themselves with such grace. I really appreciate their kindness and the way they made us feel welcomed.

I just want to say kudos to the spa team! The staff were absolutely amazing. I’ve been to many spas in great hotels, but this team truly stands out. A special thank you to Desmond, Jay, Ntando, and Alberto — the massage was incredible! And they nearly made me cry when they brought out a cake at the end of the treatment. It was my birthday, and they made it unforgettable
