Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakesh

A wonderful property for a few days golf. |From the rooms, the course, the restaurants, the spa to the exceptional staff, everything was five star. |We had a great few days and couldn’t find any faults with the hotel. |We ate in all of the restaurants, used the gym and spa, played 3 rounds of golf and even had a hair cut. All the staff were amazing, particularly Chakrami from guest services, Miriam from Oriental restaurant and our two brilliant and friendly caddies Karim and Asif. |Breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the world with a vast array of items to choose from. |The garden suite was huge and very well appointed.

Beautiful hotel set in stunning gardens. Service is extremely attentive and friendly. There is a large spread at breakfast to cater for all tastes. Otherwise we found the food in the restaurants to be expensive. ||We had very attentive and good service from Souad and Aziza in the housekeeping team, they checked to see if we needed any items, left us extra coffee pods and they also found a pool floatie for my son, which he really enjoyed playing with.

I had an amazing stay at the Royal Marrakech Fairmont, everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every single morning, and the service was fast and attentive. The golf course was absolutely stunning and a true pleasure to play. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was the best vacation I’ve had in a long time, and I would return in a heartbeat.

This was our 2nd time at the Fairmont. I will start with the positives: Overall a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious and overlook the golf course. The pool area is frankly stunning with a gigantic pool and a bunch of different areas with lounge chairs so you don’t feel crowded and can stay away from other guests should one want to. The food is pretty good. We thought the golf course was in very good shape and some of the caddies are excellent. |Now one major downside, this year we were on the 2nd floor so there was a floor above us. And unfortunately when people are moving around or cleaning the rooms the sound level is multiplied and it literally sounds like there is construction going on. The first night we were awoken at 3am by what we thought were people rearranging the furniture above our heads. In fact, it was people packing and leaving the room. When they cleaned the room the next afternoon, same thing, it sounded like construction. This is a major flaw in my view so I would definitely recommend staying on the top (3rd) floor. This is why I’m giving it a 4 star.

Outstanding hotel and golf resort located 12 miles out of the city with stunning views of the Atlas Mountains. Every member of the Fairmont team was OUTSTANDING - friendly , caring, helpful and genuinely wanting us to have a fantastic time. We met Michael the Regional GM and I shared our positive feedback at this 5 Star hotel and his amazing colleagues. Our caddy Shabir was really knowledgeable and helpful on the golf course. Food amazing in the restaurants especially the Lebanese/ Moroccan restaurant where the food was delicious. Highly recommended and much better than the hotels in Marrakech.

Thank you for the wonderful birthday experience I received! The hotel is beautiful, very well decorated. The room was beautiful as well, with a very confortable bed. There was plenty of activities to do there and the fitness center was great also. The guest experience was perfect! The staff was very listening which made my birthday special. We felt like we were in a palace. I will definitely come back to the Fairmont of Marrakech!

An unforgettable stay at the Fairmont Marrakech! From the moment we arrived, everything was pure perfection. The property is breathtaking, lush gardens, and views that make you stop in your tracks. I enjoyed the spa, a little oasis of its own… truly a must. Every detail was handled with care, and the service throughout our stay made us feel pampered from start to finish.
