"Thanks to an almost-outrageous number of windows, the scenery is practically indoors at this contemporary hotel on the harbor. Connected to the city's Convention Center, it has a location that's ideal for the intrepid businessperson who wants to explore downtown once the laptop is shut for the day. Rooms with dark cherrywood furniture and a palette of greens, blues, and sand are soothing—and even the bathroom had a window with a beautiful view that looks onto the North Shore Mountains, Stanley Park, or the skyline. At ARC Restaurant + Bar, the outstanding menu and atmosphere make it an especially nice place to eat late at night. Everything was lovely. Really appreciate the effort staff make. Pillows were perfect. View was gorgeous. Food was delicious. Can’t really provide any constructive feedback. I love coming to this hotel. It was business- but I left feeling rested.

Absolutely love this hotel. Staff are kind and efficient. Rooms are modern and large. We were in the corner room on the gold floor. Let's just say I didn't want to leave. The gold floor is amazing. Great food options available throughout the day and very quiet too.

We bought a bed and breakfast rate, and we were surprised. The room was spacious in a quiet spot. Everything that we needed for a weekend in Vancouver. The location is super close to downtown! Jeff (Front Desk) was fantastic and gave us a room ready before the check-in time. The only "problem" was that we did not know that making a reservation for breakfast would be necessary, so we waited a little bit. But it was nothing! We recommend it, and we would love to stay with you again! Thanks for the excellent service!

We arrived on time for check in (3pm) but our room was not ready. Vijay bent over backwards with alternate room options but we decided to wait since we were not in a hurry. To help with the wait Vijay gave us a couple of drink vouchers for the restaurant/bar. James served us and he too was exceptionally friendly. Amen at the bell desk was super helpful and was happy to store our bags while we waited. Steve at the front door got me a bike to ride and again, he was super helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night but the service was so exceptional we will return and most likely stay longer.

2 rooms Gold, love the pool, was warm and enjoyable in February!! Delicious food in the lounge and late check out is so convenient ! We had a fantastic city view on the 9th and 18th floor. Staff were very accommodating and nice to have Val a parking.

The hotel boasted spacious rooms and convenient access to the metro just across the street. Its beautiful outdoor pool added to the allure. Vijay provided exceptional assistance, addressing our inquiries and aiding us during check-out. Highly recommend this hotel if you want a centrally located option with excellent service and convenient access from the airport and cruise port.

The room we stayed in didn't feel like a $400/night room. The grout in the shower was overdue for a cleaning and the body wash was empty when we got there. The wifi password was also not obviously placed. You have to look at the back of your key. The service was great tho. We were accommodated when my credit was not working on a weekend and they allowed me to put down a $500 deposit by debit instead as the room was already paid. The location was perfect. Right across from our destination and in walking distance of many food options.

We chose Fairmont waterfront to spend our anniversary. It was a nice stay with great fine dining experience. Our reception staff AJ was very kind, helpful and was patiently answering our questions. He tried to make our stay comfortable and memorable. He provided us a room with a great view overlooking the ocean. I noticed the staff there are active and attentive throughout the day and focus on customer satisfaction.
