Went into the 17th Avenue location to purchase some books, while there i noticed a discrepancy on the price of one of their books, they were selling a visibly damaged used book for $5 more than what a new copy at chapters costs - I'd understand if it was a rare or hard to find book, but literally every chapters in the city carries the book. I went upto the young lady at the cash desk and pulled the information up on my phone to show her, and tell her that I think the book was mispriced, I was instantly given attitude, and she just shrugged like "yeah, so?", I felt this to be very rude, and I told her that she didn't have to cop an attitude with me, at which point she became even ruder with me and started to argue with me that she wasn't giving me attitude. All in all, I feel that this place lacks good customer service skills, or maybe just biased towards first nations individuals.
