So glad we visited here!
Such beautiful gardens and a very interesting house. The information throughout the house was clear and informative. However, the slave exhibition in the basement of the house was, for me, the most impressive feature. It was very well presented, offered great detail and although incredibly sad, an amazing presentation of such important and pertinent information.
We visited out of the main season so some of the 'attractions' such as cooking presentations and the gift shop were closed. We didn't use the swimming pool or bar, but they looked very clean and appealing.
Signs on the road to show which turning to take were non-existent (well we didnt see any) and the road leading up to the house was extremely treacherous / so bumpy and uneven. This is my 4th time in St kitts and I have never even heard of this house before - I discovered it by chance. I am so surprised that it is not more well advertised as a tourist attraction, as it is most certainly worth a visit.
