Fairview Hotel Kenya

Brilliant hotel. We stayed 3 nights in total before and after safari trip and were really pleased with our choice. The hotel grounds are stunning, a real oasis in the city. The staff and service is truly 5 star, everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Faultless. Food in the buffet and poolside restaurants was excellent. We were in one of the newly renovated garden rooms with a terrace near the pool and it was modern, comfortable and spacious, with air con, a mini fridge, iron etc. Also no problem for a late check out with IHG membership. Security was good and it felt a very safe, comfortable and friendly environment to relax in for a few days. There are some renovation works going on to upgrade some areas of the hotel but this wasn’t intrusive st all. We’d love to come back one day and see the finished result. Had a great time at Fairview. Thanks to Hellen at the reception for the warm welcome and making my son happy. Everything else was amazing we enjoyed dinner buy the pool. My son ordered fillet mignon which was cooked to perfection. Breakfast was great too side note (breakfast lady chef preparing eggs has a temper and attitude face which I don’t think aligns with IHG principles) She gave me rather an unpleasant experience which I didn’t appreciate. |Other than that everyone else was accommodating and very polite. |Thank you to the entire family at IHG especially Hellen.

Tranquility. Feels like you are in Maasai Mara without the lions. Check in was easy, recorgnised as an IHG Elite member. Stayed on the opposite side to the reception but access is easy. Had a peaceful sleep. Great if you a looking at a peaceful stay. Ibrahim was helpful in welcoming and explaining the amenities.

I was planning my baby's 3rd birthday and I decided to have it at Fair View Nairobi only to realize that I had made one of the best decisions ever! |The receptionist was so helpful and with great energy. She ensured we were comfortable in the cold weather to the extent of organising the fireplace for my baby just to keep us warm. You're a star Gertrude! |The staff at the poolside restaurant were also super amazing! They served us so well, ensured we were comfortable and even went to the extent to surprise my baby with happy birthday song making her day super memorable. Aaaw thank you team. Your warmth was felt throughout our stay. |The food was top notch too. |God bless you team Fair View! I'm definitely coming back again soon

We had a seamless training workshop. The meeting room -Atrium - was clean, well organizer, we had constant check ins by the service team on the level of comfort. |It is winter time in Nairobi and the room was nice and warm.|The food was very tasty and hot and there was a variety of snacks within the conference package.|Kudos to Enock and Emmanuel for ensuring that our 5 day convening was a success on the hospitality side.

the Food at the Fairview is soo good ,there is truly no need to leave the hotel. They have a large dining buffet that is amazing but the 24/7 outdoor restaurant they have in the front of the hotel has the best food! Lemon sea bass, The ribeye, a tender Lamb shank or chops, and probably the best pizza in all of Nairobi! For an added touch order the dawa with honey if your not feeling well or just want to have an amazing hot drink.

Surrounded by trees we almost felt like we were in a tropical paradise. The service is top notch and the amenities are great. The main highlight is the quality of the air you breathe due to the vegetation.

Stayed here for one night at the end of a safari. We had previously stayed there in 2019. The hotel is still beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. It’s a haven of tranquility in the middle of a busy city. It feels like it’s set back to a bygone era. Check in was quick and the front desk staff friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was very nice. Two twin beds, big bathroom, huge desk, other tables and chairs, safe and closet in room. The bed was very comfortable. AC unit in room. One restaurant was closed for renovations when we were there. The pool was nice as was the seating area around it. The entire hotel was very clean and neat. We had supper there and a breakfast there. Supper was delicious and very reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious with lots of choices, including many gluten free options. Every staff member was courteous and friendly and did a great job. From the front desk to the porters to the wait staff at the restaurants. We really liked our stay there and would absolutely stay there again. We would recommend it to anyone as a great hotel.
