Excellent service from both the staff front desk and concierge from the moment you walk into this place you are greeted with a warm smile and happy people. The service levels are some of the best we’ve experienced within our Africa trip. A special note goes out to the FNB manager. Chandhan, who helped ensure our day was seamless and that the catering was an exceptionally high standard. The food at the oasis restaurant beats some of the Indian restaurants in London and that says a lot. Really really good food reasonably priced and excellent service. The rooms are very spacious. The hotel is well placed well appointed with a variety of restaurants and Bars. Would definitely recommend you stay at this place it’s it’s well located and the service levels you want you will struggle to find anywhere else.

Hotel is very good .It looks like rainforest.Restaurant Asian fusion ,the food & the restaurant staff is very very good. Even the morning breakfast is good & the staff is always ready to make good of our choice dosas,puris,omelettes etc you name it & they serve us The whole breakfast staff are very efficient,you just move your head & they are there for you. My big thank you to the restaurant & hotel staff .🙏🙏.Rooms are good but few changes needed.Rest all good .👍👍👍.I m still a guest here.My room no 1005..

You have great staff, friendly, quick to serve and address customer needs. We have been at Fairway 3 times and we will be back in October 2025 again. Spent one night here at the end of our trekking and safari trip and loved the comfort and ambience. While it’s a bustling business hotel, there’s a fabulous pool area, comfy sun beds and lush gardens to escape from it all. ||Rooms are very large with comfy beds and powerful shower (a delight after staying in a few places where hot water was not guaranteed and a trickle of water fine for a body wash but a nightmare to wash long thick hair!) ||The breakfast is an excellent spread of fresh fruits, juices, salads & vegetables with a choice of hot Asian, African and English breakfasts and a delightful selection of cookies, brownies and pastries to set you up for the day ahead- the best of our trip.||While we tend to prefer exploring restaurants in any city we’re in, we ate twice in the Asian fusion restaurant & bar across from the hotel and the food was excellent each time with a wide variety of choice (and meant we didn’t need to deal with the stress of the local traffic at night or worry about uber drivers). Drinks are pricey (7,000 for a coke, 22,000 for house wine) but the atmosphere is charming and there was good live music the night we arrived. ||To top it off, there’s a beautiful family of friendly cats with cute kittens who wander around the lobby areas of the hotel like they own it! A fun taste of some domestic animals after all the wildlife & large animals.;)

I enjoyed my stay at Fairway hotel as always .|The hospitality from Fairway Hotel was paramount. Very delicious meals and cozy rooms. I will definitely visit again.|Before I forget,a very friendly front desk headed by carol who is always ready to assist. The Room was spacious and comfortable enough for both me and my partner and the baby too.||The Customer, Reception and Staff Services were all 99% Excellent and impressive. Keep it up and probably keep doing what your management is doing to keep both employees, clients and management Happy🥰🥰🥰

The service is just amazing. Everyone is so nice they make you feel appreciated and welcomed. Rooms are clean, restaurants have very good food, and location is very convenient. In short, highly recommended

Had an amazing time at the Fairway - upon leaving to get back to the airport - discovered that I had left my medication in the fridge. The hotel sent a bike courier to send the medication to where we were having lunch an hours drive away Highly recommend the staff the location and the hotel as a whole
