Faisalabad Serena Hotel

I stayed at Serena Hotel Faisalabad and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, the hotel is top-class, and everything was very clean. I truly enjoyed my stay. However, the room furniture was not up to the standard of the hotel, and the carpet was not clean at all. Other than that, everything was great.

Went to the Faisalabad Serena Hotel buffet for an evening meal and was honestly a bit disappointed. The variety of dishes wasn’t great and the taste just wasn’t up to their usual standard. I’ve been in the past and it used to be much better, but it feels like the quality and selection have really dropped. Not terrible, but definitely not what it used to be.

However, the management has failed to provide adequate parking, forcing guests to occupy the road in front of the hotel whenever the parking lot is full. This issue came to a head when a District Coordination Officer (DCO) found vehicles blocking his residence near the hotel. In response, the DCO filed a case not against the hotel but against the doctors who had organized an event there. The police acted swiftly, booking the doctors immediately, which sparked public criticism and raised questions about accountability and fair treatment.

Worst 3 nights ever at Serena Faisalabad. My 1.5-month-old baby got severe allergies in the room and we had to rush her to the hospital. Housekeeping was careless, basic things like water and fruits came only after complaints, and the buffet was awful with staff repeatedly asking my room number while I tried to eat. Staff wasn’t rude, but definitely not hospitable. For Rs. 35k/night, this hotel is simply not worth it — please save your money and book elsewhere.
