I visited Faqir Khana Museum, and it was truly a remarkable experience. Visitors should note that prior booking is required, as the museum houses extremely valuable and sensitive historical items.

Great collection of artifacts. I was amazed to see such a historic place and kept with proundness, care, love and affection. Very obliged and thankful to Mr. Faqir Saif uddin who gave his precious time and personally told about his collection. Mr. Almas was so welcoming. Anyone who has interest in history must visit this place. Free entry however prior appointment is required.

Beautiful historic place with a lot of historic stories behind it. It's a private museum so please visit only if you have an eye for history and art. Most book phone appointments before visiting.

Its a private place for private events. And also a Museum inside if you can get access. The owner is a nice person and owner of Taxali Food Restaurant. There food is good.

A treasure for anyone who has an interest in the history of the subcontinent. Some really rare and priceless finds are here, which can take you back into a bygone era. The ring of the ancient King Porus is just one example.

Fakir Khana Museum is one of the biggest private museums in Pakistan. It hosts more than 20,000 artifacts of historical significance. It's best to book a tour in advance and take a good 3-4 hours out from your day to visit. The owner Fakir Saifuddin is a very learned person and a great storyteller. Bring humility and a will to learn and you won't be disappointed ;)
