Yelp
A hip wine joint, that wishes to have a good all-around vibe, needs to invest more in its culinary experience.
Let's first talk about ambience. This small, cozy restaurant, is a divish social lagoon that struggles with identity. While being ecletic in its menu, it has the feel more of a hipster bar, that fills up with smoke with the windows being down. This doesn't help while trying to eat the food.
Food quality: With a large wine list, this place lacks identity, and a variety of foods. While there is an eclectic mix of foods, the menu is small. After ordering the cheese plate, my wait staff did not know what cheeses were being served. That shows the level of importance of food here. For the risotto, the peas were undercooked. I'm unsure if this was intentional, but nevertheless, not very appealing.
