Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend
We stayed at this resort for a week during the summer holidays, and if I could give negative stars, I would. Unfortunately, even one star feels too generous.
The resort markets itself as "all-inclusive," but that couldn't be further from the truth. At nearly every turn, we were hit with extra charges. The arcade? Costs extra. Want a proper drink? That'll cost you too. The so-called "free" drinks were barely drinkable—only the beer was somewhat decent.
Food options were extremely limited and disappointing. There’s only one restaurant, and the quality of the food was poor. Vegetarian choices were nearly nonexistent, and even basic service was lacking. Plates in the restaurant were often very dirty, and staff seemed indifferent to this. When our food was finished, we had to ask repeatedly for refills, which shouldn’t be the case in an all-inclusive resort. We also had to fetch our own wine (which was terrible) and coffee. The waitstaff seemed disengaged and uninterested.
If you're a vegetarian or expecting quality meals as part of your stay, you’ll be forced to eat outside the resort—which defeats the purpose of an all-inclusive package. In fact, we found ourselves leaving the resort daily just to find decent food and activities worth our time and money.
The pool was okay, though not particularly memorable. The only positive aspect of the stay was the entertainment staff, who genuinely made an effort to keep guests engaged. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
For such a large resort, it was frustrating that there was only one person at reception at all times. While he was doing his best to attend to guests, it wasn’t nearly enough.
This was one of the worst resort experiences I’ve had, especially with children. It’s overpriced, underwhelming, and the “all-inclusive” label is misleading at best.
