I highly recommend this hotel! As a regular guest at Falkensteiner Belgrade, I truly can’t imagine staying anywhere else in the city. First and foremost, I want to highlight the incredible staff – they are truly the heart and soul of this hotel and make every stay unforgettable. From the wonderful Aleksandra, Sara, and the entire restaurant team who are always warm, smiling, and attentive, to Novak and the reception staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. A special mention also goes to Tatjana and the lovely ladies at the SPA – I never miss the chance to enjoy a massage and relaxing time there. Thank you all for your professionalism, kindness, and the genuine care that makes every visit so special. The food is absolutely fantastic – so much that I often don’t even feel the need to leave the hotel, as everything I could wish for is right here. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, perfectly located, and the on-site garage makes arriving stress-free with no worries about parking. To the entire Falkensteiner Belgrade team – keep up the amazing work! You make every stay a true pleasure, and I’m already looking forward to returning soon.

I went for a one week business trip and was highly impressed by the hotel & the staff. Rooms are great, comfortable, spacious, clean and cosy, and staff was very polite, friendly, and professional. My congress was perfectly organized as well. Food and drinks were really tasty. 5 star service and excellent location!! Highly recommended!

This hotel and its staff have been brilliant. I have had to have an extended stay in Belgrade and they could not have been more helpful. The facilities are excellent, including a sauna and the restaurant is superb. Special thanks to the 'heroes' on reception.

My room was spotless, spacious, I especially loved the breakfast buffet – fresh options and great coffee to start the day. Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. Room was very nice and breakfast was extremely nice with a lot of really fresh ingredients! Everything was really nice. Hotel is located on the "right" side of the bridge so it is easy to get in and out of the city.

The rooms are spacious and impeccable with everything you might need for a pleasant stay; the staff is helpful, always friendly and genuiy welcoming (Ognjen really stood out!); the restaurant is top-class, with breakfast not to miss! And the location is suitable for visiting both the old town and the business centre. Overall, highly recommended!
