Falkensteiner Hotel Park Punat

Great buffet included, great food for a buffet. Great resort. They have most everything. This is the way. Closes 10/23 till Spring. We went off season so best when not busy. We took a boat swimming tour, but the water was cold. Room was a bit small. Benjamin at the bar was great.

We stayed in a Comfort Family Room for 3 nights as part of a summer vacation. The room was spacious but visibly worn, with stains on the ceiling and mold in the shower. Morning cleaning of the toilet was superficial — dirt remained on the floor afterward. Towels for pool and beach were not readily available, and children's bathrobes were not delivered despite request. There was also no practical way to hang wet swimsuits. Charging €1 per person for the shuttle to the beach felt unnecessary given the short distance. On the positive side, food was tasty, drinks at dinner were included, and the beach setup with free loungers and good coffee was great for children. Thanks to the Summer Bonus, the price was acceptable. Overall, we’d give it 4 out of 5 stars — good value with room for improvement.

In my 15 years career as a hospitality manager position on one of the best five star cruise lines in world, I can only say one thing..This is our second time in Falkenstiner Punat.On behalf of myself and my family, I would like to thank the entire staff of the Falkensteiner Hotel Punat for their exceptional and wonderful hospitality. Above all, I would like to thank Ms.Irena, front desk manager, and young smily and polite lady Ms.Lucija for their exceptional efforts regarding our arrival, accommodation, and individual reservations during our stay. Mr.Ljudevit, hotel maintenance, who was at our service with any shortcomings or needs.Ms. Anica,restaurant manager, for the wonderful and perfect service.Mr. Benjamin,bar manager,for the wonderful communication and fantastic cocktails.Mr.Ivan the"Cricket",pool boy,who always served us with a smile and joke at the pool area.Ms.Katarina, housekeeping,who always kept our room tidy and spotlessly clean.And last but not least, Mr.Ratko,Food and Beverage Director,who keeps everything under fantastic control and communicate with us on a daily basics always smiling in an extremely friendly manner, so that we felt realy like at home...You wear the logo"Welcome Home"for a reason, because we will definitely be back... Thank you all again for a wonderful experience! Outstanding!!

We visited Hotel Falkensteiner in Punat and asked if we could charge our electric vehicle for one hour. At first, the staff said it was okay, but shortly after, they changed their minds and told us it would cost €30 for just one hour – which is excessive. The lady at the front desk seemed unsure of the policies and eventually had to call the director, who simply refused. Very disappointing experience. We expected better professionalism and clearer communication from a hotel of this level.

Very disappointing stay. Our first room had ants everywhere – on the floor, the desk, even in the bed. We changed rooms, but the second room had even more ants. The staff was not helpful at all. We were promised a call from the manager, but no one ever followed up. We left and booked another hotel at our own cost. We’ve sent several emails and called multiple times to get a refund – no one has responded to this day. Totally unacceptable. Not recommended!!

First time in this hotel, but we are definitely going back! Hotel is good, but the staff made it incredible! My family and I felt like very special guests because of them. We stayed there for a week with our 2 daughters, 6 and 7 years old, and the children’s entertainment and sport lessons were amazing and loving. They are offering morning exercises and I went every single morning. Especially thank you to Beshoy and Lazar, they are truly professionals, naturally kind people, who made us smile every single day. Aqua aerobic was wonderful, my entire family joined every day, even my small daughters. My daughters couldn’t leave the hotels without saying goodby from the team and they cried and didn’t want to go home. Thank you to Berta and Stella for the mini club entertaining as well! Food was amazing too, good selection, and clean hotel. Can’t wait to get back and have fun with the team again! :)
