Most all you can eat buffets are awful... cruises.. all inclusive resorts. THE FOOD HERE IS AMAZING! The dinner has all you can eat grilled fish and steak (or lamb). You walk up to the grill area and they serve you right off the grill. All the food was great.||The SPA is an amazing value and one of the best we have been to. Relaxation room, saunas, steam rooms, and the treatments... all really good!||I just wish we lived closer so we could go more often. The beach and the water are spectacular.||The only negative is a lot of kids... it is a family place. We went as a couple as our kids are grown. Next time we will go when the kids are in school....

We had a wonderful family holiday! Truly appreciated how friendly and attentive the reception team was from the moment we arrived. The location is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of green spaces that offer comfort and relaxation at any time of day. This is perfect for families. The food was excellent, and all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Great spa and such lovely people, special thanks to Graziela and Cristiana, the beautician, true professionals. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Location, hotel, food and staff were top notch. The hotel is set in a spectacular part of the coastline with mountains behind you and a stunning view of the bay. The grounds are immaculate and framed by lovely palm trees. The rooms were tasteful and very clean, housekeeping always did a thorough clean daily. A very special thanks to the reception staff who gave us a warm welcome on arrival, were always helpful and friendly, and of course the catering team who produced the most outstanding food (big thanks to the BBQ team!) - Michele and his table service team who provided excellent service at meal times. The level of customer service and attention to detail was unrivalled in my opinion. Then there was Alejandro and colleagues who served drinks and food at the beach - who knew fresh pizza on the beach would be such a treat! Finally the Spa team who ran a high quality spa at the resort - I can highly recommend Christina who is the most talented masseuse I have ever met!||We explored the surrounding coastline with a hire care and found the most amazing beaches and turquoise water I have ever seen in my life. The south of Sardinia is an incredible place and the stay at Falkensteiner Hotel Capa Boi made it even more surreal.||If you're looking for a hotel with excellent service, food, beaches and views, this one has it all!

Immaculately maintained, boutique style family resort with great facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly (esp Enrico) and the kids club crew were awesome (esp Greta, Aurora & Vincenzo). I would recommend hiring a car and exploring some of the beautiful sandy beaches nearby as the private beach at the resort has some rocks (similar to most of the beaches in Europe). It is well worth the money, especially the half board option.. Pack some nice clothes for dinner, it’s a beautiful occasion to dress up and enjoy the food, wine and view. Plus there’s a kids disco at 8 with Falky the resort mascot so that the kids can go off and have some fun.

We recently traveled to Sardinia and stayed at the property. The rooms were beautiful and the staff made the trip very enjoyable. Mauro the manager for the outdoor bar made us the best cocktails every day. The beach wasn’t crowded but lots of kids (infants) at this property.

We went last year in July in this beautiful resort and I have to say that this was one of the best places I have ever been. Everything was perfect and truly magic. The location is amazing, the room comfortable, clean and spacious, the food delicious and various. I loved the relaxing atmosphere on the terrace where we had breakfast and dinner and the beach is fabulous. My son (8 years old last year) enjoyed a lot the kids club and he often mentions it as best experience he has ever done. He also did a Football camp and he liked it a lot. The staff in general is kind and pampering, a special mention to Giorgia that makes our dinners even more special. The only aspect I would suggest to improve is the lunchtime because there are 2 restaurants (on the beach and on the swiping pool) but the waiting time was a bit long. Thank you!

One of the best experiences we’ve had as a family and we travel extensively.||Let’s cut to the chase and talk about what exceeded our expectations and that is the kids club there! There is no other place that we’ve been to where not only we as parents felt our kids were safe and well taken care of but our kids cried when we left. A HUGE shout out to Vicenzo and Tommaso who helped watch the kids when the club was closed or when we needed just a little extra help with them. Our kids are tough and they handled them amazingly. The head of the kids club, Nico, was always checking in on us and ALL of the people who was part of “falkyland” always greeted us with the biggest smiles. They had fun things for them to do every day but their favorite was when Falky came after dinner and they went to the nightly dance. They were so worn out every day from such fun they slept right away and woke up every morning with smiles on their faces asking if they can do it again! Thank you so much for not only making the kids experience one they will never forget but for making us as parents able to relax so much more than we expected. My oldest son whose 8 cried when we left and that’s never happened before. This is what makes it all worth it!||As for the resort itself… we’ve never been anywhere where we’ve had 0 complaints until now. (Besides wishing the curtains were more blackout becuase the sun woke us up way too early every morning in the villa but it was easy to deal with because everything else was so amazing!) We were greeted with smiles everywhere where we went and was never told no. Instead was always told, we can make that happen. The spa was incredible. Massage was close to perfection! The food was delicious wether at the breakfast, dinner or at the special restaurant on the beach. Service was fast and alwsys delivered with a smile. We were in a villa and it was a 2 bedroom with a little garden. Perfect for a family! Anytime we called for anything it was brought to us so fast we didn’t even know it was possible.||The beach was beautiful with the typical Sardinia clear water and was very well taken care of.||Coming from a family that has been traveling the world before we were a family and now and always staying in 5 stars, this by far has been one of the best experiences we’ve really ever had.||Thank you for helping us make special memories and we will be back!!

We have visited Italy many times, but this is the first time we have had a poor experience with the food. Breakfast is ok, although the choice of fruit is limited and fluctuates (e.g. can be a number of consecutive days without bananas). Lunch is the best meal the hotel offers. Unfortunately, dinner has been very disappointing. On some evenings, the fish and meat were of such poor quality that the food was almost inedible. It is also a shame that the swimming pools are not heated, which seems like a missed opportunity. Main complaint occurred at check-out, when we were overcharged by €300. When we questioned the bill, we found that the charges were for a different room number and included alcoholic drinks – which was surprising, as we do not drink alcohol. Buyers beware, if you stay here be prepared to set aside a few hours to check and dispute the accuracy of your bill!
