Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marienbad

I had a very pleasant stay at Falkensteiner in Mariánské Lázně. The overall experience was excellent, especially the quality of the food. Breakfast and lunch were truly outstanding — fresh, varied, and delicious. Dinner, however, did not quite meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel and could be improved in terms of both variety and quality.||The rest of the services were top-notch. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay — a real highlight of the hotel.||The only downside was the approach of the in-house doctor, who lacked a personal, individualized touch in their consultations. For a wellness and spa hotel of this level, I would have expected a more tailored approach.||Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Falkensteiner and would recommend it to others seeking a relaxing and well-organized stay in Mariánské Lázně.

We tried to book this hotel by calling the hotel's number; however, the hotel doesn't manage its own reservations. We are transferred to a reservation hotline, but no one ever picks up. We called 5 times. What type of institution doesn't have a proper calling center for its bookings? Insult to injury, we emailed 2 times, guess what, we never got an answer or a call back. Extremely unprofessional. I can't even imagine what happens if you actually book a room and the type of service you can expect.

We spent five wonderful days at Falkensteiner Spa Hotel Mariánské Lázně, and it was nothing short of exceptional. We were celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday, and the staff went out of their way to make it truly special. A heartfelt thank you to Miroslav at reception for his warm welcome and thoughtful assistance, to Adriana in the restaurant for her attentive and kind service, and to Daniel from the Spa, who guided us through a peaceful and enriching forest bathing experience—we're still talking about it! The hotel is elegant, spotless, and serene. The spa facilities are top-notch, the treatments are incredibly relaxing, and the food is both delicious and beautifully presented. We left feeling pampered, refreshed, and full of gratitude. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a luxurious and caring getaway.

Lets start from begining. Not really high empatic and profesionál staff at reception when check-in...no reason be honest Nice hotel with brialant atmosfere and clasic building style. Spa center nice, clean, large, well equipt with skilled staff. Room clean, high sleep comfort, cosily. Food quite OK...breakfast large and testy. BTW staff in restaurant is very kind and profesional...Clint who traveling for welness hotel with high expectation can be not sufficiant in general. Stay was OK, but I most propable never come back...

I did not stay in this hotel but I tried their spa: amazing. Indoor and outdoor pools, sea water pool, whirlpool, sauna (Finnish and infrared), hammam...Very friendly staff, beautiful place.

We stayed for 5 days during our honeymoon and it was perfect! Everyone from service was very friendly. The breakfast is amazing with hundreds of options, from sweet croissants or granola to omelette or fish. Also a lot of juice, coffee and tea options. During the day you can have tea and a fruit in the spa lounge. The pools are very nice (warm water, whirlpool, pool with salt water) and the saunas are also good. The dinner was special and surprising everyday, we loved every bit! Another cool thing is that you can order different pillows if you want (for warmth, back pain etc). All the staff also speaks German and English 😁 Marienbad is also a very cute city if you want to leave the hotel to have a coffee or shop, the small city centre is less than 10min walk from the hotel. I will come again! ❤️

Stayed there for two weeks and love it. I'm going back again and soon. Excellent destination. Enough said. 5 stars all across.

Our stay was very last minute decision and surprise for my partner birthday, staying in Falkensteiner hotels already three times the expectations of course were high and My Lord…, we were not disappointed! On our arrival we met Miroslav and Jana - I have never ever met someone so attentive, superb and with smile the second we walk thru the door. They remember customers and conversations with them and go above and beyond! I am speechless how clean our room was by Valentina in hotel industry it it’s truly so hard to find someone so rare and incredible like it. One of the best stays we ever had. Our room was superb huge and comfy, clean to outstanding perfection. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. The highlight for me was the delight to meet Reinhard and Marek - you are one of the most incredible people in hotel industry that I have ever met!!!! I would highly recommend this hotel. They are incredible and credit to company. Thank you for everything! We can’t wait to be back!!! You make just “another hotel in the world” to be extremely special.
