Had a great galentines day. Great food. Cooked and flavored well & wonderful service from Jill! We had a ball, we will be back. Also, we loved that they had some music playing.

Best toffee espresso margarita EVER. The food was out of this world and our waitress was attentive and so sweet! Can’t wait for the next meal here

Not the easiest to get to because of the current road construction, but once we were inside we had a pleasant evening of food and drinks. The pizza was average and the pretzels bites and cheese were really good! Our server was very attentive with refilling our drinks. It was a fun atmosphere with great music.

I went to for brunch just to have drinks and Amanda was at the bar. She was pleasant and gave amazing recommendations for cocktails. I would definitely be coming back . I had a great time and Amanda made sure myself and my friends felt welcomed and comfortable the whole time !!

Visited for the first time durning restaurant week. Food was amazing, washed down with great drinks. Bar has a nice selection of Bourbons was a plus! Definitely a great spot! Can't wait for summer and sip some bourbon on the patio!

Walked in with some friends and there are two bartenders, and two other patrons in the entire place. I go to the bar and wait about 10 minutes to get one of the tenders' attention. One leaves and the other proceeds to talk to the two other patrons. I try to get her attention and she turns around and says to wait a second. 5 minutes of waiting later I just left. Idk what sort of business model they purport to have, and call me crazy, but if I'm gonna sit in a chair sober I'd rather do it somewhere a bit more lively.

REVIEW UPDATE (MARCH 2024) Wanted to check out there Thursday night wing special and I was not disappointed. Not sure how long the promotion will run for, but right now they have 50 Cent wings and three dollar domestic bottles beer specials. For my wing choices that night, I got the Raspberry Bourbon BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, and Honey Sriracha wings. The Honey Sriracha ones the real standouts as they were the perfect balance of crispy and saucy (which I prefer). The wings were all good sized and I really appreciate it that they all had very distinctive taste profiles to for what they were. I enjoyed my meal at the bar and at the time they weren’t to busy yet, but it did pick up as the evening continued on. Seems led like the bartender was the only person working in the front for a while, but he seemed to be handling all the incoming tables pretty well! Definitely looking forward to going back and trying some of the other wings on their menu. And would recommend checking them out on a Thursday night if you want a cheap and delicious meal. (Old review - November 2019) Delicious cocktails, the food is pretty good too.

The bartender made great drinks but could’ve had more personality/hospitality. The food was good, however we did have a mishap with the ramen chicken being raw in the center. It was corrected by the kitchen.

Yelp
Went as a party of 2 for brunch on a Sunday. A little tricky as we found differing hours of operation online - ended up finding a post on their instagram that they opened at 11. Server was very friendly and attentive. Decent menu options including the $22 unlimited mimosas! Didn't feel rushed, food was tasty. Would return. Parking can be tricky downtown but there is street parking and some lots on Allen St.

Yelp
I came to Falley Allen for a business brunch meeting. At first thought when walking in I loved the ambience of the space. Our waiter was very nice as we ordered. We went around noon so we had a condensed menu that only had a fraction of what was typically available there during later hours. I ordered the breakfast hash which came with hash, peppers, onions, cheddar cheese, sunny side up egg and my choice of chorizo. I was super excited for this to come out! Upon arrival it looked amazing. The egg was cooked to my liking and it was loaded with cheese and chorizo. But when digging in to eat I noticed it was extremely dry and a bit hard. Wanting to find a way to enjoy it I asked my waitress for some type sauce or creamy cheese I could add to the dish. The only option she had was ketchup (which I don't enjoy) or to check to see if the house made queso had been prepared for the day. But upon checking she let us know that it was not ready and walked away. I literally called her over 3 more times after receiving little to no options. Instead of finding a solution, she simply would walk away each time I asked for an addition that wasn't available. Finally a manager was called over and she offered to exchange my dish for something else. Which was the bacon and home fries plate. But to be honest, that dish was also dry and hard. I'm guessing that perhaps they had a bad day in the kitchen on this particular day and I would be willing to give it another try during a time when the full menu is available.

Yelp
3 stars for quick txt message replies to reservations... And for a very Friendly waitress ~but absolutely TERRIBLE service - (AND the table of other unknown guests seated near us. NEVER RECEIVED THEIR FOOD ORDER ). Apparently there was a Trivia game night that evening and probably short staffed ..- (all of us NOT involved in the game night were ushered to the outdoor back patio for our reservations) HOWEVER, we 6 , and this other unknown table of 8, had reservations for a play across the street which the restaurant was INFORMED of prior to our arrival. The menu was not really a wide variety of choices and the food itself was so so mediocre , and priced sort of high. Don't think we'd return

Yelp
Came here for dinner on a Friday evening. I was surprised how few people were here around 7pm. We sat right away and the service was good. Ordered a round of drinks from the bar and placed our food order for the bacon jalapeño popper dip, steak sandwich, and Mac and cheese. Loved that the dip came with bread and chips, the chips however were stale so we stuck with the bread. Steak sandwich and the mac and cheese were really good! Again, surprised there weren't more people here, but I bet it gets busy later in the evening.

Yelp
Great 'Black Manhattan' cocktail. Friendly service, cool bar, viva Allentown! Food is excellent too.

Yelp
I came here for brunch for a friend's birthday with 10 people total in our party. I shared the breakfast pizza and french toast with a friend. We were blown away with how tasty the breakfast pizza was! It was on a wood fired tasting crust with lots of Italian sausage, eggs, peppers, onions and cheese. The french toast was delicious and would be good to order for someone who wants something sweet. My only complaint was the service was terrible. We waited for a long time without seeing any servers in site. Not sure if they were short on staff or because we had a larger sized table. I think it would be worth coming back based on the quality of the food and hope the service will be better in the future.

Yelp
Mike the bartender on Saturday nights is the best! Very attentive and entertaining. Ive been here multiple times and Everytime Mike has treated my glorious with respect. Engaging in conversation and also providing us with great beverages! I love Mike, make sure he knows he's appreciated at Falley!

Yelp
I love the ambiance of this place! I've only been here for drinks at night so I was excited to come here for brunch. I didn't make a reservation so we got seated at the bar immediately. I ordered the breakfast pizza because it looked interesting. My friends ordered the steak sandwich and we got the red velvet waffles to share. They also have $20 unlimited mimosas if you buy an entree. Their mimosas are the bomb! Super strong and really hits the spot. I loved my pizza! I thought the chorizo and eggs complemented each other. My friends said their steak sandwich was also really good. The waffles were a disappointment though. I didn't taste the red velvet flavor and the waffles were a little dry. Overall, I thought the food was still decent and j would come back and try the benedict!

Mariah T.

Yelp
I went for brunch. It's just your tribal bad spot. Brunch was good, nothing spectacular. They have a good deal on bottomless mimosas. I did wish that the champagne was chilled, but it was still fine. I did enter the establishment waiting to be seated (as the sign had said watch be seated) and no one ever came to the host stand. That was a little annoying but the service was good overall.

Yelp
I had brunch at Falley Allen recently. I had braised short ribs huevos rancheros and my friend had lemon blueberry pancakes. Service was great. The waiter frequently checked in and was attentive. The atmosphere was cozy. Depending on how noisy the crowd is it may be difficult to carry on a conversation. Food was great. The short ribs were extremely tender. (Missing in the picture but the waiter rectified this after we brought it to her attention). The combination of all the flavors in the huevos rancheros really complemented each other. The lemon blueberry pancakes were the perfect level of lemon. My only complaint being that the texture was a little off for me. Certain parts were too mushy/powdery flavoured. And no it wasn't from syrup. But overall their menu options look good and I would visit again.

Yelp
Have enjoyed eating here about once a year (too many wonderful restaurants in Bflo to have a favorite!). Although we always enjoy whatever we order, we do think it is slightly overpriced. Service is always friendly. We're usually there early in the evening, so it's quiet, relaxed. Enjoy the bao buns, the short ribs, the macncheese.

May T.

Yelp
Came here for a trivia night and the vibes were really great! The service was good too-- the DJ was pretty entertaining. As for the food, it was really pricey and I didn't enjoy what I got, it was the crispy bao buns with short ribs-- the ribs were super salty and the boa was pretty crispy; however I don't think it was worth $16. The beer was pretty cheap and I'd probably come back again for the drinks.

Yelp
my friend and i went for galentine's day! our server, jacqueline, was amazing and so nice! we ordered red velvet pancakes, cinnamon buns and drinks. we had questions and jacqueline was very kind and knowledgeable in providing answers

Yelp
Came in for brunch with my girlfriends. We didn't have reservations but luckily they had a few tables open near the bar still. We all had the bellini's which were so delicious we had to have a second. I had the giambotta breakfast pizza. First I will say it was a very generous portion. Mine arrived burnt on the bottom but the bartender quickly took it away and had a new one made for me. Stuff happens, it was disappointing as my friends were eating but I was greatful for them taking care of it so quickly. Overall the service was great. We were chatting for awhile and did not feel pressured to leave. I'll certainly be returning.

Yelp
Food - 4 Service - 4 Price - 4 Ambiance - 4 We have been waiting to visit Falley for some time now & we finally did. I'm glad that we did. We got there early on a Saturday evening because we like to be the first people in and out during Covid. Falley enforces social distancing and seating is also limited so you must make a reservation. Ambiance - it's a cool spot, dim lights, and low music in the background. It has a jazz-like feel to it. Very nice. Not very large, so if you have a bigger group of people, plan ahead. Service - Our server was accommodating and checked off the 3 Ps. Polite, prompt, and professional. That is usually all I look for from a server. Food - We ordered the Crispy Bao Buns and IPA and Frech Onion Burger with a side a Mac & Cheese and Sweet potato fries. The crispy Bao buns were outstanding, as was the french onion burger. The IPA burger was a miss for us; there wasn't anything special to it. It reminded us of a burger you could easily make at home. Now that french onion burger is something we said we will return again and again for. The bun had cheese encrusted on it, just like french onion soup does. It came with a dip, similar to a french dip sandwich to reinforce that french onion soup theme. The sweet potato fries were good and are served with honey butter, a must-have when serving sweet potato fries. Falley is a really nice spot. And, they are also currently on Restaurant.com which is a plus. If you haven't been then you should check them out. We will be returning.

Yelp
We wanted a quick takeout dinner, but were sick of our usual places so we decided to try Falley Allen. It's within walking distance and we had heard good things. It worked out perfectly. We shared the "Billy Ogden's" Stuffed Banana Peppers appetizer and the Crimini Mushroom flatbread.  I was initially a little disappointed when I opened the flatbread box. There was just something a little lackluster looking about it. But the flavors and textures more than made up for that! The crust is the perfect combination of chewy, soft, and crisp...all together. The goat cheese and mushrooms were delicious and everything was perfectly seasoned. They have several other flatbreads on the menu that I'm super confident in trying now. The stuffed peppers appetizer was also delicious and the portion was generous. They came on top of toasted bread and topped with melted cheese. I'm so glad we finally tried Falley Allen, and that we loved it. Everything was absolutely delicious. A really great option in the neighborhood! We can't wait to dine in soon.

Amy A.

Yelp
My orders: Champagne mojito, Mac and cheese Pros + Service: Ellie was awesome. Sweet and attentive. + Atmosphere: it's a cute dimly lit bar + restaurant Cons - Parking wasn't fun to find. There's paid parking on Allen. Thankfully I came on a weekday evening so it wasn't too horrible

Yelp
Great food! Steak tacos were amazing! Highly recommend NOT getting bottomless mimosas unless you want a carafe of orange juice....

Yelp
First review in a while- first time here at falley allen. Very welcoming at the front door. Place looked clean and tables were pretty far apart. Our table for 4 was comfortable. This is an upscale pub with great food. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is i kinda save that for fine dining. Apps- had the poutine and peppers. Billy ogdens Peppers were excellent. Somehow as the hot sauce freak i always choose the mildest one Cheesy tasty and still just a bit of snap in the pepper. Poutine had slabs of beef on it and was delicious. Maybe a bit lite on cheese curd but worth the order. I split the fried chicken sandwich and the ipa burger. I edited the burger to get the cheese baked roll. Cooked perfectly. Seasoned well. Chicken was tender and juicy. Had good flavor and crispy af on the outside. Slaw with sirracha was a nice touch. They were out of the brussels i really wanted so i doubled down on roasted cauliflower. Very smokey and maybe a hint of charcoal. Hint of salt. Loved them. The service was excellent. ambiance terrific. Prices decent. I really like this place!

Yelp
Service staff is completely inept. Ignored at the hostess stand, bartender hanging out with friends. Some wasted chick ( 5 pm on a Sunday) passed out on the restaurant benches. Avoid this place and their terrible staffing. Food was excellent the last time I managed to get service, but they are never open posted hours and when they are it's hit or miss if the staff isn't there just partying with friends and making the restaurant a second thought.

Nikki G.

Yelp
I really like the ambiance in this joint, and I like that they offer brunch on Sundays until 3 pm. My friends and I had reservations for 2:30pm and the table was set, and we sat. Unfortunately, it was just us, a table of 6, and two women at the bar. It was surprising that there weren't more people, especially since the Bills game was on the television behind us, and it was a large television. I ordered the Bloody Maria, which is a Bloody Mary, but made with tequila. I love tequila, and I liked the change in alcohol. Try a bloody Mary with tequila next time. I went with the Falley Slam Breakfast. It included 2 eggs (I ordered mine scrambled), toast, fruit, bacon, potatoes and sausage. Everything was delicious. It was a $12 plate, which is a pretty good deal for all of that food. My friends ordered brunch pizza, the egg sandwich, and the steak sandwich. The food all looked good and I definitely have to go back to try that steak sandwich.

Cheyenne F.

Yelp
A friend and I came here for brunch and it was okay. We each got a mimosa and I got the breakfast sandwich while she got the lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes. While we didn't partake in bottomless mimosas, they do have $20 bottomless mimosas which is a great deal! Overall, the food isn't anything amazing. My friend wasn't a big fan of her pancakes. My sandwich was good, but nothing to rave about. The staff is super friendly!

Yelp
Falley Allen is a place I've wanted to check out for a long time and finally got around to during the week when a friend wanted to eat somewhere I've never been with me. A big part of Allentown, this bar/restaurant is pretty large, well decorated, and has a decent amount of seats, but seems to cater to the bar crowd more. The menu here had plenty of different options from chicken, burgers, and salads, to flatbreads and a bunch of different appetizers. What did I order? Fish fry, because it doesn't need to be consumed only on Friday's! The food didn't take long to come out and when it did, it got a big thumbs up from me! I got the crack battered fish fry that had such a fantastic flavour and the fish was done so well. The fries on the side were delicious as well and kind of reminded me of the ones they serve down the street at Gabriel's Gate, very very good. Overall, I really enjoyed my first trip to Falley Allen and everything that came with it. This place has great food, great service, and a great vibe. This place is definitely worth checking out!

Yelp
We stopped at Falley Allen around 5:00 for an early dinner. We had a Living social certificate that prompted our visit. The ambience was fun and the outdoor patio was comfortable and festive. Wait service was good and the bartenders seemed friendly. The food was just okay. We ordered a medium rare burger but it was served more medium-well with no pink at all. The burger tasted over salted and underwhelming, the brioche bun was great. The burger came with a side and we chose brussel sprouts. It was around $15. The sprouts had a maple glaze and were tasty. The taco trio came with no side and just the 3 tacos. Price was $13. The tacos were all different and tasty, although for an entree it was too small and I left hungry. The restaurant was okay but I don't think I'd return based on the mediocre food.

Kathy D.

Yelp
They did not have the reservation that I had made days prior. We were seated at the bar which was okay however I could not hear what my friends at the other side were saying. We ordered and didn't receive our breakfasts for over an hour. We had to ask them to box up our meals because we had to pick up our kids. We asked for our meals after an hour of waiting and were told they still had another 10 minutes on them. My meal was also missing the topping that it was supposed to come with. Unless you have all day to kick back and sit for your food, this place is not great.

Tess M.

Yelp
While Falley has a fun atmosphere, every other part of the dining experience was pretty horrendous, and it seems they are just not prepared staffing-wise to serve brunch. After ordering at 1pm, we did not receive our food until an hour and a half later, and what we got literally made our group laugh out loud. The cinnamon buns were straight out of a Pillsbury can, and not even cooked all the way. I am shocked they even served the avocado toast, which looked like they thinly spread expired Sabra guacamole over white toast, with overcooked eggs on top. To their credit, they did make another version that looked much better. Drink service was also very slow, according to the waitress they ran out of glasses. They are clearly understaffed and overwhelmed, which is understandable post-COVID, but the management needs to make some adjustments with that in mind, because the brunch is currently a very bad dining experience that makes people not want to return.

Niki E.

Yelp
So I have Walked by and seen pictures online but I have yet to go inside! But it looks cool, me likes the look. My friend did go there for a birthday dinner a couple years ago and she said that it was great until the bar crowd showed up and then it was super loud. So I suppose you Gotta keep that in mind, that it is part restaurant part bar, in terms of the timing when for you go. So my review is going to be based on a GrubHub order and on food specifically, however I did also see pictures of their drinks online and they look to die for, cause this girl loves a good cocktail. Also, I don't want to rob them of their food presentation because obviously when you order online it's going to come in a to go box so tk that in acct as well. So first things first, if you just need a generous portion of mac & cheese delivered to your door you can get it here! I was literally just thinking about where can I get Mac and cheese just delivered to my house that's better than a box and this is the place I now know I can get it! It says it's cooked in a skillet but will NOT be if delivered FYI , but it's very clear it is Velveeta plus Panko as described and so that is exactly what you get. Drippy velvetta w a lil crunch on top. Generous portion too! Pretzel bites were super super salty I was literally flicking the salt off of them to eat them but you know it's a pretzel bite, you know what it tastes like. I'm gonna suggest you stay clear of the Big Mac Deviled Eggs.... I am a bit of a deviled egg connoisseur so Ill give you the pros and the cons...I liked that it was only six dollars for 3 Vs something crazy like nine dollars. I would've had a fit if they had charged any more for 3! But I've had some great deviled eggs at restaurants so I expect them to be spectacular if you're actually going to put it on your menu so I would say pass because you can make them at home tonight, a whole dozen for like two dollars instead of three measly subpar deviled eggs for six dollars! Because I feel like putting them on tiny flatbreads surrounded by lettuce does not equal a deviled egg worthy of restaurant menu. I am also going to give a hard pass to their poutine fries and again I absolutely love poutine so I don't want you to waste your time when you can get delicious ones in Buffalo elsewhere. It says it comes with braised short rib and I literally took them off and fed them to my dogs LOL it was nothing to shout home about and once you get rid of that subpar meat basically you have fries that could be better with gravy that's not that good and cheese that is unmemorable. There are pros and cons to their nachos. I chose the smoked pork and it was a sweet delicacy-so props to the pork! but number one we all know nachos don't travel well secondly they seemed like they were wheat chips or something and it was not that good and they came with black olives which I love but a lot of people don't and OMG!!!!!!! There's a first time for everything and this was the first time ever in my whole life that I was given a little side of salsa that I literally could not eat it was so disgusting?! how is that evvvven possible?! Don't do it! And the guac was unripened so that was a no go as well! Also at this stage everyone should know that we all want nachos with sour cream as well on the side why do some restaurants not even bother I don't understand? OK the pizza I got was Bflo Chicken finger, not the worst not the best by any means and it was more of your flat crunchy New York style thin slice. No sauce in sight friends except for hot sauce so if I were ordering this again I would definitely ask them for a side of blue cheese to drizzle on top. I would say the best thing I had was the smoked wings-I got Sriracha blue cheese style! Delicious crunchy and something different (as normally when I order from a pizza place which in Buffalo you can get the best wings in sight literally at your local pizza joint where I just get Med or bbq) from a restaurant these were definitely delicious I could eat more for sure. They have been around for a bit now so they must be doing something right and the mystery is just still unsolved by me as the food was not worthy of me ordering again at least through GrubHub. I'd still like to go in person though if I'm being truly honest because it does look cute and with some cocktails in my belly I might appreciate the food even more and now I have a better idea of what I don't wanna order if I go there. So as a staple in Allentown I would definitely not tell you to avoid it but also understand there's better food in Buffalo... especially via delivery, but for the scene, the environment, the presentation, all those good things, give it a whirl sure why not?

Rachel T.

Yelp
Love this menu bc they have so many different types of foods! One of my favorites is the sausage and stuffed banana pepper pizza. They have a cute back patio to sit on in the warmer months. Fun to go with a group of friends or a date night.

Matt C.

Yelp
I recently had the pleasure of getting take out from here and really enjoyed it. I got the grilled romaine caesar salad and the cheese and pepperoni flatbread. The flatbread that they use is something else too. I wish I could have it more often. They both were very good and had lots of good flavors. They had the food made in no time. I'm definitely coming back. I look forward to trying everything on the menu.

Crystal G.

Yelp
I came for brunch and was very disappointed! I will say I am comparing this to their dinner which was very good and a lot of the dinner options were home made, creative and out of the box. If I come back for dinner in the future I will make sure to write a review. -Let's start with the positive. The outdoor space here was lovely! I didn't realize there was an outdoor space and the team has done a lovely job making this area cute and safe for covid times. There was a lot of space and many tables to accommodate different sized groups. I give 5 stars to the outdoor space and the fact you can make reservations to sit out there. -The staff was all wearing masks and the restaurant appeared to be running well with safety precautions in place. Other diners were wearing masks when not seated at their tables. -The brunch menu looks fantastic, there is something for everyone. There is even a $15 unlimited mimosa option available with the purchase of a brunch item. My group was happy to take part in this. Sadly, I was hoping for the quality of their dinner menu and this is where I was disappointed. I ordered the fried chicken and biscuits and my significant other ordered the steak sandwich. The fried chicken was a processed chicken patty and the biscuit was a Pillsbury Grand. I think the menu should indicate that this is what will be served. There was a slaw and it looked like it had been sitting out in the heat. The sauce looked runny and warm. This kind of food quality doesn't seem in line with how other dinner items I've had here are served. The sweet potato fries were excellent, I've had them before. They are large, crispy crinkle cut wedges and probably some of the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. I was told that the steak sandwich was pretty good but the portion size wasn't very big and $16 seemed pricy for such a small portion. Overall, the saddest part of this was the presentation on these 2 dishes. They looked slapped together, like I was at Mc Donald's. The fries on the steak sandwich plate were tossed down carelessly. I have taken pictures to show the sloppiness. Other friends got the French toast and the breakfast pizza and those did look nicer, more put together and appetizing. -Finally, I'll mention the service. The service during the meal was good. Our server was on top of things with the large group and our mimosas were taken care of the entire meal. I wasn't thrilled with the how the check was handled. First of all, I made a reservation for a large group and wasn't told in advance we would be at 2 tables. Not a huge deal considering what is going on but it would have been nice to know that up front. It would have also been helpful for the server to split the checks by table. This was not done or offered. At the end of the meal we asked for this to be completed or for bills to be broken down by couple. We were told no and it's not possible. It wasn't easy to make sure we were being charged correctly when working with 2 tables, especially while trying to follow the rules with social distancing. Luckily we did check the bill and found a discrepancy, there was a charged $58 for one Bloody Mary. It was taken off without a problem but it was annoying after trying to figure things out on our own. A member of the group was getting restless and wanted to leave. He offered to pay but didn't know we had a voucher to use. After I realized what happened I asked for the charge to be refunded so everyone could pay separately and I could use the voucher. I was told no, it's impossible and we could have split the bill before we closed the check. Funny that the story changed after the fact! I know that serving isn't easy, especially during these times. The servers should think through how to make dining easier for their guests and offer ways to break up the check at the beginning of the meal. -The brunch menu needs work. If you want to dine here I'd suggest coming for dinner unless you are coming specifically for the unlimited mimosas. If you have a large group ask about the check and how it will he handled up front so you aren't left annoyed like we were.

Yelp
Falley Allen is located in the hip part of town. It is known for its night life. During the evening I used a Groupon to try the food with a friend for the first time and I was very happy with my meal. The burger was cooked a perfect medium rare which I appreciated. Also, all burgers are served with a choice of side, with no up-charge for their speciality sides (like the Mac n cheese pictured or Brussels sprouts)! The bar has many great cocktails for their evening hours. I had a whiskey maple drink that I especially enjoyed

Yelp
I loved the atmosphere inside. Hardwood everywhere, rustic with industrial light fixtures. Even the bar stools are solid wood, with back rests! The food was delicious too. We started with the artichoke dip. It's the second time I've order this here because it's so good. Highly recommend. It comes piping hot covered in toasty hot melty cheese. We choose a table by the window to people watch, there's always hustle and bustle on Allen

Yelp
Service took over an hour. Food was pretty good but sort of pricey. Gratuity charged regardless of party size and an extra charge for using a card. Members of our party got bottomless mimosas and after 1 refill were never asked again if they wanted more. Glass was dropped by a server on the other side of the room and after cleaning up the big pieces, the small shards were still left on the ground which is a safety hazard. Overall not a terrible experience but I don't think I'm going to rush back here.

Yelp
I've only gone here for drinks but I may return for dinner. The few times that I stopped in for drinks I was less than impressed. I'm not really sure what the vibe is but the bartenders are less than friendly. It's as if ordering a drink is an inconvenience. I didn't want anything crazy but it still felt like I was a bother ordering a vodka tonic. It was also a bit of a shock to know that a shot of circoc was $8. I'm sure that's par for the area but it would have been nice to get it chilled. I wish I could say that it was just a one time experience but its been the same each time I've gone. Generally speaking everyone seems to have blunted flat affect that really kills any good vibes I rolled up there with. I went on Saturday for the cider and doughnut fest and I expected what I got... crowds, drunk 12 year olds with half their clothing missing and a lot "whoooo" being screamed out at any given time. The thing that was more annoying than that was how registration started at 3 for this event and they ran out of cider by 4. It was a bit ridiculous. Then when I opted for the second option, a Truly Hard Seltzer, the bartender just gave me whatever her hand touched. Never said what was available and almost gave a look daring me to ask her what flavors were available. lol I have a pretty wicked sense of humor and I get how certain events can be exhausting for bartenders. That being said, I'll give it another try because of I'm not quitter but I won't hold my breath.

Yelp
I met a local friend for dinner, my short rib sandwich on welk was great! Tender meat, tasty bun. The Brussels sprouts were okay, less tender than I'd like and no real seasoning. They were topped with bacon bits (always a good choice!). My friend ordered the salt & pepper shrimp with cauliflower and Brussels sprouts as sides. Of the 3 dishes, the cauliflower was best. Shrimp was fried and didn't have much flavor, I'm also a nut about shrimp texture and can't stand when it's over cooked. Vegetables were $9 each m, seems overpriced. The drinks were good and we enjoyed playing trivia. More of a bar vibe than restaurant.

Yelp
Garbage bar, bad neighbor, flouts covid rules and noise ordinances. Serves underage. All round trash heap. They don't even play good music at 3am. Just "woo-girl" edm on a crackly PA with drunk MCs. Avoid unless you want to get picked up when they're raided.

Yelp
UPDATE** All 6 of us had violent food poisoning after eating here. STAY AWAY! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We sat for an hour before the waitress even took our drink order. We were seated for 2 1/2 hours before the food even came out, and when we got it, everything was cold. There were no apologies for the wait, we saw our waitress maybe 5 times in 3 hours. Total waste... don't advertise brunch if you can't serve a single table within brunch hours. More like.. Falley Shit Alley.

Yelp
This place was nice, but not amazing. The crispy bao bun appetizer was delicious and fun because you build it yourself! The mushroom goat cheese flatbread and kimchi fried rice were really great and the french onion burger was okay. However the ramen fried chicken fingers were not good. They weren't very flavorful and they were thin and hard to chew. The skillet mac and cheese also wasn't great. So some hits, but also some misses.

Yelp
I came in for brunch and your server mary was a pleasant surprise! She had a smile on her face at all times and was very helpful with making a selection on the menu, she was fast and efficient and just a pleasure to speak with!! Will definitely be coming back!!! Absolutely love Mary

Yelp
Service started out slow but improved as the night went on. Short rib sandwich very good. Steak sandwich very good. Stuffed banana peppers were ok, not a lot of flavor. Poutine was pretty good. Staff all had masks on.

Yelp
Ordered food from here via Doordash. I got the poutine to start and it had no seasoning at all. It definitely would have been amazing with seasoning. I also got the burger with the chips and a side order of brussel sprouts. The Brussels were DELICIOUS. Finding a restaurant that has them is always a big bonus with me. The burger was very tasty but also very dry. It needed a lot more chip dip to take away some of that dryness. Overall, cool menu with tasty food that just needs a few tweaks.

Yelp
We took our son here for his birthday on a Sunday. We were seated quickly, and our server Analyse (sp?) was excellent! I have to say the food was amazing and did not disappoint! Everything was scrumptious! We look forward to coming back to try the Sunday brunch. The $15 endless Mimosas are obviously a hit, considering the few very drunk young ladies we saw leaving when we were arriving.

Yelp
I had the fish sandwich with a side of roasted cauliflower (see image). The food is five stars. Great service. Cool decor. Just work on adding more sound absorption. I highly recommend this place. Be sure to walk around and look at the unique art.

Yelp
I came here last night for dinner and drinks with friends. We had a 6:30pm reservation for six. It was for a celebration for two of my friends' birthdays. They have been open for almost three years but it was my first time there. The place is rustic and cool inside. They have nice decor. We were seated immediately. We were waiting on a few friends so we placed our drink order. I ordered The Last Word. It was pretty good. We were waiting on a final friend so we all placed our food order. I ordered the pretzel bites as an appetizer. They came with beer cheese dipping sauce. They were really good. There wasn't a waitress or server coming around for awhile asking us if we wanted another drink. My friend ordered Prosecco to share with the table and it took forever for it to be delivered to the table. I ordered the Bahn-mi with fries. The beef on the Bahn-mi was marinated really well. The actual sandwich was really good. The fries were basic shoestring fries. They weren't bad. It was cool that the food was served in wooden boxes, similar to deep lunch trays. During our long wait for our bills, the waitress brought out a warm cookie in a skillet with ice cream on top for my two birthday friends to share. When a friend called to make the reservation a week prior, she was assured that we could do separate checks. Also, based on what was said throughout the meal to the waitress, we thought she knew that we wanted separate checks. We were disappointed that we weren't brought separate checks but she went downstairs and was able to eventually separate them. All-in-all it was a mixed bag. If I came back, it would only be for drinks.

Yelp
If you are reading this review and wondering if you should go to Falley Allen, this is your sign. My husband and I tried Falley Allen last night before a show downtown. Holy shit. We ordered the Sticky Bao buns with short rib, the Big Mac deviled eggs, the poutine, the ramen fried chicken fingers, and the IPA burger. Let me tell you, this is one of the best meals that I have had in a long time. The Bao buns were the literal perfect balance of salt, fat, acid, and heat. The meat was seasoned so well and the taste of the buns with all the components was to die for! Same with the Big Mac eggs. I don't know how they get so much flavor into an egg, but it was a success. The poutine was everything you could want in a poutine. The Ramen fried chicken fingers were an absolute delight. Crispy with a legit Ramen flavor. It is served with a sweet chili sauce that take the flavor over the edge-just outstanding! The IPA burger had a lot of beer cheese, and had a really charred taste, but I love beer cheese, so that is hardly a complaint. Lastly, the mac and cheese is otherworldly! I don't know what they put in it, but it is magic! Best meal I've had in Buffalo. Hands down!

Yelp
Great food and amazing staff. Right when we came in, the staff greeted us and made us feel at home. The atmosphere was great with awesome music. The food came out quick and was delicious. The Mac n cheese was especially great. Come here for delicious food for a great price!

Yelp
I finally got around to coming here's it's in a great spot on Allen. The menu has a good selection of great looking foods. It was definitely difficult to decide since I wanted to try everything. I went with a mushroom flatbread and was not disappointed. It was really good. My boyfriend got the fish fry and it looked beautiful so I know I have to try that in the future. Overall this was a good experience and I'll definitely be returning.

Yelp
I had heard good things about FA before we went last night which sometimes can lead to disappointment when a place is over hyped. I have to say this absolutely did not happen. We LOVED this place. The decor inside near the bar and indoor tables was great. The back patio where we ate was also nice. On a hot day it was cool and comfortable outside on their patio. We had a table of 6 and we tried a multitude of items on the menu. Here's what we had: -Buffalo deviled eggs = A+ -French Onion soup (non traditional French onion but one of the best I've ever had) = A+ - stuffed pepper flatbread = A+ - buffalo mozzarella salad = B+ - pork chop = A++ - scallops = A+ - steak sandwich with banana pepper = A - kimchi with short rib = A - Falley Burger = A - skillet chocolate chip cookie = A+ To say everyone we were with loved the food here would be an understatement. The next time you're looking for a place to go out, go to Falley Allen.
