Faloria Mountain Spa Resort

Very nice and cozy hotel with bar and fireplace at entrance. Rooms are partly new and partly old. Ask for a new one away from the street. Restaurant has good food overall. Breakfast is quite good as well. Not five star material. Ski room is not well equipped and you need to go to the town 3.5 km away to rent skis. There is a free shuttle until 8 pm. Personnel is kind and helpful. Hotel has a nice spa and the pool is the highlight.

The property is well integrated into the alpine setting, and despite being adjacent to the main road, it is absolutely peaceful. The service is attentive but not overly formal, and thankfully free of excessive formalities. The breakfast is of good quality (though it's a shame that egg-based products are extra). The rooms are well-designed, with great attention to detail and furnishings that immediately make you feel at home, conveying the warmth of a mountain house thanks to the materials used. The Pool/Spa/Relax area is simple but well-maintained; it’s a pity there’s no outdoor hot tub (though it’s possible it was simply not in use during our stay). The gym could be improved, as it is unfortunately a bit sparse. A well-deserved 4 stars, with all the advantages of a recently renovated property!

Really great hotel for our family ski holiday. Shuttle works well to slopes and town centre. Family suite room was pretty good overall. Pool/Spa was nice, but annoying that no kids after 5pm, should be 6pm or 630pm.

Just completed a 4 night stay at Faloria Resort and we were very happy with our room and service at the hotel. Of particular note were the breakfast staff who remembered our preference from previous days and made us feel welcome at all times. The gold medal award goes to Lorenzo, the Concierge who gave very helpful tips on where to eat, best attractions to visit and then provided a guided tour of the incredible natural wonders around Cortina d’Ampezzo. If you’ve ever been there, you’ll likely agree the spectacular displays of nature are phenomenal. Lorenzo drove us to three of the best and hiked with us to showcase his favorite trails and viewpoints. His hospitality was extraordinary and I recommend his guide services as the best in the business in a location he clearly loves. Will definitely visit again soon!!!

Loved this place! We stayed in a wonderful room that was excellently modernized and it had a wonderful bathtub and the most outstanding beautiful view of the mountains. The service was incredible especially Lorenzo who was so nice and helpful. The staff were so amazing they helped us book restaurants and the hotel had such a helpful transfer between the hotel and the cortina city center which was so helpful. The spa and outdoor jacuzzi were incredible and they had a ski room where you can order skis from Jgor , a ski rental in town who drops them off for you at the hotel ski room along with the Ski pass which is waiting for you upon arrival. Amazing stay beautiful modern elegant and chic hotel. Outstanding service Grazie Mille!

A place you will always return to. The stuff makes you feel very welcomed and taken care of. Special big and warm thanks to Massimo, Marco and Francesco. If you do sports vacation the spa and transfer services of the hotel make a very big difference. Very nice!!

We stayed 3 nights staff was great , rooms were great . Our one complaint was dinner at the restaurant which was fine until it was time for desert we all ordered the home made ice cream at the behest of the waiter. We were shocked when we each received a golf ball sized scoop of ice cream for 12.00 euros each that’s over 14.00 US or 48.00 us I could buy 10 gallons of ice cream for 48.00 . It left a bad taste in all our mouths . We as a group have eaten all over the world in many 3 and 4 Michelin star restaurants. This place is trying to be like a Michelin star restaurant but is failing. Again the hotel and staff were great the accommodations were great. The food needs work to be 5 star . Breakfast also needs work the food looked tired. But fix the food and you will be a 5 star resort.

This place is amazing! It is impeccably clean and beautiful and the staff is so attentive. The food at the restaurant is also top-notch. We loved our stay there. I regret I cannot remember the GM's name, but he was wonderful. I would also like to send a shout-out to Anna in reception, Alessio at the bar, and Eduardo who was everywhere! These 3 and the manager went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous and memorable! The waiters in the restaurant were great too. I regret not getting their names to mention them here. My husband and I really loved this place and the stunning views all around the place are amazing. We toured the spa which is beautiful and clean, but we were having too much fun in the outdoor playground around Cortina to try it out!
