Faloria Mountain Spa Resort

We had a wonderful stay in a Junior Suite, which was both elegant and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a fruit platter and a bottle of sparkling wine — a very thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The hotel’s pool and spa facilities were exceptional and provided the perfect way to relax after days of hiking and exploring the area surrounding Cortina d'Ampezzo. The breakfast spread offered an impressive variety of options to suit every taste. The staff were attentive and accommodating, and it was easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp. They were helpful in providing recommendations, and arranged dinner reservations for both nights of our stay. The hotel is not within walking distance of the downtown, and there was a brief miscommunication after we missed the shuttle one night after dinner (last run is at 8pm). That said, the front desk promptly resolved the situation by arranging a taxi to pick us up. Overall, our experience was excellent in every respect. The combination of comfort, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. We hope to return, and highly recommend this hotel to others.

We booked this resort for our honeymoon, and we were not disappointed!! The views are absolutely beautiful, and the hotel location is nice, it is not right in town but very close. The buffet breakfast every morning was unbelievable, we were blown away by what they offered and how delicious everything was. The spa/pool area is so cool, they have an almost Olympic size swimming pool, very impressive. The restaurant was great, and the rooms were very nice, clean and beautiful. The best part of this hotel for us was the service from the staff! The staff was very friendly and extremely attentive. They brought us anything we needed, including medicine from town when my husband wasn't feeling well. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this resort and hope to be back some day!

Two stand out employees that must be recognized. Massimo and Eileen, both lead staff at the restaurants. Massimo made every morning special with his kindness and efficient care of us while having our delicious breakfast. Eileen did the same in the evenings over dinner. The resort was lovely. We enjoyed a relaxing day at the spa and our room was very spacious with a lot of storage and it was very clean. The shuttle to town was needed as we did not have a car while on property. Overall, very nice experience.

My friends and I cannot say enough about this lovely hotel. The setting is incredibly beautiful. The spa is so inviting and relaxing. The best part is the staff. We received excellent service by Hectore, Micar, Karina, Irene, Silvia, Massimo and Renato. They are the heart of the hotel. Lorenzo was a fantastic alpine guide and you will enjoy any adventure he leads. We are so grateful for our memories of this special place.

We enjoyed our stay in Faloria. Vasili checked us in and took time to give us the tour of our room and facility. He was very accommodating. Special shoutout to Massimo who made our breakfast experience memorable. His enthusiasm and smile shows how much he loves his work. Loved the hotel’s attention to details including providing welcome gift, personalized note and tote bag with flip flops. The one hiccup we experienced was the shuttle pick up on our first night where it took an hour but after that we had no problems. Location is outside city centre but we chose it for the views and amenities.

From the moment I arrived at Hotel Faloria Mountain Spa Resort, I knew I was in for something special. My room was simply perfect—spacious, with a huge bathroom, a wonderfully comfortable bed, and best of all, a breathtaking view over Monte Cristallo and the surrounding Dolomitic peaks. Waking up to that view every morning felt like a dream.||The restaurant deserves a special mention. The food was outstanding—every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Mauro, the maitre, and his team strike the ideal balance between professionalism and warm hospitality. Their attention to detail and welcoming service made every meal an experience in itself.||I was traveling with two guests from the U.S., both seasoned, expert travelers—and even they were genuinely impressed by the high standards of the hotel. They couldn’t stop praising the overall quality, with a special shoutout to the restaurant. They said it was among the best they’ve experienced in Europe.||The entire team at Faloria—from the reception and room division to the breakfast and restaurant staff—is a credit to the hotel. Their friendliness, efficiency, and attention to detail truly reflect a 5-star level of service.||If you're visiting Cortina, Hotel Spa Faloria is an absolute must. I can’t wait to return!

Located a little distance from the town centre but opposite a ski jump. Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, well managed. Lovely buffet breakfast spread and their restaurant is elegant. Service is excellent, the Conceirge Susanna is brilliant and most helpful!! Love the view from their breakfast room

Great hotel with fantastic amenities, including a gym, sauna, steam room, pool, and both indoor and outdoor hottub . The breakfast is top-notch, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. It’s located just outside the main area, making it a perfect base for exploring all the nearby attractions while still enjoying peace and quiet. There are a couple of free parking spots available, but otherwise garage parking requires an additional fee.

This place is amazing! It is impeccably clean and beautiful and the staff is so attentive. The food at the restaurant is also top-notch. We loved our stay there. I regret I cannot remember the GM's name, but he was wonderful. I would also like to send a shout-out to Anna in reception, Alessio at the bar, and Eduardo who was everywhere! These 3 and the manager went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous and memorable! The waiters in the restaurant were great too. I regret not getting their names to mention them here. My husband and I really loved this place and the stunning views all around the place are amazing. We toured the spa which is beautiful and clean, but we were having too much fun in the outdoor playground around Cortina to try it out!
