We stayed at the hotel in the peak season. We chose from 5-star hotels in Cortina d'Ampezzo. The price for a room with breakfast was the highest, but we were attracted by the claim of having the best SPA in Tyrol. Two rooms were standard, priced at 1205 euros per night for two people, and one Deluxe Premium room at 1765 euros per night.|Upon arrival, we were disappointed – the hotel, both externally and internally, corresponded to 5 stars only in its inflated price. The standard rooms were narrow for two people, with non-working coffee machines, small wardrobes, and nowhere to unpack suitcases; the children left theirs on the floor and had to step over them.|The Deluxe Premium room was slightly larger but had a small window and an enormous bathroom area. The wardrobe was smaller than in the standard room. When I asked where we could hang our winter jackets in our room, the reception staff just shrugged. In the morning, we asked again what we were paying 1800 euros per day for. After an unpleasant conversation, they changed our room to one on a higher floor that was more spacious, with 4 wardrobes and a bathroom of normal size.|The hotel layout is inconvenient for guests, common areas are poorly cleaned, the elevator has dirty floors and walls. The SPA area is small, into which they somehow squeezed a fairly large pool. There are many puddles on the floor. In the relaxation area, there are only five seats, placed arm's length from each other. The sauna accommodates 2-4 people, the steam room 2-3.|The ski room is not adapted for skis and boots; it can accommodate no more than 4 people at a time. The residential rooms are small, the furniture is worn out, the bathroom is well-equipped, and housekeeping is adequate. The breakfast assortment is mediocre; the entire service relies on one experienced employee who oversees everything in the morning. During lunch and dinner, service is slow and uncertain.|The hotel offers free transfers to the city center and to the ski lifts. But it's easier to leave the hotel than to return to it. Sometimes we waited 40-50 minutes for the transfer by the road because of bad logistic and traffic.|After a week staying at the hotel, we were all exhausted and disappointed with Faloria Mountain Spa Resort
