During our vacation at this hotel, we got a really bad impression… We were sure from the reviews that everything would be great, the hotel is focused on children, everything is arranged for them, but the service wants to be better, and the rooms would like to be updated, the location of the hotel is not bad, the territory is green, the sea is close, but there is a sharp rocky entrance to the sea, but let's not forget that we are in Croatia, but the service is terrible. In no other hotel or restaurant have I encountered such an attitude towards guests and stupid systems. So our incident that happened in the restaurant at the hotel was very unpleasant and showed the true face of the staff. If you want to come for breakfast and wait at the door until you are allowed to enter, then you need to come here))) The situation is like this, we came for breakfast, that day the weather was bad, so the terrace was closed, so the filling inside was crazy, BUT attention, we come, they meet us at the enter of restaurant and tell us to stand and wait, because there are a lot people and we are simply forbidden to let more in…. and you just stand all together at the entrance, like a incomprehensible people who don’t understand why they came here, I would understand everything, but I saw with my own eyes free tables where we could sit with my family and have breakfast, talking about this, the staff repeats the same phrase: stand and wait! Excuse me, wait for what? Still, it wouldn't be such a bad incident, as simple as in any restaurant in my city, where they greet you at the entrance and look for a free table for you, if it's so crowded with people, but here everyone just doesn't care, no one is going to find you a free table, and even if you see one yourself, keep in mind, they simply won't let you in and sit down... I'm shocked, I've never seen anything like this anywhere. The restaurant is also dirty, there's always something lying around on the floor, the tables and chairs are dirty, not cleaned perfectly. If waiters take your plate away, it would be a miracle, also the hotel has a bracelet system, you have to scan them in the restaurant when you enter, so also keep in mind that if your child goes to lunch and eats one ice cream, you will not be able to have lunch by the beach, because the system will store that your room was already at lunch, honestly, all the incidents happen with the staff in the restaurant, it was very unpleasant to be here. The worst thing is that the managers and everyone at the reception do not care, no matter how many times you say it, they just say sorry… i will never come back here, for my experience it was the worst vacation in my life.
