I’ve always had good experiences here, but just had the worst experience with assistant manager Kristina. She asked the person in front of me for their phone number and he declined, then when it was my turn I declined also. It was at that moment that another assistant manager named Ashley walked up to the register next to her and they proceeded to have a conversation as if customers weren’t right there. The first thing she said to her was, verbatim, “that’s the 2nd one in a row” then rolled her eyes. When my receipt printed, she just threw it on the counter; didn’t hand it to me or anything NOR did she hand me the box or put it in a bag. Then my boyfriend was next and he gave his phone number since he shops there often, then she said verbatim, “she could’ve used your rewards. You’re missing out on points and messing up my numbers.” My response was a sarcastic laugh, to which her response was “anyways.” My boyfriend placed an order to pick up in store and she just handed him the receipt without telling him how many days shipment would take, nothing. Absolutely disgusting, unprofessional behavior. You work in customer service, do better.
