This particular location deserves no stars. The associate refuse to give her name. I order shoes online for a family member to pick up. He visited the store today 8-15-2025 @ 10:30am. The associate did not want to do an price adjustment, stating my charge was pending and they did not submit the payment. I guess she work for the bank, I told her via speaker phone the payment was made. I was at work and could not go back and forth. So I had to purchase the shoes again. Instead of her just doing a price adjustment for $10 more, she did not. I had my family to get the corporate number and her name... she gave him the telephone number but refuse to give her name. Luckily, her associate number is on the receipt. I called corporate and they apologize and said she did not do her job, and it would take 5 to 7 business days to see a refund. At this point that is not acceptable, I request to speak to a supervisor, the rep stated they would call back. While waiting for the customer service supervisor to call back, I called the store and ask to speak to supervisor, apparently this is the same associate that was a the register when my family pick up the shoes. She paused and stated "I'm the manager" "may I have your name", another pause " I'm the manager may I help you", " may I have your name so I can address you properly" another pause, and then she stated " the manager will be here in 2 to 3 hours". I spoke with customer supervisor and explained what had just happen when I called the store. She transferred the complaint to the district manager. So unprofessional, and training is needed.
