Famous Footwear

I had a great experience at this Famous Footwear, especially thanks to Angela, the store manager. I originally bought a pair of shoes here and came back a couple weeks later to exchange them because they ended up being too big. The ladies working that day were very kind, printed out my receipt, and tried to help, but we couldn’t find the right fit at the time. I went to another location after that and had a really poor customer service experience, so I decided to come back here and I’m so glad I did. Angela provided amazing customer service. She handled the exchange smoothly and took the time to explain that the Nike style I chose runs a bit narrow, which really helped. With her guidance, I was able to find a pair that fit perfectly and I’m very happy with my purchase. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you, Angela, for such excellent service.

Gabriella and Arely’s were extremely kind and helpful when help pick out shoes. I always receive amazing customer service from them. They are even able to help me in Spanish so I don’t have to use my English.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Went in the store on 06/05/2025, wanted a pair of shoes that weren’t in stock. The manager said they could order the shoes for me. I didn’t think much of it, because they had ordered shoes for me before. So, I pay for the shoes in cash. Fast forward, 3 weeks later. I never received an email or any correspondence concerning my shoes. So, I comeback to the store expecting to get my cash back or at least an exchange. I’m told at the service desk that they couldn’t give me my cash back or an even exchange, that I would have to wait 3 - 4 more weeks for a refund check in the mail. So, now I’m in limbo and have to wait additional 1 or 2 months before this is resolved. Famous Footwear never has to worry about me stepping in that store again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Great service by Angela!! She was so passionate about footwear and was so excited to talk to everyone. I came in around closing time and you would’ve thought she just started her shift w how much positive energy she had. I needed shoes for work and she gave me technical info, style info, and sale info and even helped me get socks for each pair. Fantastic asset to this location. I ended up w 3 pairs and happy that she would get the commission and she told me they don’t get commission! So I figured I should at least leave this rave review for her. Fantastic experience! Also like that it was open late with great parking and good sales!

The manager Angela is as helpful and kind as can be. She saved us the extra shipping cost by informing us about the famous footwear account with no strings attached. Good selection, the size I wanted wasn't in stock, but it was mailed to my house within two days of the order. And I didn't even have to support loathsome Amazon!

I've been to this place a few times trying to find shoes that work for me. I have big feet so it's a problem. Every Blue Moon I might find something. Place is usually kind of messy but not terribly, I've seen worse. They are always running the exact same sale that is about to end next week and be replaced with the exact same sale. So don't worry, you won't miss the sale. If I had to pick this place over any other shoe store it wouldn't happen because in truth I don't like any shoe stores. So it was a terrible idea to suggest me rating this place. So, in conclusion, if you need shoes, this is definitely a place that has those things.

Angela is the absolute best! She has helped me twice now, and is an absolute delight. I had a pair of shoes ive been wanting for like a month, and decided on a whim to stop in as she was really helpful before. She found the shoes i want for work, (theyre so cute) and ordered them to the store for me to pick up, at an even better price than i was going to pay for them online elsewhere. Given that i work in an environment where my shoes get filthy and ruined really quickly, usually every few weeks needing to be swapped out, i now have a steady supply of adorable work shoes! And she was so pleasant to work with, and i was not having the best if days today, so its always great to deal with humans with super positive energy! Ty so much for ordering my reboks!!!
