A very traditional dim sum experience. For the regular prices, the value is excellent, and the portion sizes of each dish are quite large. We came on a Sunday morning and didn’t have to wait at all, which was a nice surprise. Nothing overly impressive, but definitely nothing disappointing either — a solid, reliable choice for classic dim sum.

It’s been some time since I last visited Fancy. Attended for Sunday dim sum. Line to get a table is long since it is discounted before 11:30am. The dim sum is made fresh to order. Your standard har gow and siu mai and plenty of savoury dishes were executed well. The taste is refined than most. Service is good. We enjoyed our meal and will return.

Had brunch at Fancy Chinese Cuisine 利嘉盛, and it was pretty decent overall. The restaurant is spacious, clean (4/5), and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I opted for the 3-pound lobster (dine-in only), and the staff actually showed me the lobster and its weight before cooking, which was a nice touch. It was super fresh and still moving. The lobster turned out tender, moist, and slightly bouncy, but the ginger-scallion aroma wasn’t strong, so the flavor felt a bit lighter than expected. I also ordered the mango slush, and this one was really good — sweetness is just right and it has real mango pieces. Price is on the lower side, so it’s a good choice if you want a casual brunch spot that won’t break the wallet.

Meh dim sum place. Not good but not horrible. The beef offal was quite nice. Buns are very doughy. Rice roll and Siu Mai are ok. The beef ho fan was super oily and not much taste. Quite cheap compared to other dim sum spots nearby.

This is a very busy restaurant. I tried their Alaska king crab set dinner. The crab they show me before cooking is 7.x lb., therefore we have to pay for the extra weight based on $60.00 per lb. Food is good but not the best, but considering the price, it is still in good value. This meal is good for 6 people.

The prices are cheaper than other restaurants, and the quality is good. The rice rolls are smooth, the taro dumplings are tasty, and the satay beef is flavorful but not too salty, with large slices of beef. The satay squid is fresh, though I personally prefer smaller ones. The siu mai are juicy and have a nice bite. Overall, very satisfied.

Busy place for dim sum. Great prices. My go to place for dim sum take out. There is a cash discount as well. You have to allow 15 to 20 mins. One of my favourites is the mini chicken pie. It was delicious. Budget at least 5 to 10 minutes to find a parking spot during the day.

Hi, when dim sum craving hits you, Fancy Chinese Cuisine comes to the rescue! We came here around 1:00pm on Family Day. There was a big line up at places in North York so we went more north hunting for dim sum. We got a seat here right away, although they were also busy. They have push buggies, which is nice traditional touch. The volume was good for having a table conversation, private area. Very pleasant environment, cute table cloths and seat covers. We ordered a lot of dishes and a plate of noodles and the total was low including tips for $105 cash price. I have not seen red bean and ice cream drinks for $3.99 since the pandemic in North York but they had them here. My brother felt bad because he wanted to add more tips but they already included the tips. Also, the food was good, hot, tasted good, satisfying. It's not the high end dim sum but I would say this is a good solid dim sum standard and for a very reasonable price. Thank you very much to the cooks and the management for a lovely Family Day lunch experience!

Dim sum review Sept 2025 They still offer one of the best early bird specials in the area with decent consistent dim sum. All the favourite staples are here, my kids really enjoy the deep friend shrimp dumplings, steamed bbq buns, har gow and Siu mai. Even though it's advertised as a cash special pricing, they still charge hst and then 12% tip on top. Tea was $5 mandatory charge, not sure if it's for the pot for the table vs people since there's two kids and two adults. There's different deals on weekend if you pay before noon $4.28/dish(s/m/l) or $4.68 afterwards. Service is neutral and speak English well to communicate with. Parking is limited and busy but you can always find one.

Authentic Cantonese Dim Sim w/ bargain prices! This restaurant has dim sum specials for ONLY $3.95 on Mon - Fri (except Holidays) either dine in & pay b/f 11:30am or after 1:30pm & $4.65 on Sat - Sun if paid in Cash. 12% tip is automatically added, which makes paying the bill easy. It is located in mall so it has plenty of free outdoor parking. We came here on a Wednesday afternoon around 1:40 pm. There was no wait for 4 ppl even though the restaurant was about 85 percent full. Good & quick service. You get a pencil to choose the dim sums that you would like to order and then it is steamed fresh. The menu and ordering for has English & Chinese printed on it. Dim sum comes piping hot to your table. That is much better than dim sum places with the dim sum cart. Food was fresh & tasty! Restaurant is clean and they clear the table quickly. Would recommend and definitely would come back! Second time here on travel and food is consistently delicious! One of the best dim sum restaurants in the area! Great value for the buck!

Wow always a great time here haha. We usually come here for dinner but recently discovered their lunch combos! 11-3pm Mon-Fri dine in only and cash only too I believe. We got the small set and it comes with stir fried beef ho fun, 8 salt and pepper spicy fried shrimps, a daily veggie (I think it was Gai lan), a big shareable pot of pumpkin corn congee, and a deep fried maggi sauce tofu and fish dish. We also added their salted egg yolk fried green beans so delish. Service was relatively fast but dishes did take a while and they came out in batches but it wasn't too bad. Everything came out fresh and piping hot except the congee (could be hotter). Def will be back! For the lunch service, you can also still order dim sum :)

Authentic Chinese cuisine. Great combo deals with lobster and Peking duck. Service is always great. Cleanliness is average. We've been coming here for years. There's dim sum, lunch and dinner . Also party tray is the cheapest I've seen. Parking is limited. Wheelchair accesible. Hot guy at the cashier is a bonus.

Mother's Day Pricing = $5.68 for all size dim sum (more expensive compared to other days) Food: I always order and love their Sui Mai, Chicken Feet, Deep Fried Shrimp Wonton! Deep Fried Bean Curd Roll with Shrimp, Shrimp with Tofu and Eggplant, and their Cold HK Lemon Tea are good but nothing too memorable. Service: Sometimes you may have to wait for a table but when I visited there was no wait. Server are nice and we're able to quickly provide me with hot sauce, soy sauce, and chilli oil.

Having dim sum here on a weekday felt perfect -- no rush, just good food at great value. The menu is big, the portions generous, and everything we tried was fresh and satisfying. It's one of those spots where you can eat well without breaking the bank, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. Definitely a go-to for solid, budget-friendly Chinese cuisine.

Great deal on dim sum - same price on all sizes even on weekends (SP and XL excluded) Overall good but a few that needs to avoided such as the sesame ball with salted egg yolk, steamed rice roll, and sponge cake. Other than that, it's pretty enjoyable with good tasting tea and cheap dim sum.

One of my go to places for dim sum, prices are pretty affordable. They offer dim sum special from 9am-3:15. It can get really busy here and sometimes it's a challenge to find parking. Came here on a Friday morning for dim sum. Service was quick and servers were attentive. The food hits the spot, satisfied my dim sum cravings!

Came here for breakfast on a Weekday. Once we ordered on the menu/ order form, the food came out pretty quickly. Not the most generous portions. The pot rice was disappointing. The rice was under cooked and placed in the pot (not cooked in the pot). Parking available in plaza.

Busy restaurant and plaza, arrive early for parking spot. Decent food, good service. Very busy tonight, food came out of typical order. Put our cake in the fridge and brought it with the decoration sticks put in. My parents love this restaurant for some reason, so ofc, my dad picked this spot for his bday dinner party. We had reserved for 5:30p for 14 people, and our table was ready and waiting for us without delay. My mom picked a set menu, which included soup, peking duck, lobster, fish, shrimp roll, veggies, chicken, sweet and sour pork, noodles and rice, and a fried oysters to try. The set menu veggie appeared to be swapped with an alternative today. The fried oyster was humongous. It was plenty big to split half with someone else, as did the rest of the table. The dishes came in an odd order, most likely due to being super busy. For starters, we had the soup, and typically, the Peking duck cones next. Oddly enough, the steamed fish came next, which resulted in a fish-soy-saucy plate for the Peking duck that came next. Aside from the kitchen food timing/order, service was superb.

Probably one of the cheapest dim sum you're going to find right now as they have their promotion going on. Monday - Friday expect holidays $3.98 S, M & L if you leave before 11:30. They got a good variety of items. The best one is probably their steamed rice in pot which is only a large item. We tried all of them, they're all huge and tasty. I even ordered an extra one and packed it for lunch the next day. Their salted pork and preserved egg congee, it is also a large size item and it was gigantic plus it had a lot of filling. Their sesame ball with egg yolk was also really hot and fresh. Super good prices for the amount and quality you're getting, definitely recommend trying them out!

Time for a review update. I hate the Covid pandemic with a passion; it hurt so many businesses and people. Fancy survived the Covid pandemic. It maintains a reasonable pricing strategy. I don't know how they do it, but I greatly appreciate the practice. We like the food for its consistency, wok air, good fried noodle, even better fried rice. The dinner combo are very reasonably priced. During Christmas, they still allow us to order takeouts from the regular combo menu, whereas many restaurants only serve higher priced festive combo during Christmas. When we have to order a decent takeout dinner to treat some guests at home, we often opt to buy our takeout at Fancy.

Went Fancy for dimsum lunch on a Friday. A really popular dimsum restaurant in the Milliken neighborhood. Not too big of a dimsum menu but it's already with good selections at a very reasonable price. Nice food quality with good service. So, as expected, we had a good line in front of us, which moved decently fast. The steamed rice in a pot with chicken feet & pork ribs. Crisped rice cooked at the pot bottom. Perfect match with the sweet soy sauce. Absolutely delicious! The deep-fried eggplant and tofu with shrimp stuffing has a pretty interesting texture and is tasty. Soup dumplings in a bowl (灌湯餃). It was only so-so. Should have skipped this item. They now have a Fancy Tea booth available for bubble drinks, fruit tea, and sparkling soda. Haven't seen people ordered from there. A little skeptical about it and curious to see if it's comparable to bubble tea places dedicated to making drinks. Great value dimsum. Good service and always with a smile. Recommended!

Extremely slow for the food to come out during lunch. We ordered like 10+ dim sum dishes, with just a small table for 4 and we were there for two hours! It didn't even looked too crazy busy though we were sitting in a room. It's like they steamed one dim sum at a time to keep everything hot and piping? In the end, we kept waiting for some buns to come. I think they missed the order after we checked on it the first time. We waited and waited and we had to keep chasing for it. Workers were a little bit confused as to which dim sum went to which table. Service was a little bit slow. The reason why this place could be so popular and busy is because they have all day specials and if paid by cash, the price is the same for small, medium and large. Service charge is already applied on the bill. Their dinner combos used to be more affordable but prices increased after Covid-19. Reservations for dinner is a must. There is no possibility of walking in. When ordering takeout, they slapped a service charge as well. Why would we need to tip on takeout? The parking lot is small so it can be extremely stressful to find parking. Go there early to get a parking spot.

It was Sunday 4:30pm I went to this restaurant. The door posted that booking is full for the night. You can imagine how popular among locals. My friends decided to have early dinner without booking. . We got at table and have a set of dinner. The purpose is to have the deep fried fish and that dish is not found everywhere in Chinese restaurants . It is delicious. The sweet and sour rib is also very good. We called the stir fried has "wok hea" - it has high heat from the wok and the food is delicious in making this way. We also order a stir fried noodle which is satisfactory. Service is prompt. We were asked to have dinner until 6pm as the booking is full. It is a casual dinner. More people joining after 5:30pm . We we left before 6pm , I guess the person who booked the table has arrived

We ordered take out and ate with family. In my hometown, Chinese food is limited and not very good but when we go and visit Toronto, we eat all sorts of good food! Take out: I apologize for not knowing the official name of the dishes. 1. Lobster with "yee mein." I haven't had lobster in years and the meat was so fresh, bouncy, and flavorful. Each piece had a good amount of meat and even for take out, it was really good! The yee mein was on the mushy side but that can't be helped. Aside from the mushiness, the flavor was fine. 2. I think it was orange chicken or something similar. The flavor was fine but the meat was very rough and dry. There was sauce but it didn't help much. 3. Choi sum: it was fine, nothing fancy but it didn't turn yellow or mushy at the end. 4. "white chicken" the meat was very tender and smooth. The skin (I ate abit) was also very nice, bouncy, and the flavor was amazing. No frozen chicken smell or taste. 5. Duck: the duck was good. The meat was fine, not too chewy and again, flavorful! In my hometown, it's hard to even find duck that doesn't taste like frozen ice. 6. Fried green beans and fried little fish. It was a tad spicy but the heat dies away quickly. Even for take out the fried foods were still crispy and crunchy. Loved the flavors and it didn't feel too oily or greasy. We can never find this dish in my hometown. Loved it! 7. Shrimp fried rice. Lots of little shrimp and the rice was fried nice and dry. Subtle in flavor but we also had little kids so this was great for them. I was very happy with all the dishes.

Consistently excellent. Great value. The lobster/seafood menu packages are fantastic. Every dish is served fresh and the food quality is top notch. Always busy. Pro tip - call ahead for dine-in or take out.

On the cusp of new year, my colleagues and I made it out to 利嘉盛 (Fancy) for a last hoorah lunch ringing in the new year. For this particular one we ordered our faves and we were very pleased with the quality of the dishes and level of speedy service. 豉汁蒸排脣 (pork ribs with black bean) 荷香珍珠雞 (sticky rice with lotus leaves) 晶瑩蝦餃皇 (shrimp dumpling, har gow) 皮蛋咸瘦肉粥 (congee with salted pork & preserved egg)* 皇子菇菜苗腸粉 (king mushroom & spinach steamed rice roll)* 百花雙寶 (deep fried stuffed shrimp, eggplant & tofu with black bean sauce)* 蜂巢炸竽角 (deep fried taro dumplings)* 利嘉盛 is a great place to reward hard work and usher in celebrations!

Kung Hei Fat Choi! Happy Lunar New Year! It's the year of the Rabbit. I stopped in at Fancy Chinese Restaurant with a friend for dim sum. It's located close to our workplace. We had a variety of dim sum items, including the standard favourites, siu mai, har gow, and curry squid. Overall, we had more than enough food for the two of us and just enough for my friend to take some for lunch the next day. While the food was decent, I've had better dim sum from other places. The service, however, was good.

This is probably one of the best dim sum places in town. The prices are absolutely reasonable with every dish being $4.68 during the weekends! I don't think I've seen such a deal in so long. The food was alright. I would not say it was extraordinary and nothing really stood out but for this kind of pricing, I have no complaints and I can easily give this place a 4/5 star rating. They also open at 9:30am, so be sure to line up for the morning rush before the restaurant opens and you will surely get a table. Overall, I had a great experience here and will most likely return! I was also told the kitchen is extremely clean, so that's definitely a plus!

We were not impressed with their dim sum during our first visit but decided to come for dinner since they have great prices/dinner sets. We liked the Peking duck. The pancake wraps were a bit thick/doughy. Will be back to try their seafood items as most of the reviews rave about their lobster. We were not very hungry otherwise we would've tried that too.

This restaurant always hits the spot! Been coming here for years with my family. Whether it be dim sum lunch or a family dinner, this place always hits the spot! Dinner here is affordable with great food! You can also bring your own cake and wine to the restaurant! Service is always friendly and quick. Peking duck to start. Always! Lobster in maggie sauce is a must! Add on a lobster roe fried rice - trust me it's delicious! Also love the sweet and sour pork as it's nice and crispy with the tangy decadent sauce- YUM! Fried whole free range chicken is also juicy and delicious, not dry at all. Dipping it in the salt is my favourite part! Dinner comes with complimentary chinese dessert (usually dessert soup), of either red bean soup or taro sago soup.

Went here the week after Chinese New Year because I wasn't able to get reservation on the day of CNY. I had to settle with a early dinner because I wasn't able to get a slot during prime time. They gave me a 2 hours seating limit because somebody else had reservation for that table later that night and luckily it was just enough time for us. It's actually good having a early dinner because you'll actually be able to find parking. When we were leaving, people were camping out spots and following us to our car. They even asked me for my spot! On the door of the restaurant, they literally got a sign outside saying full house. No walk in. Their food is amazing as usual. Nothing was bad. They got the wok hei on all their dishes. There is a 12% Mandatory tip that is automatically included on to the bill. Service wasn't anything special so it was reasonable.

Amazing dim sum in markham!!! Would come again and again. They seem to have mostly large tables for groups of 6-10 so our party of 4 was awkwardly spaced out on a large banquet table. We still filled the table surface with lots of dishes so it worked out. Zha Liang was crispy on the inside and not mushy. Chicken feet were perfect. Custard buns tasted weird and mealy and the filling was pretty orange rather than yellow. Lotus leaf sticky rice was delicious with lots of chinese sausage and even some shrimp. Siu Mai and xia jiao were done well. The tofu and eggplant with shrimp was really delicious although there's only two of each so you don't get to try it all.

I'm going to Fancy, you might already know. I'm in the fast lane, taking lobster back home! Fancy Chinese Cuisine is a well-known staple of the neighbourhood. It offers a go-to Lobster Combo takeout meal ($79.95) among others. This meal consists of 2.5 lb twin lobsters, stirred fried vegetables, steamed free-run chicken and choice of a common dish. Lobster is prepared either w/ ginger & green onion, or in Maggi sauce. Both traditional flavours are equally popular. Cantonese dishes have a way of showcase the ingredients, in this case the naturally sweet succulent seafood. Other dishes aren't that fancy, but this is the star. For this dinner for 4, steamed chicken carries a clean taste, and c/w the green onion salt dip. Stir fried Chinese broccoli (gai lan) is as simple as that but is still a must. We typically add stir fried beef with king mushroom from an assortment of dishes to round out the meal. Fancy Chinese Cuisine is situated in a busy Markham plaza. Its bright yellow signage easily catches the eye. The spacious restaurant has a ordering booth upfront. You can call ahead. There was even a takeout cash promo, so we had no reason to cook lobster at home!

This is a busy Chinese place for dim sum at very reasonable price if you pay cash. We came on Sunday morning and called in advance for reservations to skip the big lineup. All size dim sum are at $4.89 for weekend, $4.48 week day if you pay cash, that's cheapest in GTA area. Quality wise it is above the average, freshly made, hot and fresh. their deep fried dim sum are good. Service is fast as well, above average Chinese service. It's very busy and noisy inside, like a typical Chinese dim sum place. if you order take out, at least an hour in advance.

You can find this restaurant in the plaza on 14th and Kennedy Rd. Coming on a weekday around 2pm, we were able to get a seat quickly as the restaurant wasn't busy at first. However, it appears that seats were filled up after we sat down. The dishes were overall average at best which is why I gave it three stars. We got our egg tarts, bbq pork pastry, and fried taro pastry. Usually they'd be hot when served, however it was cool by the time we got it. The food was cooked, but I suspect it was left to sit there for a while which is why it got cold. This was the biggest turn off. The chicken feet were also too salty, and the har gow was over cooked as the skin was too soft/stuck together. The soup dumplings barely had any soup, and the skin was also thicker than normal - it tasted more like a dumpling tbh. Would I come here again? Only if I have no other choice, or else I'd recommend to save your dim sum cravings for another place. There's also a cash discount. IG: Ayenomz

Are you looking for a great place for lobster? This place has pretty good lobster combo deals ranging from about $70 to $130 depending on how many other dishes and the weight of the lobsters. I got the special 6 course lobster (4 lbs) combo deal for $129 incl. taxes which is a pretty good deal. It came with sweet and sour pork, sautéed choi sum, braised fish with tofu, steamed chicken, and sautéed beef. The portions were quite generous so we'll have enough for tomorrow's dinner. Thank goodness we placed our dinner order yesterday. Given that it's Mother's Day today, when I ordered yesterday, they had already maxed out their orders from 5pm~7pm so they put our order for 4:30pm. Remember to order earlier if it's a special holiday. The food was amazing; the prices were reasonable and everything was well packed!

It was very busy when I walked in. Was told this we would have to wait 15 minutes but ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seated. Was it worth the wait? Absolutely! Everything came out hot. We were impressed with the shrimp dumplings as the shrimp inside was much bigger compared to any other dim sum I've been to in the states. The egg tarts were also one of the best I've had! Our food came out rather quickly and the service was friendly and efficient. It was really busy on a Friday afternoon but I would highly recommend checking out this restaurant if you're in the area and looking for some good food!!

Pretty good takeout deals. Tried the lobster combo deal, it comes with 2 lobsters, half a chicken, a dish of veggies and another dish of your choice. Food is ok, nothing extraordinary, the Maggi sauce lobster is slightly on the salty side but goes well with rice. Not bad for a lazy takeout day. All that for less then $70 total... They do have many other combos and deals too to choose from.

I come here rather frequently for dine-in service. Dim sum quality is good, and there are usually specials if you come before 11:30 a.m. I recommend the Lobster noodles dish, shrimp rice noodle rolls, and deep fried taro dumplings. The lobster noodles were decently priced for under $20, if you order enough dim sum. I love the ginger flavour and there were surprisingly more pieces of lobster than expected! As dine-in is currently closed, we ordered takeout on a Saturday morning. We were told that the 25% off discount was no longer available. It took almost 1 hour from the time I called to put in the order to get the food ready. Unfortunately, the food did not taste as good for takeout. The shrimp/beef rice noodle rolls were still fresh, but the spring rolls and steamed chicken rice were cold and soggy. Not a fan of takeout dimsum, but hope dine-in opens up soon!

For years we used to visit Fancy Chinese Cuisine for dim sum on Sunday afternoons since they opened, but over time the wait time grew longer and longer. Since COVID I haven't visited here asides from one takeout trip. I comfortably came for a lunch visit today with my family (prepared for a wait time). To our surprise, there was no wait time at all, we got seated right away! The place still looks somewhat the same, with new seafood fish tanks, and the tables are spaced out as usual. Some staff have changed but still see a couple familiar faces which is good. Their food still tastes the same, our biggest favourite here was their tofu dessert which they still have (not on the menu) so we must assume the kitchen staff have not changed! I've always recommended them, and continue to do so.

Came here on a Sunday at 1pm and they are SUPER BUSY! Lines up for both takeout orders and dine in. If you dont want to wait in line, call a head of time, since phone reservations comes first than walk in. Since they have less tables to serve their customers. I had to wait around 30 mins, which wasn't too bad. But if you arrive in a busy time, you can be waiting for 45 mins to an hour. They have tones of takeout options available! And some GREAT DEALS are going on right now!! GO check out their takeout covid menus that i have attached below! Food came pretty fast. Their SIU MAIs ARETHE BEST! OMG! 10/10!! The Korean short ribs were a bit too chewy but very favourable! Egg tart looks a bit burn in the edges but taste is ON POINT~ highly recommend their fried squid tentacles. The only thing i would not recommend is the bean curd roll. Too slimy and the stuffing is meh, 2/5. Service was great! Dont expect them to be there 247 since they are walking around tables that are separated pretty far. Be patient! Overall experiences 4/5! I wish their daily special takeout menu was for dine in too, they didn't state it was ONLY for takeout on their board outside, this resulting in a lot of dine in people trying to order it. But other than that, 5/5!

Wooo!!! Fancy!!! The food crew and I were looking for a place to have a nice brunch. I hadn't had Dim Sum in a while so I called up Fancy Chinese (Kennedy and 14th) and made a reservation for Sunday Brunch. Fancy Chinese is a staple here in Markham/Unionville and most of my Foodie friends have been here at least once. Note to you, my Yelp Family, this is a busy and popular place, get a reservation!! We got there at about 1:00 pm and the place was packed. We waited for about ten minutes which was no issue at all since the kids entertained themselves watching sea creatures in the fish tanks. We were seated right smack dab in the middle of the restaurant at a round table, which I was very grateful for since I get to see what everyone else is eating as to get inspired for my meal. The servers were very attentive and took very good care of my kids, pouring water, removing plates, dropping napkins, which was a really nice touch. We ordered some classic Dim Sums like Sui Mai, Har Gao, Cha Siu Bao, Rice Noodle Rolls, Xiao Long, fried squid tentacles, etc., and purely by fluke since most of the menus were in Chinese, we saw on another table a lobster and noodle dish (Lobster with E-Foo Noodles?) which looked really great and we ordered that too. So we ate, and we ate, and we ate, the servers came over and cleaned dishes as we cleaned them off, and took really good care of us. The food was fresh and flavourful and we had a great time. The servers even brought out deserts for the kids which they loved. On this visit we were very well taken care of, we had great food, and the value you get here is what separates Fancy Chinese from many other Dim Sum joints.

No dining in yet ... then let's get some FANCY takeout ___ Actually the name of the restaurant is called Fancy Chinese Cuisine (not on Instagram) has been around awhile ... at least 20 years. I've eaten here many times for Dimsum and dinners but it's my first for takeout Lobster Combo deal that is available for takeout at NOT such a "fancy" price. An excellent deal....4 course meal that's only $79.95, plus an extra 15% off when you pay cash ---- It comes with two lobsters cooked in ginger and onion or Maggie sauce, includes Free Run Chicken (half),stir fry Chinese Broccoli, and you get to pick one entree ... from a list of 13. I've included the menu in slides. Plenty of choices but I choose the deep fried Pork Rib with spicy salt. ___ Lobster cooked in Ginger and Onion is my favourite style!! The lobster was really sweet and meaty. I enjoyed the steamed chicken. The braised Eggplant with minced pork was ordered as an extra side dish and a generous portion. Everything was very delicious and satisfied my cravings for lobster ___ I highly recommend this place for takeout. They offer lots of great combos including Vancouver Crab and Peking Duck. Pretty good Chinese cuisine with good value combos to share with family. They get busy and have lots of take out orders as well so make reservations! They also give different dessert options besides red bean soup such as taro sago or tofu pudding which are tasty! Overall pretty good service and value.

The best dim sum place I have ever been to. Time and time again I find myself only coming here for dim sum. Other places does not compare to how fresh and delicious food is here. I also come here for dinner with my family. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. Price is fair portion size is good. My favourite is the deep fried squid tentacles, beef short ribs, and shrimp rice rolls. We did take out but I miss going in person pre covid as well.

This was an all-around good seafood restaurant that serves fresh seafood. We had a variety of dishes such as lobster fried with ginger/green onion; Dungeness crab fried with ginger/green onion; eel in black bean sauce; fried shrimp w/spicy seasoning; and shrimp in egg white and soft tofu. Everything was delicious and came out pretty promptly. The service was good and we didn't have any issues during our meal. Prices are pretty reasonable and portions are good. I'd definitely come back here to eat.

Fancy has great food with reasonable prices and consistent quality. It can get really busy on weekend mornings, but that's expected when a restaurant serves good dimsum.

DIM SUM Lets have a round of applause that 2020 is finally done with and hopefully 2021 will bring us brighter days! What is a better way to celebrate the new year than with a table full of delicious dim sum. You can't go wrong with any of the apps here as they're all pretty much made with good quality. We ordered through the phone and all the food was ready to pick up in 15 minutes. Honestly, I will miss those ladies pushing around the carts but hey, at least my taste buds are satisfied. Plaza parking lot is so much better with covid rules as the crazy Markham BMW SUV drivers are on lock down. A solid 3.8 stars

I was skeptical of coming to this restaurant for dinner initially because it seems most of the reviews are for their dim sums. However, I was pleasantly surprised at my experience there. I went with a large group of family friends on a Friday night. We called ahead to reserve a table and we were able to be seated right away for the 8 of us at 7pm. At the door they actually have a sign that tells you if the restaurant was fully reserved or not, for those coming in without reserving ahead. While I was walking in I noticed that they had a bunch of rules at the restaurant, like seating limit of 1.5hrs, cash or debit only, paying with debit must pay the tips in cash, and a few other ones. It was quite excessive and it didn't really give me a good first impression. Since we were a big group, we had decided to go for their lobster dinner combo, which for $120, you get a 4lb lobster dish (2 lobsters) and 5 other dishes of your choice selected from a list. It was a pretty great deal as it also came with complimentary soup and dessert, and it was plenty of food for our table of 8. The lobster dish had a few flavours to choose from but I always like it deep fried (避风塘). I made the right decision as the lobster was crispy and flavourful. The other dishes were alright too and the portion was decent, but my eyes were definitely on the lobsters the whole time. I would recommend coming to Fancy for dinner if you're with family as their combos are pretty great value and the portions are quite generous. Just make sure to bring some extra cash as some of the combos are cash only.

Dim sum is always one of the go to Chinese food for my family. We had Peking duck the other night too, so mind as well throw it in one review. Peking duck is okay, it also depends if you want the duck alone or with the combo. Many dishes to choose from, but for some dishes the price is actually not far off if you order it alone rather than ordering the combo. The dim sums are decent. I used to love their baked sago pudding which is not in the photos...And they no longer make it anymore

Decided to give this place a try despite mixed reviews. Honestly speaking, overall it was okay. It's not amazing nor was it nasty. The soup did leak into the bag and leaked out of the bag but it could've been me when I was carrying the food into my car. I ordered the combo for 6 + a fried rice. The lobster that came in the meal wasn't fresh and was a bit over cooked. The rest wasn't bad and would maybe order again. However the sweet and sour pork.... I had left overs cause it was too much for my family to eat so I decided to have the rest today. Not that great as left over but I bit into one and this metal piece was part of it. I'm so glad I bit in the Center and not the side cause it could've chipped or scratched my gums. So be careful when eating.

Many combos, afternoon tea, take out special too. If you like craving, I order a combo. 26.99 I got fried noodle, shrimp fried rice, vegetable, I Chinese fish at your choice and 2 drinks.

Service might be slow, the foods are good and the prices very reasonable. Good places for family dinners.

We came a couple months back and haven't had a chance to return until today! They are BUSY as ever but do have a large space for those that are ordering or waiting for pick up. Definitely needed because the orders don't stop from the looks of it. You can't go wrong with the prices here and knowing that they are so busy means the food is fresh. Always piping hot every time we pick up and extremely friendly service for a chinese restaurant. I love their lobster combo- under $100 for a six person 4 lb maggie lobster combo that comes with chicken, pork, beef, fish and a veg! Flavors are spot on every time. Two person dimsum combo- congee, noodle, two shrimp dumplings, two siu mai, two different rice noodles, two bean curd rolls, and three deep fried shrimp rolls. $20.15. TWENTY DOLLARS. Daily 5.99 specials for rice or noodle dish, max 2 orders per person. I'm not sure where you can find a better deal or better food!!

We visited the restaurant on a Saturday morning around 930am, already busy and was given a number to be waited. Took about 10 mins for the wait... The food came quite fast as we ordered almost 11 items for 3 people. The dim sum qualities weren't terrible, taste pretty much like regular dim sum at most places. The most interesting dish was the Chiu Chow style beef ball- 4 beef balls in a bowl of soup. The soup was quite tasteless, and the beef balls were not as flavorful as regular steamed beef balls. Overall, prices were descend, not too too bad for the early bird price ($3.28 S, M, L dishes) and the discount valid Mon-Sun until 1130am (except public holidays). The atmosphere of the restaurant reminded me of the ones in HK. I will come back again when I am around that area.
