Fantasy Springs Resort Casino

To me this casino is very clean and well maintained. I stayed at the hotel and the hotel was very clean as well. I had no issues whatsoever! They have a pool and a fitness center which was also clean and well maintained. Customer service was nice, I can’t complain over anything, it was a nice stay and convenient that there’s restaurants and a coffee shop onsite. Parking is free as well. Great experience overall!

The wifi in this hotel is awful. No option to upgrade either. Came to gamble and had work to do and gambled and won a bit but work was a bust. I am considering changing hotel casinos this direction because I stop on way to arizona and need a place with better than dial up speed wifi. It wouldn't connect at all due to low signal at first. People these days need these amenities. If hotel too cheap to offer it free then get one they can use and pay for! Definitely don't consider this hotel for a work convention.

A bit dated but fun. Spend $20 and they give you $40 in free play. Won some, loss some. Half the fun games wouldnt accept the free play, so minus a star. Pretty lame when you ask someone to buy into your scheme and then limit what they can use it for.

I went to go see a concert and the venue has a good view no matter where you sit. The casino is also really good. Overall, I enjoyed my time there but couldn't get a hotel room as it was sold out.

Went to see Midland in concert. Good parking and really good seats. Bathrooms were crowded. Other than that, we had a fantastic time. Midland was better than we expected. They put on a great show.

We stopped in our RV at there back parking lot. Very convenient to get in and out. Restaurant JOY Chinese food is very good. Best and I have had many good Wonton soup’s. Joy has the best up until now. Very nice staff.

It was the first time I'd ever been there. I do have to say they had lots of choices of games video and cards very clean very friendly atmosphere. They did have a smoking section for us smokers to play and smoke. The restaurant we ate at was called the bistro and it was excellent five stars on that one also.

Not a good day to be here! All toilets are down. They have outhouses set up outside. We went for dinner. Didn't dare drink anything! Left quickly.

MIDLAND!!! The drive to get here was 4 hrs long from San Fernando due to traffic but ultimately my crew and I got there safe and half the drive time on the way back to San Fernando. I took my sister in law along with my mother for this little adventure of mine. We first got our gaming cards and then hit the buffet . The service is really great, the food was amazing and the concert was awesome! I do wish Midland would've played more of the heartache songs. The drinks were well made and the dance floor was packed after the concert. BEWARE: THEY DO NOT OFFER PICKLE BACK SHOTS & NO DRINKS ON THE DANCE FLOOR, SECURITY DOESN'T PLAY! I burned all the calories away with dancing and singing the rest of the night. Such an amazing time and awesome memories made.

I've been coming here for years, and for a while, it was my go-to when visiting the area (I'm in Orange County, so it's an easy drive to the Palm Springs area when I want a casino fix). Sadly, that's no longer the case. I finally reached black card level, where I've been for a couple of years. It was nice. The only real perk I used was the parking pass so that I could park closer to the front, and of course, the shorter lines in places. Well, all that changed with their new players' club. Instead of carrying me over to a similar tier, they bounced me back to the newbie tier. Seriously? Granted, I'm not a high roller, but I've deposited more than a few hundred dollars into those machines and table games. And sometimes that's just one visit. So, I got my card, and about 20 minutes into my play, none of the machines would accept it. Now I've learned several tricks over the years to get the machine to read my player's card, but none of them worked. Back to the players club counter, now in the longer newbie line, to get a new card. While the new card worked better, I still found it challenging to get it read the first time I inserted it. I then sat down at a new machine I wanted to try, only to find cigarette ash on it. It's like whoever was there before didn't use an ashtray. As I was losing money, I realized that I've had a hand pay at every other casino in the area, except this one. Now I know how slots work: the odds are always in favor of the house, and it's 100% random, but that confirmation bias still doesn't give me warm fuzzies. I later went to another casino whose initials are AC and had no problems getting the machines to read my player's card. While I didn't win there either, the machines paid back enough to keep me playing longer, and that's all I ask for. Oh, and I had 100% of my food comped. I only had a $7 available credit at Fantasy Springs, which didn't even cover a slice of pizza and a drink. Oh, and the A/C in the high limit room doesn't work or is nonexistent. Similar to when the nonsmoking slots were in the back, which also had no air. It's Palm Springs! A/C should be a priority.

Fantasy Springs Resort Review - Fight Night Edition Checking into Fantasy Springs for the Golden Boy Production title fights felt like stepping into mini-Vegas... desert heat included. From my 11th-floor view of Coachella + the mountains to feeling like a ringside VIP, this trip had all the fight-night flair. Ringside seats had me wondering if I should start training to be a ring girl (hey, I held my water bottle like a champ ‍). Sweet Poison, Gabriella Fundaro, came out swinging with a solid fight that had the crowd hyped. The main event? Oscar Collazo was unstoppable. The trainer for his opponent called the fight early for safety, but let's be honest--there was no slowing down the Puerto Rican powerhouse. He had the energy of the energizer bunny and then some. After the adrenaline, the casino was buzzing but food options were down for the count--so pizza it was. The room was pretty standard, but that view was a knockout. Overall? Solid stay, killer fights, and just enough chaos to feel like a true VIP fight weekend.

Staying at our timeshare in Indio, a friend gave us some recommendations. We started out at Rock Yard to see a cover band. Ended up at LIT on the twelfth. What a great spot! Although it was very windy, it overlooks the city. We ventured inside and found a place at the bar. The Steel Rod was the featured band and played quite a range of hits and took requests. There's a small space next to the stage to dance. Beware to get there before the cover band finishes. It gets packed out. We had such a good time Friday night, we did it all again Saturday night. Again, great vibes but there was a shift in the music and vibe, and even the crowd. We ended up leaving early for safety concerns. We would definitely try it again. The free parking and free cover band entertainment is reason enough to give it a try.

It's always Fun to try new ways to Win some money & joy trying to hit the jackpot! I joined the Fantasy Rewards Club and got free $40 in play money and won some lil' $ (200) had fun & will be coming back next week because I caught on how to play Bingo the Fantasy way! There's no parking fees here. They have a buffet too. Bar was chilling. Try the Coffee bar upstairs for your drive home.

I always have a wonderful time at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely updated, and the staff is always welcoming and attentive. I really enjoy the casino, there are plenty of gaming options, from slots and table games to bingo, all in a lively atmosphere. It's also an excellent spot for live entertainment. The concert venue may be intimate, but it brings in great headliners and always puts on a fantastic show. I especially love Twelve: Cocktails Above, it offers stunning valley views (city lights), excellent drinks, and live music on the weekends, making it the perfect place to unwind. Extra comfortable rooftop seating, perfect for relaxing with a drink and enjoying the views! There's so much to do: big concerts and free outdoor shows, live music in the lounges, a fun bowling alley and arcade, and a gorgeous golf course (just $65 for 2-4 players with a cart). The pool is relaxing, and there are plenty of dining options to suit any mood. There's some shopping too, if that's your thing. I also recommend joining Fantasy Rewards, a free club where you earn points for playing. You can turn them into free play, dining, hotel, and golf perks, plus enjoy extra offers and a nice new member bonus. If I had to mention anything, it would be that hotel check-in and late-night dining lines could be a bit quicker. That said, I really appreciate that they offer pizza by the slice until 2AM on Fridays and Saturdays, a great late-night option. Still, with complimentary parking and valet making everything extra convenient, it's always a fantastic stay. I'm happy to keep coming back!

My hubby and I have been coming to this casino since I moved to the desert in 2013. It's always been one of my favorites. He's won many hand pays but it's a hit or miss, that's why it's gambling. You gotta play to win. I don't know why the negativity from some of the other reviews. Yes it's not a Vegas five star casino but it's always a good time. I will say the main bar does need some upgrades buy I'm glad they kept it 21 and over unlike other casinos that are 18 and over. They have great restaurants, the hotel is a nice place to have a staycation and it's a Great place to gamble and have fun

Esmeralda,Maria, and Chris are the most beautiful people that I've ever met. They were so kind and caring. My Mom recently had a stroke and Chris recommended the Meatloaf. I also was so pleased the way Esmeralda and Maria were so attentive to my dietary needs. I must say it was the best service ever! Thank you so much for your excellent service and hospitality. They have an awesome acoustic musical duo that performs on Friday and Saturday nights in the 12th floor of the hotel. No cover charge. They play from 7:40-10:00 I think. Then after them is an awesome cover band, that plays. Totally worth the drive for a fun night of musical entertainment!! We just live going there for the music. The pizza place in the hotel is also good. Quick and yummy. Fun date night. Gamble a little if that's your thing.

My spouse and I have enjoyed Dinner several times and enjoyed menu items such as their Margarita Pizza, as well the buffet . Service was amazing, food choices perfect, friendly & welcoming customer service. We never had to wait for water or coffee/drink refills. We will most definitely be back.

Wow This place is one big Toilet. Lots of trailer park people here and they bring their Non Service pets so that they won't piss themself and the Indians are ok with this. The let NON SERVICE pets in the rooms. The worst Wi-Fi I have ever seen. The jacuzzi has been broken for months now. They haven't spent money on the place in a long time. Security is a Joke, they hang in groups like school kids instead of protecting the Guests and the Casino. In my opinion: the fantasy is very unorganized and run by people who put Money above safety and guests. I will Never go here again because in my opinion: they don't care about decent people like me.

I travel all over the world and recently found myself in Indio. I stayed at Fantasy Springs Hotel & Casino and it really hit the mark. Let's face it. The area isn't Newport Beach however if you are in the area and looking for the hotel and casino with a less overwhelming feel, this is it. My Casino Host, Steven Santos, was so welcoming. He checked on me during the evening and made me feel like family. I can't say enough good things about him. He is the main reason we stayed here. Thank you, Steven, for your hospitality. In the morning, we had breakfast at their restaurant, Pom. The food was delicious. I had the salmon with capers, red onion and bagel. My sister had the eggs with bacon and hash browns. Both were beautifully presented and I could only eat half because it was such a large portion! Our server, Chris, was probably the nicest and most professional server I have had in years. I am an International Service Manager for United Airlines and would love to have 11 "Chris's" on my flights. He was funny yet in a very endearing manner. I look forward to having him serve us on our next trip thru the Coachella Valley. Mario, the Pom Manager, was equally as welcoming. This goes to show you how your company's culture is intertwined between all departments. The hotel room had a nice size fridge, coffee maker and the beds were very comfortable . I love the casino layout. It had a smoking and nonsmoking section which was nice. As a non smoker, even passing the smoking section wasn't horrible. We have stayed at both Agua Caliente and Morongo. Hands down, Fantasy Springs is my preference. I get lost in Morongo and Agua Caliente wasn't as welcoming. I hope this helps if you are looking for a hotel/casino in Coachella Valley where you don't care to go into a fancy town but rather stay at the hotel and relax.

Was visiting from San Diego this past Labor Day weekend. I lost $900 in 5 hours playing slots. I called next day to ask if they could provide a food comp if I stopped by and host Lu Chun said no. I asked did you see my loss and she said she sure did. Well Lu Chun, I am glad you can't do your job as I ended up going to Aqua where I won and they gave me a $50 food voucher. You have lost a customer for life.

FantasySprings has great restaurants. However, they need to improve on the following items: increase # of cocktail servers on the floor and loosen the machines. The machines are too tight. These two weekends, I did not see anyone getting a payout.

I am so disappointed in the decline in this casino. It is so smoky and the semi non-smoking area is extremely warm. They really need to have the AC and ventilation systems fixed. I have gone to this casino regularly for over 25 years and was a Blue card holder for more than 5 years. They instituted a new policy and gave me a low level Green card. What is up with that? I should have been brought in at least at the VIP level which is still lower than I was at the original Blue Card level. I will be going to the Agua or Augustine non-smoking casinos for now on.

I still haven't stayed here, but I came to the casino for fun and dinner, and it deserves a better update than my prior review. So much so, I'm coming back when in the area. Such a great casino with a variety of slots. Self parking structure also connected directly to hotel/casino, and there is no fee to park in the self park, and it's covered. There is valet as well. Variety of food options. Always have nice promotions if you go to the website.

Well the casino itself is alright ,rooms are decent,food is good, except you have to swat flies while you eat..I went for 2 days to relax & get in the pool.. but as I went to get in I noticed black dots all in the pool .. they were stuck all on the inside & floating in the water.... As I got a closer look I noticed the were little bugs ..That gave me the creaps .. I wasn't about to get in that pool like that!.. I called the front office to report it,the lady I spoke to just said it was too late to get maintenance out & just to get out if I didn't like it ... well the next day i went out to check the pool & the bugs were floating all in the water... that's disgusting!...

The rooms are fine. Casino is fine, but the pool is very dirty and the. Jacuzzi has been down for three months already.

The lady at the front box office window didn't even have a clue who the Tavares. A white lady came up and another desk person gave an option of where the tickets came from. The First Lady was very rude and obnoxious.

We have visited this casino before for meals and gambling and always had fun, But recently Helena Pham reached out to us to enjoy a weekend away at the resort. Everything and e everyone was perfect. We were offered concert tickets and a lovely room. Helena made dinner and cabana reservations for us. And checked on us periodically to make sure we were having a great time. We had a lovely pool afternoon and a wonderfully relaxed and elevated dinner experience. We were impressed with all the resort has to offer and are busy planning what we will do next time we come back!

Pool was nice and cold on a nice day it feels great. We also ate at the buffet which my husband enjoys all the sea food and for me I liked the steak, vegetables and salad

Gross Pool ! ..... On July 2nd 2025, we stayed at the Fantasy Springs Casino for a mini vacation. I wanted to go to the pool after seeing this grotesque view I change my mind. I was looking down at the pool and one of the small round pools for kids or a couple, the water was black it look like they wash horses, pigs, dogs .... well you get the idea. The last thing is for my skin to fall off and get some serious skin decease. The people working at the ice cream parlor are very rude they lack people skills. The promotions are down the drain. This casino looks like a Ghost Town. You're better off visiting your local park.

We decided to finally take advantage of our free trip to this resort after winning on the ESPNLA710 Lakers contest. First it was hot, but omg beautiful resort the staff were amazingly polite and professional. From valet ppl to the front desk made us feel so welcome. We took full advantage of the stay to really room looking into the pool area to desert skyline. The pool area was awesome cleaned very well kept to the staff making sure if we needed drinks or extra towels and near by Saturday night cover bands few yards away. Then we went the nightclub called "Lit" omg the place holds there name straight up Lit the local crowd so awesome till they ask us to join their table because we know fun and dancing the bank was off the hook. Next day my lady won $250 on $40 dollars then went to top of the hotel called twelfth floor was amazing view beautiful bar. Bowling was awesome while having ice cream and just enjoying the hotel and staff there. We are definitely coming back soon

This Casino is very nice and staff.. but the casino is extremely hot in different locations in the casino. We complained to employees and all they said was sorry there is nothing we can do! Machines pay are lousy!! For spending hundreds in a day and No rewarding bonuses!! We definitely do not recommend this casino. Entertainment is good ONLY If you can afford to lose alot!!

The restroom by Joy was amazing ! It's smelled clean and it was well stocked. I ran into Veni while she was cleaning the restroom and she was so helpful and kind. 10/10 definitely recommend to other

I regret not eating at the buffet for dinner before . Last Wednesday was my first dinner reservation there and I was overwhelmed with the selection and variety of different food. I was not prepared for such an amazing selection the food was amazing. The service was awesome and I will definitely recommend the buffet at Fantasy Springs..

First time visiting Fantasy Springs Casino. It's a nice place. Very clean, plenty of places to eat, seems to be a good variety to choose from. We ate at Pizza Kitchen. We had a turkey sub and a meatball sub. The hubby enjoyed the meatball sub and said it had very good flavor. Turkey sub had a lot of meat on it. The casino is pretty big, with a wide variety of games to choose from. We stayed in the high limit room area since it was the only area that seemed to offer the reel machines. If you like buffalo, or dragon link this is the place for you because they have a lot.. Would we go back? Yes.

Casino time on a weekend getaway! We stayed for hours, watching football, eating at the buffet and playing the slots. We didn't venture over to the bowling area section or the card and roulette areas, but there is a lot of fun things to do for all age groups. This friendly and clean casino has a lot of entertainment indoors and out. They host FREE concerts in the "Rock Yard." These music events are a lot of fun in an open area. There's seating all around the courtyard and they will roll out portable bars and sell beverages during the events. If you want to celebrate a birthday, see a show, gamble or get a room you can use the swimming pool or find a lounge chair to chill and work on your tan. There's also some shops if you want souvenirs. Clearly something for everyone, no matter if you gamble or not. A relaxing way to break away from the routine. Located right off the 10 freeway, you cannot miss it. Bring the family and don't forget to tell 'em Rosemary sent ya!

My friends and I get together several times a year in the Coachella Valley. This was my first time visiting this property. Our group did not stay at the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino as hotel guests. (We stayed at another hotel 0.4 miles down the block.) But a lot of food and beverage businesses in the valley close early, or simply close for the season, during the summer months. Our group visited this property on two consecutive nights because of all the entertainment options this facility provides. The look and feel of this facility is very nice. It is bright and colorful, without being gaudy. A portion of the gaming area is open to smokers; but the majority of the common area is smoke free. There are a lot of gaming options; food and beverage options; and live entertainment. As many of the casinos of this caliber do, the resort hosts touring concert performances. To manage your expectations, this is not like Vegas. Las Vegas is its own ecosystem. But this facility is nicer than the casino resorts in Reno (I've visited them all); and it is definitely better than the few Native owned properties I have explored in the mid-West.

Used to love this casino ..not so much anymore. Terrible VIP events. All the hosts are confused. Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. I've had 4 different hosts tell me 4 different things. I have serious doubts about management at this casino. It started going downhill in early 2025. It's now August 2025 and this management team needs a complete overhaul. VIP promotions and regular casino promotions and big events all going on at the same time is a complete disaster. Get your shit together...and while you're at it since you let people smoke it the back section of the casino (WALL IT OFF) it's like having a non peeing section in the pool. IDIOTS! I can say this now because I'm not going back. I've bitched and bitched but no one cares. So sad. BYE! Redemption: Actually received several calls from this casino. (Kudos to Jonathan and Keri) Asking what happened and what they and do to fix the issue. (As good management should) I told them everything. It's hard to leave a negative review to one of my favorite places. I realize sometimes things go wrong...but I love that this casino reached out. Renewed faith in people....off you the casino. Updated from one star to 4....still a work in progress.

My first coming to this Casino and I had a great time! I was not expecting the kind of nightlife, restaurants, and great bars they had. It's a pretty big casino that is very nice and it gets busy! They have a rooftop bar that plays live band music and a great balcony view, where you see other concerts that are happening. I'm happy we was referred to this Casino by locals, because it was just what we needed! They had bomb lemon drops, food court, and the Lounge "Lit" where you can go to dance and have a great time. They play some good retro R&B and will have you off of your feet for sure. The vibe is maybe for adults between the ages 35-55, but this is the place to go if you want to dance off of good music. Overall, I would say if you like to gamble, want to eat good food, and party at the same time, this is the Casino to go to in Indio. I will certainly come back here!

Worst host at any casino I'm been a member ( highest level ) for over 10 years maybe 15 Always so difficult to get one to do anything Bad experience Useless !!!

This is a review of the Event Center only. A solid place for a concert. Post Covid the acts playing are a little B list which isn't terrible but in the past they attracted big acts! The the center is nicely spaced out and the sound is good. The only downer is the pull out bleacher seating. It moves a lot with a full house rocking. ALWAYS read the filtered reviews below for some of the most honest comments. ALWAYS.

These guys are a complete mess. They invited me for a slot tournament. On our last night there, they accused me or card counting (even though I was also playing slots) and asked me and my whole family with 2 kids under 2 years of age to leave at 3am. I explained the situation so they let my family stay but I had to go to the street at 3am on Saturday night. Completely inhumane.

Bed Bug Alert First off let me just say we stay here pretty frequently and overall have a good time but this time was a whole other experience. We stayed for several days and had asked for room service to remake the room completely and clean it at 5 pm and we returned to the room at 8 pm and it's still not made so I call them and ask them to do it so we can return to our room and they agree but not easily and make it seem like it's our fault insinuating we left the "do not disturb" but it was not. We head to dinner at Pom to kill time and by the time we come back (10 pm) the beds are made and that's all, nothing has been wiped down and the bed sheets are not new and just tucked back in. At this point I'm just tired and want to rest but I simply can't sleep in dirty sheets. I call front desk and request the two new bed sets so I can just make the beds myself and they refused to give me new comforters because we "had room service already" so they told us to ask in the morning for comforters. This is the part where things turn south. I pull back the sheets and old set off the bed and notice a bed cover, in all the years I've stayed here they never had bed covers. So in my head I'm like "huh that's new?". I proceed to make the beds and finally settle into the room and shower, I put a towel on the floor and as I was about to step into the shower I see a bed bug crawling onto the towel and shortly after my partner found a bed bug crawling on the wall. Needless to say we packed up our stuff and left immediately. When we told the hotel front desk did not seem phased and had nothing to say about the situation other than "I'll have house keeping check it out". I really can't believe im having to write this review, I expect a lot better from fantasy and I can only hope fantasy gets it together and takes this review very seriously for the safety and reputation of their patrons. Please be aware if you are staying here as of November 22nd.

We tried this casino out yesterday and we had a great experience. The place was clean and did not smell of any smoke (it is a non-smoking casino) which is a plus! The slots were fun and had a variety to choose/play. There were multiple restaurants, food, coffee, stores, etc. The cocktail waitresses were seen all the time (every 5 min or so) which is awesome for service. Other casinos are not like this at all... I definitely recommend Fantasy Springs for the casino. We will be staying here in the hotel in the future and will check back in. Thank you

Celebrated our 29th anniversary at the Joy restaurant. D was Our server, she was hospitable, pleasant and very, very friendly throughout the night. Noel, Is the manager.He is warm and engaging.He has really set the tone for this restaurant and has changed the culture of how they treat their guest. This food was hot and fresh that lived with quality ingredients. We will definitely be back.

I've been to this casino only once. I didn't stay too long, but I do remember it was a nice looking casino. I didn't gamble much, so I'm not sure how well the slot machines pay. The casino is usually loud, just like any other casino, especially when crowded. I would like to visit this casino again. :)

Ok guys forget that u never win here there's a water leak and there's mold growing and the stench is so bad and they are not taking care of this problem it is getting worse every day it's making the air quality horrible for anyone with breathing issues to breath u don't want to breath that anyway

My husband, mother-in-law and myself decided to visit this casino as the highlight of our last night before we head home the next day. We visited Augustine and Spotlight 29 casinos prior to visiting this one. We were sorely disappointed. If I had known this casino was going to be bad, we would've just went back to the other two. We first went to get a card to take advantage of the promotion they were offering. You spend $20 and would receive $40 free play. We gave the young man each our DL and gave each of us a card. We go to a slot machine to spend $20. After spending $20, we look for the $40 promotion on the card to use but did not see it. Asked one of the workers on the casino floor and told her the situation. She said that the card my mother in law and I got was an old card number and that the card would not accept the free promotion so she suggested we go back to have the card looked at. Seems there was a person who has the same name as I do on their computer and the young man just assumed I was the same person with a different address; just as my mother in law had. We were both very annoyed because all he had to do in the beginning was to verify our name and address so this wouldn't happen. Bathrooms were dirty, casino felt hot, and machines were tight not to mention they're old!! My husband was dying of thirst because there were no water bottles offered. Trying to get water from the bar was impossible; it was very crowded. Terrible experience. I just wanted to go home.By the way, my husband threw his players card in the trash on our way out even though he won $50. We will never return! Management should take lessons from Pechanga management.
