I came with my family and my wife took one coffee, me and my mom didn't take anything.
The owner suggested we sit at a table upstairs because there was room for three.
After we got to the top he started shouting at the whole restaurant that it was wrong that we ordered only one coffee.... I told him that I didn't want to order anything but he said that I was rude...
Then I asked him if there are rules of visiting the restaurant where it is stated that any visitor is obliged to buy something, he answered that there are no such rules.
Why did he call us to the second floor to start yelling at the whole restaurant?
Why doesn't he ask me and my mom in case we don't order anything to leave the restaurant before we go to the second floor ? (I could understand that.)
Strange aggressive behavior without reason.
After all his yelling, my wife quickly finished her coffee and we started to leave. The owner of the restaurant told her that she could take her time and stay and the company (i.e. me and my mom) should leave since we didn't order anything and we are bad customers....
I don't understand is this a way to attract customers?
Honestly I didn't expect this from a place with such a beautiful design and possibly delicious coffee that we might try next time.
In general, the conclusion is this, if you came with a friend in a cafe and he ordered a coffee and you did not, you can be yelled at and blamed.
I also noticed how the owner responds to all the negative reviews, and notice they are all related to his behavior! I think this whole thing hints that he needs the help of a psychology expert 🤝
