Fariyas Hotel Mumbai

Amazing stay!!! Family holiday from Australia. Staff were polite and helpful and always keen for a small passing chat. The pool deck is amazing for an afternoon of cards and drinks. Buffet breakfasts and dinners were amazing with a large variety of foods for everyone. Housekeeping did a superb job of cleaning our rooms and doing our laundry. Very close to many attractions. |Thank you for a wonderful stay 🙂

Great room. Friendly staff especially Chetna and Anum. Good breakfast with fruits and yoghurt. Room big and decent bed. Helpful staff. Would recommend, our bathroom had a bathtub shower, but I do think there is other rooms with proper showers. The water was hot.

I agree with the other reviews about the bathroom being dirty and things like the toilet seat being broken. It sadly is a very run down hotel, which is in desperate need of a renovation of some kind. The room smells extremely humid and after discovering mold in the bathroom, we understood why. They then showed us different rooms as an option to change rooms and all the other rooms also had dirty bathrooms, smelled humid and were moldy. We changed hotel as that was the only option. Please listen to the reviews as it is a real health concern!

This hotel has deteriorated in the last ten years. The only good thing is the location. The hygiene levels in rooms is pathetic. The bathrooms are horrible. This hotel requires a an urgent upgrade. Small beds. Cramped rooms. If you require 3 people to share its a disaster. There is no single bed available. It's a glorious bed. Horrid experience.

Stay two night organised from infinity C.. , like end of somewhere corner in town , but good for walking around. Area around cleanest acceptable. 1st walk in feel good , every staff gave warm welcoming. Room side good , a bit aged but alright . Free bottle water in room & restaurant, surprise us Breakfast included. Worry about quality of water so no swim in the small pool . WiFi weak sometimes . Bellboy will told you : I’ve clean up n tidy your room 😜( tips ) , is alright . Front desk really helpful . Small fridge in room all drink & snack chargeable. Beer 175 in room , but 325 in restaurant 😪 ( we find out after drink at restaurant 3 for price 2 , still paid more than in room 😭) Cheaper than Wetherspoon ✌🏻

Five stars for the wonderful staff- from doormen outside to helpful cleaning staff and of course, front desk/ reception crew. Room was well-sized as we had Oxford Suite so when either husband or I were up with jet lag, we had another room in which to be awake. Furniture isn’t up to date, but it’s like your grandmother’s house, warm and homey. Location is excellent for walking around and seeing market sights, (although we moved to a hotel closer to BKC after the weekend). So although not a luxury hotel per se, the warm, smiling, helpful staff here really elevates this hotel experience to six stars. Thank you to the whole staff for making our long weekend last week (Jan 2- Jan 5) such a pleasant one.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Our room was comfortable, excellent breakfast and dinner menu. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. We were able to walk the local area to the Gateway of India easily.

5 ⭐️ star hotel. Highly recommended! Location is very good, food is excellent, cleanliness impeccable👍🏼 the staff are very kind and always helpful. Rooms and ideal, spacious and clean. We thank everyone for making our stay special. Coming again for sure.
