Stumbled on the store when I usually buy from Bloomingdale’s. It’s so easy to navigate with samples on the floor and sizes in the back. All the associates were helpful- multiple ladies found sizes for me and set me up in a dressing room. Unlike some of the stores- it wasn’t excessively warm, which makes trying on clothes unpleasant. I found several items for my Winter beach trip. Highly recommend stopping in for unique pieces.

This is one brand with bright prints and terrible customer service. I placed an order online which was cancelled several weeks later due to some shipping issues. Then I placed another two other online orders later of which one top was so poorly made that I wasn't even able to try it on, and the other looked completely different from the pics on their site. I tried contacting their customer service online and there was no response. When I went to return the items in the store, they acknowledged as well that several customers have been complaining about their online customer service and the only return option I was offered was to exchange my items with something else of higher value at the store. A bad experience through and through!

Racist Employee, I just had a bad, uncomfortable experience in this store, the first employee that help me was really nice she asked me if I need help returning or exchanging a dress I told her I just want to exchange for a size small, but she only had one last medium size on the rack so she went to check in the back for the small sizes while I hold on to the medium size dress just in case. While waiting on her another employee ask me if need help I explained the situation to her but she proceeded to take the dress from me and put back on the rack. I was so confused. Why she did that? She was racist towards me. I was so in shock I walk out the store and I didn’t say nothing to her. I did exchanged the dress for the medium which was the last one in the store ,but this one employee ruin my whole experience. I will never go back. We should not spend money in a store that doesn’t welcome us black people.

All the reviews of our farm Rio store in soho are so accurate. I bought so many pieces from them in the past. However, everybody got greeted upon entering but me. They completely ignored me. It felt like I got ignored because I wasn’t white like everybody else was I am spending just as much of my money as any one else. Pretty disappointing experience. I just left Without buying anything since they pretty much ignored me very , very intentionally. There were these two girls working there who seemed like they were in there 20s may be. Very disrespectful. 0/10 for customer Service soho store

I’m a huge fan of the clothes, but this particular store has a really dangerous entrance. I twisted my ankle at the divide between the wooden flooring and the carpeted entrance because there was no clear demarcation between the two. I recommend they put a bright color of paint to fix this!

I am a faithful Farm Rio customer. All of my clothes are from Farm. I visited this store today and felt so out of place. No one in there seemed to want to sell me anything or to help me. I had to go after people to ask for things that I needed, there was a feeling that they didn’t think I had money to spend there. But the interesting thing is that the white women around me were getting help and being shown around. I am a brown Brazilian woman — this is our brand! Do better NYC Farm Rio Store! And Farm Rio — know what is happening in your stores — if you care about being inclusive start with how your employees treat customers of color.

If I could I would give 0 stars. A Deeply Disappointing Experience at Farm Rio SoHo. As a long-time fan and customer of Farm Rio — a Brazilian who has supported the brand since well before it gained international fame — I never imagined I’d feel so unwelcome in a store that should represent the warmth and vibrancy of our culture. Today, on a sweltering day in NYC, I walked into the Farm Rio Soho store with my dog, hoping to browse and maybe treat myself to something familiar. Instead, I was met with cold, judgmental stares from the staff — like I didn’t belong there. It was a jarring, uncomfortable experience that left me truly hurt. For a brand that was born from Brazilian roots — from the joy, the colors, the community — the Soho store felt like a pretentious, disconnected version of everything Farm Rio stands for. There was none of the kindness or welcoming energy I’ve always associated with the brand back home in Rio. Honestly, I’d rather wait until I visit family in Brazil at the end of the year and shop where the service still reflects the friendly, vibrant spirit we’re known for. Or even buy from Anthropologie, where the experience, at the very least, doesn’t make you feel out of place. I’ve spent years proudly wearing Farm Rio, but after today, I will never return to the Soho store. If this is what the brand is becoming outside of Brazil, it’s lost something essential. Very disappointed.

Great customer service and clothes. I had a fantastic experience in store. I bought a dress and a two-piece and a pair of shoes. Everything there is stunning and great quality. The value for money is great. All the shop assistants were extremely helpful and upbeat. I had a great experience with Louana and Ana ! Will shop again.
