This review is for the little coffee shop inside. Coffee here is about $1 less than at the restaurant next door. Since we already had coffee and brunch at the restaurant, we only got some pastry for later(Chocolate cookie, pistachio croissant, a slice of cake and quiche). IMO, I didn’t like the pistachio croissant is not flaky, it is dense like baklava. There were only two slices of cake of left. I wasn’t sure if the cake meant to be dry or it’s just old; and the cream tastes like harden butter too. The quiche is almost like a bland cream brûlée with a hint of savory. It has chives on top so I’m pretty sure it supposed to be a quiche. My husband thought they are edible but we sure were not impressed by any of them.

We stopped by the farm shop for a pit stop and enjoyed a high end boutique lavender farm experience in a historic building. Don’t miss the outdoor garden shop behind the farm shop if you want to purchase plants! :). We will be back.

Today I purchased Coola face mist sunscreen from the Farm shop. I used the product once and found that it was unpleasant smelling and later gave me a headache. The product did not meet my expectations so I tried to return it just hours after buying it. I was told that they could not give me a refund because another customer had tried to return the same produce and they refused her return. Really? I was shocked by the poor customer service, by the nonexistent service recovery. I tried hard to persuade three staff members that the product was unsatisfactory, but they refused to work with me. The honorable thing would have been a refund, or at least an apology - and an attempt to work with me, but No. Just No.

Amazing place. We love to visit Los Poblanos. The shop is wonderful. I had a gift card and spent the whole thing quite easily. The shop is full of lavender smelling lovelies - bath lotions and washes. Lavender gin, lavender soda, not sure, but I think I may have seen ice cream. Lovely fabric tea towels, aprons, table cloths, tote bags, lots of wonderful items. Have fun and enjoy!

I love los Poblanos. Their restaurant and spa are great. However, sadly I won't be using their skin care products. I sampled some of their peppermint hand lotion at the spa today and come to find out I'm allergic to their product.

I love, love this shop! I've purchased everything from fresh bread, lavender honey (so yummy!) to hand lotion, shampoo and soap. The overall selection is great, and I love knowing that the products are distilled and sourced right here on the farm. It is so worth stopping by here, even if it is just to browse. I guarentee you will find something you like here!

I have been traveling from NC to NM and have stopped in after at least 15 different cities so far. I travel with a service dog and have not encountered a single problem. While in Santa Fe I visited the Los Poblanos Farm Shop. I was able to purchase many of my favorite items. It was such a treat to be close enough to actually go into a shop. While I was in Santa Fe I decided not to purchase a bottle of their Western Gin. Immediately I regretted it. Alas, I was on my way to Albuquerque, I would just stop in that location. BIGGEST mistake!! As soon as I walked in the door an associate flew up to me asking if I had paperwork for my dog. As my dog is a service dog and not a pet or emotional support animal therefore is no paperwork. She insisted that I should have paperwork. Then she proceeded to announce she was going to speak to her manager. The manager came and once again questioned me of the validity of my service dog. I fully understand the abuse that is going on in regards to “emotional support animals” but when you are informed that it is a service dog the need to be rude is not necessary. Not all disabilities are visible. I always try to be respectful when asked and never have an issue answering questions. It’s the rudeness that I do not appreciate. It’s the hostile manner I do not appreciate. I was truly looking forward to an enjoyable experience at the Albuquerque location, unfortunately it has turned into a triggering event that was not necessary.

Was i invisible? I watched people get served that arrived about 4 mins after I did. Disappointing visit.

Yelp
Today I spent $32.00 on Coola Face mist sunscreen - hoping for a superior product, but was very unhappy with the sunscreen after using it once. It smelled bad and gave me a headache. Just hours after the purchase I attempted to return the sunscreen explaining that it didn't meet my expectations. The store manager refused to give me a refund and justified his decision by telling me that another customer had tried to return the same product and they didn't give her a refund, so they could not give me a refund. Could someone talk to the staff about customer service and service recovery?

Yelp
While waiting for our dinner reservation was wandered the grounds and came upon this shop. It contained a mix of items some directly from the farm. There were a few cases of silver/turquoise, a large offering of cookware including copper and cast iron. Books on both local recipes and local trails and hiking. This place had a definite New Mexico feel about it. It's a great little shop, unfortunately a little out of the way. This is a target destination, but worth the drive.

Yelp
Cute but it's a money grab to the point it's off putting. Charging $35 for 30 mls of essential oil is a crime y'all. It's cool they distill it there but my lord it's all so overpriced. The grounds are lovely though and it was a nice attraction to waste some time.

Yelp
We have always loved getting local goods at the Farm Shop but this was our first time visiting it since they expanded Los Poblanos. The new Farm Shop is amazing! It is huge and they have brought in a ton more products. They also now have a coffee and sandwich shop with a bunch of grab and go food too! If we hadn't already had a great brunch at Campo, we definitely would have grabbed some food at the Farm Shop! As it was, we still grabbed some of the homemade pickles and I had to get some of their famous lavender lotion! If you haven't tried their skincare line, it's a must! This is a great place to buy gifts for people who love local products and/or lavender!

Yelp
A great place to stop, rest, relax, grab some food, or even shop the farm shop. There list of items is growing and growing and they are all awesome.

Yelp
I love love love this little store. I have bought countless gifts both here in person, and online in order to ship goodies to far away friends. They have an impressive selection of bath & body/spa products and accessories, as well as farm food snackles and treats that are such fun and unique products to give to others. Whenever someone asks me what they should include (other than chile) if they are giving a "NM basket o'goodies" to friends, Los Poblanos is usually my first choice (right up there with Heidi's raspberry lavender jam and pinon coffee) - They also carry a variety of interesting items including jewelry, recipe books, toys for kids, tools, gardening supplies, greeting cards, gift sets and more! Some of my personal favorites include: *lavender lip balm *lavender salve *lavender lotion *lavender hand soap (and bar soap) *lavender bath salts *lavender honey *lavender earl grey AND lavender honey tea (amongst other delicious teas made in Taos by tea.o.graphy) *pinon incense *culinary lavender Not to mention, the grounds are dreamy. A definite destination to take out of town friends, make a morning out of it...have breakfast, walk the grounds, pick up some treats in the farm shop...june and july are my favorite times of year to go.

Yelp
I found out about Los Poblanos because they were listed on a Yelp blog about the best locally made gifts in each state. They were listed for their slow cooked caramels which are as fantastic as they sound. This place is so adorable, and I had no idea it was in town! You pull down this long tree lined drive with signs to go slow because there are llamas, and then park in a gravel lot on the edge of a lavender field with the Sandias in the background. Even in the middle of winter it's stunning. From the parking lot the farm shop can be a little difficult to find, but it's just on the North side of the two big grain silos. On your walk there you'll likely encounter some of their many peacocks! In their cafe they have a drink bar and some food and drinks in refrigerators, and the connected shop contains a variety of things. There is of course every lavender product you could imagine, but also things for kids and kitchen items too. They have their lavender products in different sets (beard sets, lotion sets, etc) but they also sell the products individually. I bought the lavender lip salve and lotion set, caramels, and the truffle salt. The salve, lotion and caramels were to die for and I cannot wait to put the truffle salt on some popcorn!

Yelp
The Farm Shop at Los Poblanos, as someone recently described to me: Okay, I get it, enough with the lavender, already. Which is totally accurate, this place gets exceptionally geeky about lavender, but I'll admit, so do I, just a tad. Question, dear reader: How can one verify that he's officially metrosexual? He finds himself rubbing Los Poblanos lavender salve into his hair and scalp, daily. Just because he likes how it smells. Not that I would know anyone resembling this fictional gentleman. 'Tis the holiday season and I'm coming to this shop to scavenge Instagramable gifts for my out-of-state peeps. You know the stuff I'm referring to: basically, housewares, kitchen nibs and gadgets, spices and lotions and random children's books that seem to fit the narrative of the life I'd like to lead, but cannot afford. This place features authentic real-deal balsamic vinegar (sorry, but the stuff in your cupboard, it ain't legit) that runs $44 for... I want to say, like one ounce. If I could afford it, I wouldn't rub it through my scalp, promise. Ask for a taste, it's incredible. Really, this shop is absolutely worthy of a long gander, you will find something unique and relatively affordable, and you'll gaze upon other things that you just can't pull the trigger on buying for yourself... that's what the holidays are for.

Yelp
How adorable! I loved walking the grounds and enjoying the fresh air. There is something romantic about the well groomed but still wild landscaping. The rows and rows of lavender are beautiful with the mountains in the background. And you can't miss the store. I found some amazing loose leaf tea that at first I thought was pricy but then did the math and it's much cheaper than Starbucks per cup. Can't wait to have a large cuppa tomorrow. As a huge fan of almond croissants I had to buy their last almond croissant. The croissant was buttery and flaky but not overly crunchy and the filling was sweet and plentiful! Wish I could have brought home a while dozen. A+ do visit !

Yelp
Cute shop but the little guy who works there, possibly the manager, is super unfriendly and downright hostile to everyone including the employees. I spent a huge amount of money yet he was put off when I asked if he had a mirror to check out a handbag, rudely stating, "No!" I ended up buying it at $450 and twice that on other items. Living in Santa Fe, I frequent Campo but I'll think twice about spending a dime in this shop. Someone should tell Napoleon to back off. Small man's syndrome. Ugh!

Yelp
Nice little shop on a scenic property sharing an inn. Entry of the street for both is through a beautiful tree lined lane. The store offers New Mexico made items like spices, gelato, pistachio nuts, and a whole line of lavender products. They also sell books, chorizo, cheese, drinks etc. i loaded up stuff to take home.

Yelp
The cutest Farm Shop ever! Great retail space that is merchandised exceptionally well with the Los Poblanos branded Lavender product-line and Los Poblanos selected culinary items, such as tea, salts, cheese, to name a few. This cute store also features a well curated array of products from several other NM artisans, supporting the grow local, support local movement, which I think is super!

Yelp
Love the farm shop. Not only do they have great lavender products, spices, and snacks, but their little knick knacks make great gifts. The whole farm has a great vibe too.

Yelp
Really, you're gonna offer a customer paying $20 cash no tax and a free lip balm because her gift card wasn't working and the others snacks while waiting. And then not pass on those courtesies of the such to customers also waiting in line paying over five times that amount? There was a ridiculous wait because of their computer problems that at one point I had to go back and put my ice cream back into the freezer because it had melted. Desk girls had Extended concessions to the two customers in front of me and then when it was my turn nothing except an extra paper brown bag. I had even mentioned "what's my concession?:)" and they just kinda skirted around addressing it. The only differences I could see between myself and the two customers ahead of me was they were Caucasian, one was a late teenage girl and then the other was a middle aged family and I am neither. It was rather insulting that I actually just wanted to return all the stuff and leave. There were some frozen items I was going to buy but after this rang me up and I realize what was going on I didn't bother to go the freezer and grab any of it. Majority of the things I had bought as gifts for people but ended up using myself or removing the name before serving. I don't want to give these folks any more business if they're perfectly fine with cherry picking who they will extend gratuities to for being inconvenienced. Epic fail guys!

Yelp
Great little store, love their lavender lotions and lip balm, people are helpful and friendly and the whole vibe there from the lovely tree-lined driveway in to the views of the Sandias to the peacocks, various chickens and goats, is great. Excellent place to take visitors from out of town or just for a quick stop by to pick up lip balm, soap or some specialty chocolates.
