Farm To Table

Strange place that has a business for sale sign at the entrance. The space has a rustic farm feel with a tractor and a cockerel… All the customers were ‘foreigners’ and the bill is in US$. The menu description of the dishes sounds appetising, but they arrived as bland and anonymous which was a shame. Bak Choi is a fine vegetable, but its strong flavour dominated the other vegetables in the ‘green’ bowl - which was nicely cooked, but bland. Also tried the avocado smoothie, nothing ‘wrong’ with it. But nothing that says wow that’s good, I need to return and tell others about this restaurant. Unfortunately when you go to pay the bill, there’s a 10% tax added and then the cashier started messing around with the exchange rate…. Really wanted to like the place, but there are so many better options around… which I guess explains the for sale sign.

We had a really great meal here. I had a bowl with rice and pulled pork, plus an extra portion of chicken, and it was delicious. The portions are generous and the food feels fresh and healthy. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, a nice calm spot in the city. The waitresses were also adorable and very kind. I definitely recommend this place.

Very nice and quiet ambience. They have quite a few vegan and vegetarian options. The staff speaks fair English, and could understand my dietary requirements. The food is delicious, and the portion size is very good. The staff is friendly. They close a bit early, i.e. by 9 pm. I strongly recommend this place. Btw, it's outdoor seating. No Air-conditioned indoor space.

Best omelette we’ve had in all of Southeast Asia 😍 And finally - one that isn’t drenched in oil! It looked like it was made with about three eggs because the portion was huge, which we loved. Breakfast felt so fresh and healthy, and the sourdough with the avocado crème fraîche (I think that’s what it was?) was so good 😍 We paid around $20 for two coffees and two omelettes, which is a lot more than we usually spend, but the organic, high-quality ingredients do justify it. Also… the loud chickens wandering around were so funny.

Our group enjoyed this place so much we came back a second time. Lovely atmosphere with a rooster, tractor and outdoor setting. Some dishes (I had the red bowl and then the yellow bowl) could do with a bit of a flavour boost. Eg the yellow bowl needed another texture/flavour like cashews or pickled ginger. But overall a lovely place for lunch.

This is the worst place a vegan can go in hopes of getting a vegan option. I ordered a wrap, a simple dish to prepare, gave explicit instructions about subscriptions for non vegan food ingredients and what happened is they totally ignored me afterwards. I waited over half an hour and nothing. I don't think that the waitress even gave my order to the kitchen. Also they have very awful relationships with animals. They think humans can be an animal's parent and they keep pet chickens, yet they slaughter all kinds of animals for their selfish pleasures. I'll never go back.

We went there for lunch and had an amazing time! The menu offered many vegan options and everything was marked well. The food came quick and tasted amazing! I especially recommend the spiced stir fried tofu. It's a bit more expensive than other restaurants but the prices are reasonable! The staff was also really nice and I would go there again!

So nice to have gluten free items marked on the menu. Fave is the coconut popcorn chicken! We came back several times. They have heaps of different allergy translation cards in Khmer in the bathroom which are free to take, which I thought was especially cool.
