Strange place that has a business for sale sign at the entrance. The space has a rustic farm feel with a tractor and a cockerel… All the customers were ‘foreigners’ and the bill is in US$.
The menu description of the dishes sounds appetising, but they arrived as bland and anonymous which was a shame. Bak Choi is a fine vegetable, but its strong flavour dominated the other vegetables in the ‘green’ bowl - which was nicely cooked, but bland.
Also tried the avocado smoothie, nothing ‘wrong’ with it. But nothing that says wow that’s good, I need to return and tell others about this restaurant.
Unfortunately when you go to pay the bill, there’s a 10% tax added and then the cashier started messing around with the exchange rate….
Really wanted to like the place, but there are so many better options around… which I guess explains the for sale sign.
