I stayed downstairs container , upstairs container was very noisy, 8am a lots of kids play and scream at swimming pool. wifi not reachable , I was told that I need to stay outside to connect wifi. My own line totally zero connection there. Having kampung life for 3days 2 nights. Swimming pool is small and crowded. Bicycle rental is good RM15/hour. But I can’t accept the cleanliness , bathroom small , no WiFi , noisy , it was my first bad experience staying at hotel.

The bathroom was pristine, with high-quality toiletries and plenty of towels to ensure a relaxing stay. One of the highlights of Farm Ville Hotel is its focus on local, organic produce. The on-site restaurant offered a variety of delicious farm-to-table dishes that were both healthy and flavorful. The breakfast buffet, with freshly baked bread, seasonal fruits, and made-to-order eggs, was a perfect start to each day. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner on the terrace, where we could savor the fresh air and scenic surroundings. The hotel’s amenities were excellent. There’s a lovely outdoor pool area that feels like a tranquil oasis, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. The on-site farm is an added bonus, offering a chance to learn more about sustainable farming practices or take a leisurely stroll through the herb and vegetable gardens. For those looking to be a bit more active, there are biking and hiking trails nearby that offer stunning views of the countryside. Service was consistently exceptional throughout our stay. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to ensure that every need was met. Whether it was a request for extra pillows or recommendations for local activities, they were always happy to help. This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel, maybe a 2 stars. You will be staying in containers and you will need to turn on AC at all times or it will be super hot inside the containers. The upstairs room with paddy field is falsely advertised. Your view is blocked by a container in front of you and it costs RM248 a night on a Saturday. It's not worth the price at all. There are other nicer and newer places in town and less pricey. The bathroom is small with limited space for your toiletries. The quality of the towels is bad. There is no light in front of the dresser causing inconvenience to us. There are some flies in the room as well. This place is not well maintained. Will not recommend.

I stayed only one night with my family. The room is spacious and the beds are large but the walking area to another bed is too narrow. There is a kiblat direction at the ceiling showing the non-muslim owner is concerned about muslim needs. The pool is quite small and shallow so it is suitable for kids.

In every aspect, Farm Ville Cafe and Homestay provided a perfect balance of comfort, warmth, and charm, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating getaway. It's a place I can’t wait to return to.

Booked this place late night, couple rooms were fully occupied so was upgraded to family room with no additional charges. Parking space was plentiful, receptionist was helpful. Housekeeping was very considerate to cool down the room before our arrival by turning on the air conditioning so we were impressed with their thoughtfulness! Room was clean & spacious with private bathroom (quite small but equipped with shower with heater, wall mounted body soap and shampoo). The room has a huge glass window which was facing the paddy fields for a spectacular view, with one-way privacy tint so we can view outside from room but from outside cannot see into the room. Swimming pool was a tad small but comes with a children's slide. They have a wide activity compound well equipped with tables, benches & bbq pit + indoor activity hall for events or gatherings. The mini golf area and adult-sized trampoline are open from 9am onwards, and staff are detailed to wipe dry the benches and trampoline before opening the area to ensure the safety and comfort of guests! Check out their outdoor balcony above the receptionist container for a lovely paddy field view. The staff and management here deserve a 5 star rating for thoughtfulness and detailed attention paid to the design, safety and service to guests here. Definitely worth another visit. Good for family gathering.

First time staying in a container room. Reception is bad and the temperature fluctuates depending on weather. Wifi and ample air conditioning helps a bit. Small toilet space to be expected. Stubbed my toe due to small walking space near the bed. Price is okay. The location is top notch.

Pros : Different experience to stay in a container. Built among the paddy fields gives a different feel. Bike rental available for hotel guest at RM10 for single and RM15 for double Cons : Not a room for claustrophobic! Water in the bathroom doesn't drain due to uneven tiling. Bed is only acceptable for a night stay. Poor sound proofing.. Verdict: Acceptable for a night stay at the most! Affordable at 120 for a deluxe with no view.

During Depavali weekend, me and my family went to Sekinchan for a holiday trip. We were impress by the serenity and spectacular view offered by Sekinchan. It was a relaxing and well deserved trip for me and my family before going back to our busy work schedule. At the end of our trip, we were tired and came across this cafe by the name of : Farm Ville Cafe & Homestay Lot 11304 Jalan Ban Sawah | Kampung Site B Tambahan, Sekinchan 45400, Malaysia 017-206 8666 As you can see from attached pictures, we first ordered 6 cups of espresso while we read through the menu for food. When the espresso arrived, it was room temperature, not hot. there weren't any sugar or spoon. We requested them from the waitress, and it was brought to us with attitude. When we start stirring our espresso, we noticed it was "air longkang" (please click for picture below). It was as if it was brew the third time. Even prison coffee is better than this. Since we din't want to cause too much trouble, we decided to just finish our coffee and not order any food. We ask the waitress for some milk wishing it can help improve the "air longkang" When the waitress went and ask the manager for some milk, she told us they have ran out of milk when we can clearly see there are cartons of milk in their fridge. Upon our insist, the waitress brought us a tiny class of condense milk (See picture beside the coffee) Who puts condense milk to espresso ?!?! This proves how good a coffee shop they are. The whole episode was extremely disappointing. The service was very bad and rude. We originally plan to relax and recharge with a good meal, but this business totally ruin our trip. We were proud of what Sekinchan had to offer for our tourism, but Farm Ville Cafe & Homestay has completely destroy our sweet memory. We hope nobody has to experience what we have experience. Please preserve Sekinchan's reputation.
