Called on behalf of a business who wanted to place a large order with Farmer's Market asking if they take payment options by phone or check. I asked simply and politely I believe, but the person on the other line (an employee of Farmer's Market) replied in the most rude, downright hostile way I have ever experienced: "No (attitude) we expect you to come into the store, and pay (sass)."
I highly advise you do not speak that way again to potential customers.
