We got a carry out. The food was phenomenal. Walking distance from our apartment. Best onion rings I've ever had. Attentive Staff. Quick service. For me the fries were a tad greasy but my wife loved them. Best part. They honor our veterans with 15% off.

I'm from out of town and was staying at the convention center for one night and found myself craving a burger, so I started to browse what was in the area. Something about Farmhaus Burger spoke to me and so I headed over. I got a single patty (they are thin, which I actually love, so you might prefer double patties) with bacon and cheddar on a white bun. I was craving something very simple and basic, which let the quality of ingredients really shine through. The patty was perfectly cooked, great texture and just the right amount of fat that allowed a little grease to run out when taking a bite. Glorious. The bacon was also flawless (for my preference) with just the right amount of crunch and chew. It's super obvious that the ingredients are very fresh at this place. I like being able to order the food and then sit down, it ensures a quicker experience, but I still recommend tipping the person behind the counter. Toss 'em a couple extra bucks and they'll really go the extra mile for you. I'm forgetting the guy's name who I talked to but he was very friendly, knowledgeable about the business, and and great at his job. Oh and the fries. The fries were incredible. That's where some burger joints fall flat, but not this place. The fries are hot, crunchy, and seasoned just how I like it with pepper and salt. A bit rustic, but again that's how I prefer it. If I were a local I'd be in this place weekly. If you're looking for a great burger with fresh ingredients, look no further.

2 words: absolutely delicious! Well seasoned and amazing. The only thing I would take off the menu is the sweet potato tots. Just no. But the burgers?! Wow!

The most delicious burger I've ever had. No wonder the line is out the door on a Tuesday at 1 pm. Please open on Mondays or Sundays. I waited 3 days for this fantastic 🍔

If you're a burger lover, this place is a must-try! The burgers were incredibly flavorful, juicy, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. You can really taste the difference. While the prices are on the higher side, they're absolutely reasonable for the quality you're getting - every bite was worth it. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was just as impressive as the food. I'll definitely be coming back!

I was really surprised at how awesome the burgers are! I ordered the build your own with the bacon jam and cheddar cheese, it was fantastic! Great fries, great wings, just all around solid. Even better they actually have separate men's and women's bathrooms, so refreshing to see.

Great burgers. Gluten free buns available at an additional cost (and they don't disintegrate as you eat your burger). Boozy milkshakes as well.

I guess I was not prepared for this place. I went in with a craft larger-than-your-mouth gourmet expectation and received a smash with a tomato (1) and sprouts. For a highly rated and locally known burger place with a $14 burger special ($20+ as a combo), I expected much more. Very underwhelmed upon opening that box. The fries are pretty good but have a terribly greasy smell. Also, customers should not have to pay your CC fees. If you need to charge CC fees, you need to go cash only.

While visiting from out of town, I spotted Farmhaus Burger just down the street from where I was staying and decided to give it a try. I ordered online and picked up a build-your-own burger with cheddar, bacon, bacon jam, and pickles, along with a side of chili cheese fries. Let me just say--this was easily one of the top 5 burgers I've ever had! It was juicy, loaded with toppings, and very flavorful. The fries came in a massive portion (plenty to share with 2-3 people), and they were delicious, though next time I'd probably stick with the regular fries. The service was fantastic--friendly faces behind the counter--and the restaurant itself is housed in a really cool, historic building. While it's a bit on the pricier side, I can confidently say it's worth every penny. Highly recommend!

What have I done? So often I visit this house of farm and burgers yet so long since I have last reviewed! But no more. I will now rectify this atrocity. There are a few food items I could eat weekly (maybe even daily) and never tire of. Burgers are one of them. This is due to their versatility in options. The bun could be a plethora of breads (or even a lettuce wrap). The patty can vary from beef to venison to bison. And toppings, well that is infinite. So when I'm in the mood for a quality burger (which is quite often) I come here. Their regular burgers always hit the spot and then if I want something different I either order the speciality burger or venture over to the grilled cheese options (I favor the Yankee). And what is a good burger without delicious sides? Fries, fried jalapenos, sweet potato tots, and fried pickles are just a few options. And if you know me, you know dessert is always on the docket. This is when I almost always go for the speciality shake. Those seasonal flavors are always on point. When I'm on the go, I order curbside pickup. But I prefer to enjoy it onsite (and via their outdoor seating). But if the place is packed just know the bar is full service so you can enjoy your meal there as well. They have plenty of options for taps, cocktails, and canned drinks so you will not go thirsty. If you haven't been, plan a visit today! If it's been awhile, time to go back!

This is one of the best stops before going to a show. You can get it eat and get to your show in about s half hour. Still better than fast food and faster than other downtown restaurants.

The burgers here were fantastic. My wife and I built our own and we were not disappointed. The peppermint shake, fries and fried pickles were pretty good as well. We will definitely be back whenever we are in town.

This was a solid burger place and the burger was quite tasty. It was mostly countertop service so not much to write about that. Ambiance was casual with a quite large dining room which is good for large groups.

One of my favorite burger places in town. You order your food at the register and they bring your food out when ready. Went with friends on a Tuesday for trivia. Not a lot of big tables for big group or make sure you get there early to save one. Even though I love their burgers one of my other favorite is the patty melt.

I wanted to try this place because it does basically everything that I, a vegetarian, would ask: distinctive, local, customizable options. They have not some lame store-bought veggie pattie or some weird New Age fake meat, but instead a veggie burger based on Sea Island red peas, a local heirloom plant. There were a lot of those peas in this burger, as well as quinoa and some discernible vegetables. I got the standard veggie burger configuration (which does include aioli), but ample customization options were available. You could get a burger on a salad if you wanted to (though I wish their salads were more diverse), so it wouldn't be hard to do gluten-free or vegan. And yet, you can still have a quality experience. My burger didn't come out immediately, but I don't mind waiting the ten minutes for someone to do some substantive food preparation. A side of fries was as greasy and skin-on tasty as one might expect. Ordering the combo offered some fountain drinks with extra sugar I didn't want, but unsweet tea was also available. The store was a large corner space with indoor and outdoor seating. If I came back, I would customize my burger differently, but it was good enough that I actually want to come back, which for a Southern place focused on burgers is an achievement.

Amazing fresh and delicious - super busy at lunch! Walk up ordering so dont forget to grab a menu and prepare while in line to order. The decor is cafeteria like wide open and loud. The food is brought to your table hot and DELICIOUS! Salads are in paper cups. The burger is the best! Flavor is amazing. Self serve soda. (Or other bottled favorites)

Food was delicious, not crowded, the service was quick and staff very personable. It was clean! The music wasn't loud we could hear each other. We will definitely return!! Great date night place!

Pretty disappointing experience at Farmhaus burger today. Decent sized restaurant, unfortunately most of it was taken up by people standing in line for all of lunch. I walked in at 12:25pm on a a Tuesday, and didn't get to the register to place my order until 1. No joke - 35 minutes just to place my order. The food took another 15 minutes to come out. I ate as quickly as I could - but start to finish it took an hour for lunch... a bit excessive for a burger joint. Not to be nit picky, but the tables and counters were all dirty and sticky, and the whole place didn't seem particularly clean. As for the food - I ordered a fountain soda, single patty burger, and onion rings. Not kidding the worst onion rings I've ever had. Rather than being light and crispy, they were heavy and crunchy - more like a tree bark than a batter. There was some flavor in the batter - salt and cracked pepper... but the texture was overwhelmingly bad. The burger was decent. They got my order wrong (I ordered cheese, ketchup, mayo, yellow mustard, lettuce, tomato, and pickles) - it came with Dijon mustard, no ketchup, and no cheese. I had waited so long at this point that I wasn't going to send it back. The patty was generous and thick. Despite being a bit overcooked for my liking, it was seasoned well and still juicy. The lettuce and tomato were fine - not horrible, but certainly not what I would've expected from a farm to table concept. The house made pickles were a nice touch - tangy and crunchy. My meal was only $14, which is the reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 - the serving sizes and flavor of the burger were respectable, even if the rest of the experience wasn't.

This place is an order first then find a seat kinda place. When our food arrived our server was very pleasant and accommodating. Overall this place is a chill place to grab great food without feeling too fancy or 'fast foody'. We ordered the Hatch Green chili burger and the blue cheese burger. Both were amazing! The onion rings, while they looked amazing left much to be desired. Maybe it's personal preference, but I cannot recommend them. I'd definitely say try the fries, they looked delicious.

Good food, nice ambiance. Did a build your own meal, came out to 11 bucks each with both fries and a drink. Pro tip: build your own cheaper and might be more of your liking than what they have.

I'd even to the other location years ago and it was very good so I figured while I was downtown with my son today we'd stop by since we are both big burger fans. Luckily we got in right after lunch so there was no line. Plenty of seating and the place was nicely decorated to not feel like your average burger joint. One of the workers was very helpful with suggestions for my son and I on what some of the go-to menu items were. I took he advice and got a BBQ chicken sandwich (burger?) With pepper jack cheese and bacon which was so good it had me clucked up. My son got the build your own burger and he said it was delicious and he is a harsh food critic so if he said it checks out then it's A+. I got the fried pickles and they were good just a little heavy in the batter but other than that is was a great lunch spot with amazing food and customer service.

Good hours, nice people, and the food was fantastic. Highly recommend. I will be coming back to try more!

As usual, Farmhaus is a delicious Augusta staple. One of the best places to go with coworkers on a lunch break, since there is something for everyone! Beef burgers, turkey burgers, chicken, hot dogs, grilled cheese, salads, and more. We also surprisingly didn't have a wait, even though we arrived a little after 12pm on a Thursday. We didn't have any trouble finding a seat for our party of 5, and service was surprisingly fast for the lunch rush. The last few times I had a beef burger, I thought they were very tasty, but also heavy and greasy- not the ideal meal for a middle of the workday lunch. This time, I got the Wild Turkey burger, and I don't know if I'll ever go back to beef! It had the burger taste but without the grease. It was also flavorful and peppery, which was unexpected but good! As usual, the fries were amazing!

If you are looking for a great burger, crispy fries, and cold beer then this is your place! The #1 is two patties and comes with grilled onions, smoked Gouda cheese, and whole grain mustard. Simple but really delish. They also have big fat salads which are cool and refreshing! The chicken Cobb is great, the blue cheese, bacon, and tomato go well together. I always add grilled onions and a side of fries with tot sauce. The sliced and fried jalapeños are interesting and tasty with the tot sauce (actually everything is good with tot sauce). They have a good selection of beer on tap and a full bar. The boozy milkshakes are an adult treat you should not miss.

We ordered via the Augusta to Go app, which wasn't 100% straight forward with payment, but that is a different matter. The burgers arrived about 40min after we ordered them, so you cannot expect greatness. They were like warm. I ordered the whole wheat bun, which was dry and tasteless. I would not recommend it. My colleague ordered the blue cheese burger, which she said was good. The onion rings were giant, and possibly missing flavor due to the time delay.

First time trying FarmHaus Burger after it was highly recommended by my sister. I really liked the idea of grabbing the menu as soon as you walk in and then getting in line to order, and choosing your own seat. This makes it much more efficient than regular restaurants where you sit down and wait for a waiter. We both decided to build our own burgers and I was extremely pleased with my choice. I chose a double patty with white bread, garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and i added on grilled onions and pepper-jack cheese for $1 each. The garlic aioli is a must!!! We tried two sides, but the fries were way better than the fried pickles. I've tried many fried pickles but this one's batter was so thick that it was overwhelming. I would skip the pickles and just get more fries. The ranch was also delicious!!! Would come back next time i'm visiting Augusta.

We got the Farm Style burger, fries, oreo shake, fried pickles, I made my own burger with the bacon jelly and pickled Jalapeños and it was amazing. We also got kids grilled cheese and hot dog. It was all very very good. We will be back, great quality. The only down side was I wanted the shake to be creamier and the fried Pickles were too salty. Clean restaurant, that was comfortable with a kind and helpful staff! Not sure if I'd bring my little kids as they are picky, and they don't have chicken tenders.

Burgers were so good! Nice seasoning to them. Milkshakes were also very good. We had tried the other farmhouse burger location and we were quite disappointed but we really enjoyed the burgers here.

I'm surprised this place doesn't have a perfect 5-star rating because it truly is fantastic. The burgers here are the best I've ever tasted, particularly the Farm Style Burger with an over-easy egg--it's absolutely delicious. I've also heard rave reviews about the sweet potato fries. Highly recommend giving this spot a try!

McFadden Burger is out of this world, and absolutely delicious. Service was great and friendly. Really nice looking place, and Trivia on Tuesday Night. If I lived here I would be here allllllllll the time!!!!

I cannot stop myself from saying delicious lol. I created my own burger and it was the best burger ever!!!! Worth every penny!! My husband got the farm style burger and he loved it too! To do the combo you add $4 you get a refillable drink and salt and pepper fries which are amazing and I added vinegar too which made them amazing-er!!! If you haven't been here well you needs to asap!!!! You won't regret it. The atmosphere is great and great service. Will be my go to place for a burger .

I absolutely love Farmhaus! I came here for my first date with my boyfriend because we trusted nowhere in Augusta more for good food. Everything on their menu is made EXCELLENTLY, you literally can't find a better burger in Augusta. The service is excellent and fast, and there is ample seating. They also do to go orders, so there are options for everyone. Literally can't beat this place for a chill evening of burgers and shakes!

Great delicious burger. I enjoy this location than the downtown Augusta because the food comes out quick, there were servers cleaning the tables and the burgers were delicious. I have gone back several times to get my burger fix. This is the place to get any customize burger you want.

Had the #5 burger with blue cheese on a whole wheat bun. Cooked perfectly and paired nicely with the hand cut fries! Server was friendly and efficient. Fun atmosphere; they sell Farmhaus hats for when you're "having a bad hair day".

Everytime I come here, I come here for their seasonal milkshakes! They had their eggnog milkshake this time and it was delicious. Last time I was here, I waited for over 30 minutes for my order and as an apology, they gave us a voucher for a free meal. Used it to get a venison burger and fries. I should have known that venison had a lot of gamey flavours, but my friends who liked venison loved the burger. Anyways, love their burgers and milkshakes.

Low quality meat. Bison burger was tough and tasteless. Incredibly overpriced. $73 for 3 burgers, fries and drinks. No going back EVER!

Burger was not well done. The sweet potato tots were horrible the fries were overdone and the service was suspect. The person taking our order could not have been less interested in our experience. We let her know we had never been there before and well she didn't help at all! One good thing got the two stars the milkshakes with a buzz! With out that it would have been one star.

I want to love it here because the idea is great but the burgers are a flavorless, unsalted miss for me every time. Milkshakes are not much better. Is it perfectly edible? Yes. Do I have a burning need to rush to give it a fourth (or fifth) try? Not so much.

Love their B&B hamburger with fries!! Keep thinking I will try something else, but it is so good that I do not want you to miss out on it. Their salads are good too, per my husband. I like that they have malt vinegar for your fries. They have a full bar also. Great place for a good burger!!

Great food and service! Five of us and each had a burger with cheese. Hand cut fries were delicious. Chocolate and Oreo milkshakes were awesome. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Good was great! The cheese dog with chili was amazing! Smoked Gouda was the cheese. The slaw was perfect. Seating is ample and very family friendly. The screened patio had many overhead heaters. Only negative was the Pinot Grigio in a can was $10! Pretty pricey!

Yelp requires me to write a few words, even though sometimes seeing is all you need... I mean just look at the yolk, cheese, and juices dripping off that burger. I am salivating just thinking about it. There's a million ways to do burgers, these are a very layered, smashed burger style. Lots of specials to choose from; this one had a toasted hash brown patty along with the egg sunny side, and some jalapeños. Or get a burger the way you like it. Very lovely grill and fries smells wafting throughout. Very casual, no frills atmosphere. I had my milkshake without booze, but it was very fancy. Anyhoo, just look at the video. Nuff said? . 5/5 drools

We enjoyed our third lunch today at Farmhaus and will continue to return whenever we're in Augusta. This farm to table brand serves burgers that carry an amazing blend of flavors!

I always have a great experience with Farmhaus! When I'm really craving a burger they take care of that craving. Feta dip with the fries is a go to every single time I go. Fairly quick service depending on the time you go! Overall I love the environment this restaurant provides downtown Augusta with!

Farmhaus has 2 location and both are similar. Burgers, salads, wings, beer and regular + boozy milkshakes. In my opinion it's not a go-to for a burger, they have an unidentifiable aftertaste. Orders are placed at the counter and on busy nights (weekends, trivia nights) the line is slow-moving and food is slow to come out. Milkshakes are sweet and the boozy milkshakes do not leave any buzz. The peach milkshake is seasonal. The downtown location has a really good soft-serve (I add sprinkles) and root beer float which are the items I get if I go to join friends for trivia

Ambience. B Service. A Food. B Price. A Found on main Broad street on a corner. Street parking mostly. Have to go to the counter to order. Pay and Grab a number and find a table. Cashier friendly and helped with questions. Ordered their special lamb burger $10. Said they could cook medium. With side fries. I don't k on how long my order was sitting in the kitchen but other customers behind me ordering got their orders first. When my order came out , the presentation was okay. Unfortunately, my fries were cold, the toasted bun was very cold and the lamb patty was just barely warm. Asked for manager, he was going to remake but I just requested hot buns and hot fries which he accommodated. Biting into my now barely warm lamb burger I noticed pretty much well done and dry. Flavor is there, but I wouldn't do this again if cooked the same way. Oh, welll...tonight was a miss. I do like they have a full bar and shakes with alcohol. Maybe I should just drank my dinner! Another day...maybe...

Had a double patty with mushrooms bacon lettuce tomato cheese & fries medium was very good sat at the bar. The bartender jazz was very good

Another grand experience herewith the staff and this great food! My favorites are the sweet potato tots and my burger with with that juicy fried egg on it. As a burger junkie I have always loved the fact that they know how to make a truly great burger and those tots they're crunchy on the outside and tender inside. Ive triedthe shakes a few time but they fill me up too fast and can't finish the rest of my food. As always stop by farmhaus for some great food and drinks.

Farmhaus is reliable and always has good food and service. Nothing mind-blowing but a good choice.
