Stayed in tents which were clean and spacious. Struggled with the early morning light - eyepatch is a must here. Not easy carrying large bags to the tents so we left most of our stuff in the car itself, and that was ok. The common kitchen, bathrooms were clean a d well equipped.

Given the price and promotional photos, we were expecting a luxurious experience—but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. The tent had a row of four beds, and it got very cold during the night. There are only two shared bathrooms for all the tents, which quickly become crowded. The concept is charming and has romantic potential, but it needs refinement. Either the experience should be upgraded to match the price, or the price should be adjusted to reflect the more basic nature of the stay.

4.5 stars Stayed here for just 1 night but had an enjoyable stay. We stayed in a private room in the basement of the reception building. Our room had a private bathroom, but was only provided with shampoo, and it was empty, but we had our own supplies. Space was very clean and beds were comfortable. Woke up to sheep bleating outside our window but we didn't mind. We could hear creaking of the floor above from other guests having breakfast. It was a farmhouse experience and would stay here again.

We stayed two nights in one of the yurts at Farmhouse Lodge, and it was an incredible experience! The yurt was cozy, clean, and surprisingly spacious, with comfortable beds and warm blankets that kept us toasty even in Iceland’s cool summer nights. Falling asleep to the peaceful sounds of nature and waking up to stunning views of the surrounding mountains and open fields made the stay feel magical. The location is fantastic—just a short drive from Vík, Reynisfjara Beach, and other South Coast highlights, yet tucked far enough away to enjoy quiet and privacy. The shared facilities (bathrooms and kitchen) were spotless and well-maintained, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. We especially loved the homemade bread! Staying in the yurt gave us the perfect mix of comfort and adventure. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and memorable place to stay in southern Iceland!

We stayed here 1,5 years ago, which was a really nice experience! We arrived in a snow storm, and the host was super friendly and welcoming. Initially we planned to stay 1 night, but because of the weather we couldnt travel eastbound. The host was super kind, making it able for us to stay a 2nd night. The rooms were luxurious, the breakfast was amazing too.

The glamping tent was great with a smaller heating fan. The breakfast wqs lovely and had a good spread. The view is stunning on a clear day. The lounge setting was equipped well with games, a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and accommodating making travellers feel comfortable. Overall experience was great. The location is juts off vik and gave a great balance to nature and town.

Pleasant stay in this nice and cosy place! Shared kitchen where you can get also tea, coffee and cookies is appreciated. The position is nice for a stay on the way.

Tents were an interesting experience, but their breakfast is a total rip off. 40$ for a boiled egg and a toast 🤣🤣🤣🤣. You guys can do better than that!
