Memorable stay. Booked a room mid-September and it was fairly standard but comfortable enough. The location is great though. Unforgettable landscapes and I managed to see an aurora here. I also love how quiet it was. There was also a very spacious kitchen building with a fridge that allows customers to store their food. Very convenient. Only criticism I would have is the breakfast was just a bit underwhelming. It didn't have too many choices and there were no eggs. Not the cheapest stay of course but I wouldn't hesitate booking a room here again on my next Iceland trip.

Room with bathroom was clean but very small. The shower was ridiculously small and short, and the water gets all over the bathroom.|There is no restaurant on site, and the dishes in the kitchenette were all dirty and really gross. We shouldn't have to wash other people's dirty dishes just to get a cup of coffee.|Very expensive for what you get. Breakfast should have been included at this price and should be available earlier for travelers - in the room it said it would be available at 7:30 but when we got there we were told it was 8:00 and couldn't even just grab a pastry and coffee to go. |Scenery is beautiful.

Very basic tent, not even lights inside, just beds. Can't park close to your tent, hence you need to drag luggage on the grass. Common kitchen and bathroom. Bathrooms were clean, but the location was excellent, close to Vik town and nearby must see places.

Given the price and promotional photos, we were expecting a luxurious experience—but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. The tent had a row of four beds, and it got very cold during the night. There are only two shared bathrooms for all the tents, which quickly become crowded. The concept is charming and has romantic potential, but it needs refinement. Either the experience should be upgraded to match the price, or the price should be adjusted to reflect the more basic nature of the stay.

We stayed two nights in one of the yurts at Farmhouse Lodge, and it was an incredible experience! The yurt was cozy, clean, and surprisingly spacious, with comfortable beds and warm blankets that kept us toasty even in Iceland’s cool summer nights. Falling asleep to the peaceful sounds of nature and waking up to stunning views of the surrounding mountains and open fields made the stay feel magical. The location is fantastic—just a short drive from Vík, Reynisfjara Beach, and other South Coast highlights, yet tucked far enough away to enjoy quiet and privacy. The shared facilities (bathrooms and kitchen) were spotless and well-maintained, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. We especially loved the homemade bread! Staying in the yurt gave us the perfect mix of comfort and adventure. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and memorable place to stay in southern Iceland!

We stayed here 1,5 years ago, which was a really nice experience! We arrived in a snow storm, and the host was super friendly and welcoming. Initially we planned to stay 1 night, but because of the weather we couldnt travel eastbound. The host was super kind, making it able for us to stay a 2nd night. The rooms were luxurious, the breakfast was amazing too.

Stayed in tents which were clean and spacious. Struggled with the early morning light - eyepatch is a must here during summer. Not easy carrying large bags to the tents so we left most of our stuff in the car itself, and that was ok. The common kitchen, bathrooms were clean and well equipped. Can be pricey if not booked early, like everything else in Iceland. A nice family experience overall.

The glamping tent was great with a smaller heating fan. The breakfast wqs lovely and had a good spread. The view is stunning on a clear day. The lounge setting was equipped well with games, a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and accommodating making travellers feel comfortable. Overall experience was great. The location is juts off vik and gave a great balance to nature and town.
