In this industry, time is everything. Dealing with a hostile gatekeeper doesn't just make the day unpleasant; it slows down communication and reflects poorly on the entire company’s professionalism. I hope management addresses the customer service standards at the front office, as the current attitude is a deterrent to drivers and carriers."
