Farow is everything you want in a local restaurant: thoughtful ingredients, cozy vibes, delicious food, and amazing bartenders. Get any lamb dish whenever it’s on the menu. The burger is great, too. But the pro move is to sit at the bar. If Noah’s working, ask him for a dealer’s choice and let him surprise you with something wild and delightful (the list of drink specials is always great, too). It’s now my go-to spot for a great drink or happy hour at the end of the week.

Hello Boulder County! Attention Please go visit! SERIOUSLY! We had the pleasure of this Gem today. We did some yelping for a good restaurant and Farow showed up on the results. I do hope after this review and many more to follow, that it will quickly rise to the top of the list. What an amazing lunch experience we had today. My dining partner and I just arrived back in the US after some international travel so our clocks are a bit skewed and boy am I happy they are! We dropped by Farow for the New, early opening on Saturdays {now Tuesday-Saturdays} ( Also to our delight, we had the full menu! What?! What?!) What an amazing culinary journey today! Let me begin by giving Lisa, the owner high praise. Her restaurant is superior! Her staff and chef are 5 stars! Located in Niwot Colorado, a particular fond location for myself, the restaurant boasted of modern elegant design. The outdoor patio was perfect for today. Our server, Ty, was absolutely phenomenal, highly recommend asking for him for your dinner dining experience. Ty was knowledgeable about the menu as well as wines so, do not hesitate to ask any questions, he welcomes all of them! Thank you Ty you WILL see us again! The menu is designed for ALL ingredients coming within 10 miles of the restaurant. A true farm to table experience! We began the menu with the chips and dip. Let me tell you, we are big fans in our household for the onion dip and chips. I mean Lipton soup mix with sour cream makes a killer dip option right? News Flash - nope - you HAVE to experience this onion dip and chip dish. This was FAR superior than anything we could've ever imagined.! ORDER!!! The dip was smooth, full of flavor and the caramelized onions were perfect balance of flavor with the crème fraiche, was so light, tasty and good. The homemade chips were outstanding! Next step, we went with small plates. My dining partner got the bean salad, very delicious & unique with snap peas, green beans, both white and green peas with a basil pesto. Delicious! I ordered the chard cabbage - Please do yourself a favor order and experience to enjoy this dish. You will not be disappointed.! We shared the duck and let me tell you, we were given a delightful treat! The duck was prepared at the chef recommended medium rare, and the duck confit balls were absolutely to die for! The cherry and sauce accompaniments were phenomenal, full of flavor and added the final elegant touch to this dish. My dining partner enjoyed some dessert with homemade ice cream. I recommend not passing up this opportunity. The chef has a wonderful palate and is full of experimental flavors and ideas! What a joy and delight to experience. If you're looking for a lower key, quiet lunch opportunity think about Farow! If you'd like a really good meal and a beautiful quiet location let me recommend Farow - Please just go here! Thank you Farow for a memorable and lovely meal! We look forward to seeing you again and enjoying another wonderful meal as well as tasting delicious dishes and enjoying absolutely beautiful Niwot Colorado!

This is a sweet little gem hidden in a strip mall in Niwot. Simple cafe seating under giant cottonwoods makes for great ambiance. For appetizers, we started with the corn ribs. They had a beautiful sauce on them and the presentation was both beautiful and inventive. We followed that with a local salad that was okay. For the height of Summer, the greens were a little tough and it lacked the abundance that you associate with August. The gazpacho was excellent. For the main course, I had the steak frites. The steak was perfectly done with a compound butter on top. The cut of meat was tender and I'm guessing about 4 oz. The fries were disappointing and a little oil sodden. Not horrible but the fryer should have been turned up a little higher. My friend has the crab cakes that were good but not exceptional. I was a little curious to the claim that they make 90% of their menu source locally. Being August, I would have expected much more summer vegetables and less seafood on the menu. For dessert, we had the chocolate tart. The filling was excellent, an excellent body and not too sweet, finished with a dusting of maldon sea salt. The tart shell was a little heavy and not a good match for the amazing filling. For drinks, I had an old fashioned and my friend had a mezcal drink, both of which were really done well. Compliments to the bartender. The service was excellent and we had a new hire waiter named Ty who was attentive and personable. The crowd was interestingly all women, and I'm guessing mostly niwot locals in their 50s and '60s. Conversation was lively and wine was flowing. I like the idea of fine dining in Niwot and will definitely dine there again. Local restaurants who make good food and support local farmers deserve our support. I highly recommend checking it out.

This place is incredible! The owners are the essence of hospitality. The food is remarkable, and the energy of the space is spot on. Thank you for an excellent meal and creating a space to have a memorable night with my friends!

Impressive. Staying in Niwot for the first time. Spoiled being from a foodie town. This tasting menu is so reasonably priced and each course was delicious. Typically I don’t care for 1-2 courses on a tasting menu - this was NOT the case. Each dish sparkled in its own way. Special shout out to the porchetta and whatever sorcery was on top. Absolutely delicious. Do not miss out on this place - exceptional. Thank you Chef and thank you Eli. What a perfect meal and experience.

Food was excellent but portions could've been bigger for what you pay. The lemon pepper chicken was two drumsticks on some asparagus for $26, it was delicious but really needed more food on the plate. The charcuterie board was $28 but again needed more on there. I get this is farm to table but just add a little more. $14 cocktails should be $10 - $12. Again, they were really good but a few sips and they're gone. Dessert was great. Really enjoyed the ice cream and chocolate bar. But just either bring the prices down a tiny bit or add a little bit more food. Service was absolutely stellar!

First time at Farow, but it definitely won’t be the last! The service was attentive, and the chef(s) prepared an excellent farm-to-table lunch. Peaches were in season, which enhanced the Burrata beautifully, and the peach butter was a delightful surprise to the dessert. Late August is perfect for dining on the patio. We look forward to our next meal at Farow.

Yelp
Cute space, great service staff, awesome food. Have come several times for dinner but were excited to learn that they just opened for lunch. They now also have a wine shop so be picked up a couple of nice bottles! Everything was great but the Rosemary Focaccia was ridiculously good!

Yelp
We had a Christmas lunch w/ some older family members- They chose Farrow because it was relatively quiet for lunch and the food was great. Our server was laidback, yet friendly and very knowledgeable. She was also good at accommodating the person in our party who eats gluten-free. We had oysters, 2 Happy Burgers, a Chicken Confit, and a Beef Ragú and a few different drinks. All of the food and drinks were fantastic! We will certainly come again!

Yelp
We've been here a couple of times in the last 18 months or so, and both experiences were great. The latest was particularly nice. We ate on the patio the first time and indoors the second. Food was delicious and service was friendly, professional, but not stuffy. Spendy (although visiting from Silicon Valley in CA we found the check to be pleasantly smaller than we're used to back home) but worth it for a date night or special occasion.

Yelp
We had a group of 4 that met for an early dinner at Farow. Pleasant atmosphere; tasteful. Our server was lovely and competent. I cannot speak for my companions opinions on the food. I personally was very unhappy with my entree; Colorado bass. The small filet was mushy and flavorless. Mushy fish is unpleasant.

Yelp
My husband and I enjoyed a 'date night' this past Saturday evening at the gem of a restaurant in Niwot, Farow! We have been here many times in the past, and while its a 'drive' for us to get to Niwot, we keep coming back to Farow! The food is farm to table and Chef Patrick sources as much as he can from local farmers within a 10 mile radius of this restaurant! We love this comcept! Good for the farmers and great for the restaurant! The selection of food is always a delight to see as one might not have the same thing twice! Chef Patrick prepares all of the dishes with a creative touch that only enhances the flavors and encourages the 'OHHHH and AHHHH's' from his patrons. Then to make things even tastier, there is always an enchanting dessert prepared by Chef Lisa! Dessert NEVER disappoints, so between the small plates, salads, main dishes and the dessert, plus the new 'look' for the restaurant, Farow is truly a delightful place to dine. They are now also open for lunch! YAY!!!! Plus they have a lovely shaded patio for anyone choosing to sit outside. We are looking forward to going back very soon, this time for lunch. If you haven't tried Farow, then for sure you must go!. Pam and Gary A.

Yelp
The Happy Burger is the best burger I have ever had. Grass fed beef on a house made bun. Homemade ketchup, awesome pickle and to top it off, HAND CUT FRIES - very, very good!! Restaurant and bar has a great atmosphere. Chef Patrick has the magic touch. The desserts are also fantastic, especially the house made custard!! Besides the daily menu, Pie Dog Pizza is also available for take out. This is a whole other category!! Delicious, thin crust - New York Style!!!

Yelp
We stopped into Farow in Niwot this past week. What a treat! This was the most complete experience from beginning to finish we have had in quite some time. Even the bread is out of this world! No olive oil needed. We shell out a lot of compliments, but it's rare to be wowed by every single dish that comes to the table. This stop makes our top 10 restaurants in Colorado, for sure! Kabocha Squash Carbonara: Lamb ragu, bacon lardons, parmesan hand-cut spaghetti House Smoked Ham: Red-eye beans, blue corn biscuit House Focaccia Basket: Slices of our warm, seasonal focaccia Chocolate Cake: Chocolate peppermint ganache, peppermint cream, chocolate espresso sauce Buckner Ranch Steak: Rutabaga, potato gratin, red wine demi-glace (GF) Steak Tartare: Dijonnaise, capers, lemon, crostini (DF) Buckner Ranch Sausage: Grilled luisa chicory, apple vinaigrette (GF/DF) Butterscotch Budino: Tahini caramel, whipped cream, sesame millet crumble (GF/V)

Yelp
Pie dog pizza was delicious. Kids preferred over other local places. It was right priced and super fast.

Yelp
I had dinner at Farow recently with a few friends and we had a lovely evening. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, contemporary with elegant and comfy blue velvet chairs. There is also a patio with live jazz on Friday and Saturday evenings. The food is very good, a little bit on the expensive side, but the ingredients are locally sourced. Although they offer small plates that you can share tapas style, we decided to each order an entree. I had the pan fried Colorado bass, skin perfectly crispy, delicious. My friends were also happy with they choices, lamb ragu for one of them, Thai pork chop for the other. We ended with a chocolate mousse, perfect! My only complaint that night is about service, it was very hard to see our waitress and it could be because she was busy with tables both inside and outside. That's unfortunate because when spending $32 on en entree and $16 for a glass of rosé, I don't want to have to wait until I am almost done with my dish to get my drink. We all noticed how our waitress seemed to disappear for very long stretches of time and that was our only negative comment for an otherwise pleasant dinner.

Yelp
PROS Quaint venue Wonderfully creative, fresh, locally sourced, farm-to-market dishes The smoked Buckner Ranch steak had amazing flavor Steak tartare was incredible Patio tables with shade trees Very good wine menu Jazz band on FRI + SAT Plenty of parking CONS Very good wine menu, by few offered by the glass Service was a little slow at first, but then it improved after our first cocktail Will certainly return!

Yelp
Seasonal, intentional, delicious food. We went in for the adventure menu, which is a chef curated 6-course meal for $90 per person. This was worth every cent. The timing was impeccable, the food was perfectly seasoned and prepared, and they even made accommodations for a dairy allergy. The service was great from the bar staff, and each meal came with recommendations for cocktails and wine pairing. We had a magical evening and will absolutely return for more incredible food and drinks.

Yelp
Wanted to love it. Has a cool, mellow, upscale ambiance and terrific lighting. Tables had some room around them which was a nice change. But the food wasn't terrific. The steak fries were way overcooked and very dry. The hamburger was okay. The filet mignon was not a nice cut of meat, especially for the price of the entree. Wonderful selection of wines by the bottle. But very few choices by the glass. Service was good. So much potential.

Yelp
We loved this restaurant! Ambience, food, service - everything was perfect! We were served with 6-course menu from the Chef by Anastasia and it was amazing. Nice music, attention to details. They work with farmers in the area, all ingredients are fresh and delicious. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends and will be back for more delicious dinners in this beautiful place.

Yelp
I love this place for date night or a small girls night. The food is always fresh and amazing! They have a variety of cocktails and a great selection of wine. I recommend this place to all of my friends in the area.

Yelp
Terrible and slow service. 25 minutes from sit down to getting our drinks. 45 minutes to get an appetizer. Hour and 20 minutes to get an entree. Our sever had the gall to ask us if we liked the smells coming out of the kitchen. Then they drop the mandatory gratuity on you because they don't pay a living wage. This place sucks.

Construe I.

Yelp
A really uneven experience which isn't acceptable given the price point and location in Boulder County. The food was fine but not great. The service was all over the place. The bartender was great but the waiter for dinner just seemed frazzled. Came away wishing I'd gone elsewhere.

Yelp
Wow talk about a real treat of a meal! Nestled away in the little town of Niwot comes this restaurant with big flavors. Every bite we had here was simply amazing! Starting with the Focaccia Bread; yes bread...we were eating it like ravenous animals. It set the tone for a whirlwind to come. Could I choose a favorite; I honestly don't know. The Carbonara was amazing, with Lamb Ragu, the Steak perfectly cooked and tender, the ham and beans elevated by the succulent pork cooked into the beans. I've never even had a rutabaga (that I know of) and this was also a highlight for me. Everything was so thoughtful and flavorful. And even more impressive 90% of the ingredients come from local suppliers! How cool is that! If you are in Denver or Boulder and looking for an upscale hidden gem you have found it! Check them out immediately, you won't be disappointed.

Michelle A.

Yelp
This place is amazing! Ask for the secret adventure menu and for $80 you will be surprised with wonderful courses and an amazing experience!

Yelp
Farow is new restaurant that has opened in Niwot. The food is amazing - delicious! Farm to Table offerings that are sourced locally. The maturity of the kitchen is unbelievable seeing that they have only been open a few weeks. Cannot recommend enough.

Yelp
My wife and I went to Farow today for a date to relax after the hard work week. The staff were attentive and caring, the manager was helpful. The burger was kind of okay. My wife's drink didn't have one taste of booze, my chai old fashioned suffered from what I call "big glass syndrome" (the glasses the owners want them to use are too big and they tell staff to fill them up). I ordered the burger at happy hour, didn't realize I would have to specify "the happy hour burger" and they charged me for the dinner burger ($9 extra). The real big problem came when my wife got the steak tartare and that was definitely one of the worst things I've tasted on a plate in a restaurant before. She couldn't eat it and neither could I. The bread was totally stale and cold. It was bread that had been sliced and rebaked in an oven the day before and refrigerated. Crostini is one of the easiest things in a kitchen to just sear up on a hot pan you just freshly coated with olive oil. Anyways when we drew attention to this the waitress and someone she was training went to the kitchen and I assume the chef just gave her a pile of the same tack bread we were just given. When we were confused about this plate of the same exact thing that was the problem, she went back (obviously frustrated by the embarrassing predicament her employer has put her in) and this time the chef gave her slices of zucchini... For some reason the policy of this restaurant is to have day old cooked stale cold bread on a Friday night to showcase their steak tartare. The owners should fix this as I suspect the other food items have significant problems, but we won't be excited to find out. The manager did a good job empathizing with us and telling us the truth that the bread was cooked yesterday. The waitress that was training under our main waitress also helped us and got us proper bread by herself which was great. But I don't want to give this place more than the minimum of stars despite that because this is a very serious problem with the owners of the restaurant. That bread never should have been served to customers. It really amazes me how people who don't know anything about running a restaurant think they can open one.

Yelp
I had written a critical review in 2021, but along with another Italian who had also been disappointed, decided to be fair and give Farow another go. We were very pleased. Their service was warm & courteous -- not pretentious, or "presenting" dishes as though at the Georges V in Paris. The servers were personable, fun folks, as was the sort of sommelier who came to speak to us. The freshness of the food, the quality of the fish, as well as the pasta, were truly delectable. (We warned the chef that two Italians were ordering the pasta, so to be sure it was "al dente". It was!) As a member of Slow Food, a food writer and an international food studies/connoisseur, I had wanted to agree with all the ardent raves about this little corner place in Niwot, with its emphasis on local farm-to-table. I'm now a supporter, as is my friend. Bravi, Farow!

Michael G.

Yelp
Simply excellent! A neighborhood find, 12 min north of Boulder in Niwot. Great staff, food, regular live jazz, creative local tasting menus on Wednesdays. Somehow the air inside smells amazing. Nice outdoor seating esp when there is live jazz. One of my dinner faves - highly recommended!

Yelp
Simply one of the best dining experiences on the front range, and currently my favorite. The food is exquisite, beautiful, high quality, and exciting. Every morsel is delicious and I feel like there is always a good variety of flavors and items to choose from. I typically get the cocktail special from the bar, and it's never been the same and it's always been delicious. The staff are the BEST. I've been here four times and each time, from the host, to the bar, to the waitstaff, to the kitchen staff, they are attentive, pleasant, knowledgeable, and quite fun & likable.

Sofia L.

Yelp
Food was outstanding, enhanced by soft jazz on the patio. First time here, was surprised the location was more or less a strip mall, but the deep set patio with landscaping blocks the traffic. That said, not sure I'd eat inside - very dark and much less character. Lamb app, chicken and tortellini. All 3 would order again (as if the menu stays the same...) but inventive without being over the top trying to impress, just well balanced, flavored and seasoned fresh ingredients. Bravo. Not cheap but definitely higher quality that some of its similarly priced Boulder options. One bummer - they said they'd run out of foccacia, then we saw a couple plates comes out while we were still there. Etiquette would have alert us it's back in stock and to come ask if we wanted some, or even toss us a piece for the wait. Just being a picky service person myself ; )

Yelp
I had dinner plans with a friend tonight but they came down with a sore throat and we agreed it was too risky to get together with Omnicron Covid variant running rampant. I decided to go out by myself anyway and started searching for a place to go. Yelp showed me Farrow - which was exciting because it is a new place I knew nothing about. The reviews were very good so I was excited to try it out. I really wanted to like this place. It has a great vibe and I the menu was small but interesting. The place was fairly empty, it being Monday night, and the wait staff was definitely very attentive. I ordered a vodka gimlet, the beet, pistachio and labneh salad and the rack of lamb; plus some focaccia bread. The Gimlet was fine. The beet salad was actually very good, although there were some very intense spices added that were a bit overwhelming. I believe they were whole coriander seed and whole pink peppercorns. It was interesting to be sure, and I enjoyed trying to figure out what they were, but I'm not sure that the intense blast of distinct and, somewhat odd flavor when biting into one of those seeds was complimentary to the dish overall, and may not be for everyone. Still, it was imaginative, if a bit odd, and I'll call it a winner for me. The focaccia was fresh and delicious. Sadly the "rack of lamb", which was actually only two lamb lollipops (for $30), was really bad! It was cooked rare, which I can handle, but it occurred to me that they didn't ask for my preference. The problem was that it was so tough and stringy that I literally could not cut it with the butter knife that they served it with. I asked for a better knife but they said they didn't have one. Well I was hungry and I ate them both, but it wasn't easy or enjoyable. Fortunately there was nobody sitting near me to observe me tearing bites off with my teeth. I was desperate for dental floss as soon as I finished. The flavor was fine. The little salad on the plate was good. It was just a terrible quality piece of meat. I should have sent it back... my bad. The bill was fairly high for the amount of food I got and I noticed that a 22% tip had automatically been added to the check. I had no choice in the matter! I guess this is a policy brought on by the pandemic. I would have tipped them 20% as is my practice anyways as the service was just fine, but I was really irritated by this. I am not a party of six. If the food was fantastic, I could live with the price being a bit high, but unfortunately it wasn't worth it, at least not this time. Maybe I'll try it again someday, but probably not.

Yelp
We've eaten at Farow several times and never had a bad meal. This time we split a few apps and everyone wanted a burger. It was all delicious they focus on getting their produce and proteins as local as possible and it shows. Even dessert is good which is a sign of a top notch restaurant. This is a place where you can really trust the chef. Next time we're going to do just that with the tasting menu and hopefully sit on their lovely patio and enjoy some live jazz. This place is a gem!

Yelp
Don't be fooled by the exterior appearance! Such a cute, small venue with so much care. Met the owners Lisa and Patrick who both served us wine and our food. 90% of the food is sourced within 10 miles!!! Great mushroom tartine, amazing cocktail program, we loved jt! Come visit!

Yelp
These were some of the best drinks we've had in Boulder County. The cocktail menu and bar atmosphere was incredible. And the knowledgeable bartenders were some of the most skilled and creative we've had around town. I'd recommend anything fat washed or honestly, just leave it to the bartender's choice. They know what they're doing!

Yelp
Wow. We made the trip to get breakfast carry out today. The sausage egg and cheese on a muffin was the best. Truly it was fresh and homemade. The pastries were out of this world. We got one of each, and so far I can say the scone and a lemon glazed cupcake were delicious. We haven't tried all yet, but they are all of the highest quality. I can only eat so much. We will definitely recommend your restaurant and be back. You are a wonderful addition to this community. Thanks!!

Yelp
Wow ! Fantastic dining experience. Eclectic mix of great farm to table small plates. Great variety. Sampled 6 plates and nothing disappointed. From short ribs and mushroom plantains to amazing oatmeal bread and unique arugula salad. Deserts were great. Excellent coffee cake if they have it. Highly recommend Sommelier was great and a remarkable wine selection at attractive price points. Great variety of unique / not recognizable labels but great pours. Service for a new restaurant was top notch. Great for date night or an impressive business dinner. In Niwot ?! Amazing. Felt like a high end Denver dining experience Kudos Farow !!!

Bob W.

Yelp
Service was great. Food was good, although portions are small. The pricing is way out of line - Two glasses of wine and 3 small plates = $100+. Part of this is their choice to tack on a 22% "tip". I appreciate the motivation to provide a living wage to their staff, but this should be reflected in product pricing. This pricing trend is at best deceptive. A tip is to reward the staff for excellent food and service. Thursday night. Town is hopping. Place is almost empty. I have been in Niwot 30 years. Seen lots of restaurants come and go. Forecast is "Not great for Farow"

Yelp
The food here is AMAZING! We've been twice and it was FANTASTIC both times. The staff is friendly... ambiance delightful with local artists featured on the walls. The farm to table concept means you're getting a fresh and seasonal delight every.single.time. Make a reservation cuz it was understandably packed both times we went.

Yelp
Disappointed as we had high hopes that this would be a new place to frequent. Very pretentious atmosphere that did t match the quality of food. I had the blackened trout which was mushy in texture. My wife had a salad which she had to de-stem the greens. The butter pecan old fashioned was a hit, but the meal, not so much. Don't advise veering from their specialty drinks. Thought it was especially interesting that they automatically build in a 22 percent gratuity. The service was fine and I wouldn't have short-changed the wait staff, but apparently they've had issues that have forced them to resort to this measure.

Yelp
I do not understand how a restaurant adds 22% on to your bill without telling you this will happen. Our food was average the service was below average and then I get a bill with 22% tip added to it without my knowledge. This is stealing from your customer. We will not be back. There is a reason your restaurant is empty on a Friday night. Ridiculous.

Yelp
The food was really good here. The space/ambiance isn't great and the staff are a bit clueless. We were seated in a room that I'd describe as a basement room in a banquet hall. It was Valentine's Day so I understand that they're trying to squeeze as many people in as possible, but when we were lead to this really unappealing space while the whole front of the restaurant was mostly empty, it didn't start things off well. Making matters worse there was one other couple in that empty room and they sat us literally right next to their very close table. Like 1.5 feet away from them. There were probably 10 other empty tables in the room that remained empty for about half an hour so it was like a reallly awkward, intimate Valentine's Day dinner with a couple strangers. I probably won't go back because the experience wasn't very enjoyable but the food was good.

Yelp
This place is a gem, our waiter Christopher is one of the best servers I have ever experienced. Knowledgeable, funny and kind. They have a unique menu and great setting. Do yourself a favor and give it a try and ask for Christopher!

Yelp
Delicious food (seemed a bit overpriced to me tho, but I'm cheap) - and a surprisingly not-full patio on a lovely Saturday evening, under the rustling ancient cottonwoods. Very good service. But what made it a truly special evening was the terrific live jazz trio - horn, keyboards & bass, playing very well, a lovely mix of perfect music as a background to a relaxing meal. I encourage you to head over for the music and enjoy the patio, weather permitting.

Yelp
I recently moved to Niwot, Co and thought I would check out Farow for dinner. Could not have had a better experience. The service was friendly, extremely attentive without being pushy, and professional. The meal was fresh and flavorful with out all the extra typical sauces and spices. Delicious! Now the dessert!! Holy moly! The pastry chef Lisa is a mastermind! The pineapple cake with bruleed fresh pineapple, spots of cream, black cherry sorbet, and a crumble is to die for! A perfect combination of flavors! I will definitely be back!

Yelp
Ambiance was great, food was fantastic. Had the Beet salad and the grouper...delicious. Service was friendly.

Yelp
The lemon drop cocktail was peak lemon and the bartenders friendly. I had a burger and roasted mushrooms and it was cooked to perfection.

Yelp
Went there for dinner. Loved the menu and had outstanding service. The wine list does not seem to match the restaurant. While there are a few reasonably priced wines, most were very expensive for the restaurant. Overall, great experience and will definitely go back.

Yelp
Got there at 5:15. Only reservation available for four. Have heard good things. Our waitress might as well have been in the colonoscopy waiting room. Not happy. After attempting to order THREE different drinks off the menu, was told none were available. Even the lager. I was not being picky. Waited for burgers, just burgers, for 45 minutes. They were really good. So that was one plus. Probably won't be going back.

Yelp
I thought this place was over-priced, too precious, cramped. A bit like boulder itself. Not a good value, not a good atmosphere, and the food was underwhelming. But hey, some people seem to like it. Go figure.

Yelp
Today was my first time at Farow Restaurant with my wife. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything they served us was literally mouth watering and super tasty. I do not think iv been to a restaurant as delicious as this in a while. Customer service was amazing, shout out to Alex. 10/10 would highly recommend! If you try it once you'll know what I mean.

Yelp
This was honestly one of the best meals I've ever had! The food is beautifully prepared and served. The owners are clearly passionate about creating a relaxing place to eat with sustainable, delicious food.

Yelp
Items on the menu are exquisitely prepared and the farm to table freshness is absolutely evident. The best way to experience this restaurant is through the chef's tasting menu. It may be pricier than tasting menus at other locations, but the proportions are a bit larger and well worth the money. Staff was incredibly attentive, answered all of our questions, and did not rush us through the tasting menu. My only regret is that I did not plan in advance so that I could do the wine pairing with the tasting menu. That I will have to save for another visit!

Yelp
This was a very disappointing meal. The dishes we had were just ok but nothing fabulous. We had the lamb ravioli that was more of a gravy than a sauce, radishes on plate didn't really flow with it. The pork belly was so over cooked and chewy. We ordered dessert thinking no one can screw up doughnuts. Wrong! These were obviously cooked more than once and were just oil filled burnt dough with no flavor other than grease. This is not a place I would return to. I had high hopes but this was disappointing on so many levels. We were also seated in the back room that felt like a conference room in a basement.

Yelp
Our second time here and the service is sooooo bad. We were one of 3 tables on the patio and were seated for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, finally got water and it took another 5-10 minutes to order a drink. There were plenty of people standing around, just no one to help us. Food was just ok, had very nice focaccia with ricotta, rubbery mushrooms with a cold beans, really a very sub par dish. Tried to have a nice night out and was so disappointed. Won't be returning any time soon. The staff really needs to be trained better. Standing around chatting while customers are waiting is never good.
