I Love training here. As a former athlete who stopped training hard a few years back this place is awesome. Irik is all about business, makes me work on my weaknesses and i push myself to get back to where i was. No shortcuts, just pure hardwork. I can only recommend this place!

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or someone who's looking to kick start a fitness routine and get in shape, Fast Twitch is the training facility for you. Fast Twitch is more than the typical gym or studio that offers trendy classes led by instructors pumping music and yelling at you to "push it" without paying attention to your form. The trainers at Fast Twitch are top notch; they are knowledgeable about fitness and sports performance and care about each client that walks through the door. They learn about your fitness goals and create a customized routine to efficiently and safely get you to your peak performance level. I am an on-again-off-again triathlete and distance runner. I dropped in on a 5 am training session for endurance athletes. The hour session, led by two Fast Twitch performance specialists, was broken down into a series of 30 - 45 second agility, strength training, and plyometric exercises. All along, the trainers educated us about the purpose and benefit of the exercises. The focus was not on burning calories and improving cardio endurance, rather on technique to improve form and performance during long workouts outside of the facility. I would definitely make this endurance training session part of my regular routine! The Fast Twitch facility is more than a gym, it is a comprehensive training facility sure to help you achieve results on the field, or the scale--whatever your fitness goal may be.

Fast Twitch is a great training facility. The coaches are top of the line and they have access to incredible equipment. I go to supplement my endurance training as a triathlete. They will customize your training to ensure your athletic goals are met.

Holy mother, I am sore. My friend had been riding me like crazy to join her at Fast Twitch and it wasn't until I became envious of her body transformation that I jumped on the bandwagon. This morning was my first workout with a small group (3 of us total) and Irik pushed me to the brink. I'm not excited by crossfit and I don't like drill sergeant routines, so I was super pleased to find out that Fast Twitch doesn't subscribe to either. Granted, if you're a crossfit fiend, you'll probably find some similar exercises, but overall, this place is about performance training. Were I a professional athlete or Olympic hopeful, I'd definitely include a few days at Fast Twitch in my regiment. The good news is that Fast Twitch appeals to all. Whether you're a hyperfit soccer mom, a college or high school athlete, or just a regular Joe, this place can cater to you. The workout today used very little weight training and focused instead on resistance bands, some straps and our own body weight. So, no bulk muscle building :) Thank you, Irik. My favorite part, besides the blissful feeling of getting my ass kicked, was getting to shoot hoops before the training session. There's an indoor court blended into the mix and anyone is free to shoot around. Another perk, it's cheaper if you can find a group to workout with. Either bring 1 or 2 other people to train with or make friends there. Finally, if you're into really hunky (and very respectable) men telling you what to do, you'll probably really like this place.

X-Train is there new group class which I am in love with. It feels like you are really working out your muscles versus quickly running through exercises like other businesses.

My son trained at Fast Twitch after rehab for ACL surgery. The trainers at Fast Twitch are impressive - knowledgeable and professional. The facility is clean and state of the art. We had a wonderful experience.

So my coach recommended this place because the name says it all. To run at a fast speed, jump high and far, you need fast twitch muscles being in over drive in a nut shell. This place caters to this. The thing I like about it, is the staff has a working knowledge of athletic performance across the board, be it football, basketball,baseball, and my track and field. It was good because first they kind of loosened my muscles with some specific things. At first it was very tedious and was like uhhhhhh. However once we got to plyometrics, speed training, my range of motion was amazing. It was a "holy crap" moment really. Jokingly I asked where is your yoga and crossfit? The staff started cracking up pretty much sense they think as I do about these things being nothing but fads and trends people get into just to belong to something. One of the most taxing things here was the sled pushes with weights on the sled my legs were done after those. I like the fact that its a relaxed facility. In reality being in the gym is something I dislike, because of all the people there at times it sucks honestly being among so many people. This was refreshing because many people are about showing off. This place isn't about this so it was good to come here.
