Fat Charlie

Woo, woo, kuddos to this place. This past Saturday I celebrate my birthday at the Fat Charlie, the place was more than what I expected. Drinks was incredible delicious, the environment great, service and food also really good. All my Friends were very happy so do I. If you feel that you want to try something different this place is your call, thank you Fat Charlie I will definitely visit again.

They got a token dog, called jack D, cute as hell and loves affection Onwer, oscar, came to talk with us, talked a lot about cocktails, tried lots of their signature cocktails, they showed us their place, was great experience True speak easy vibe and a great place, they onwer did say the coctails and mixology is still not as developed in the area and you could tell based on most locations but this place was very good I had fat charlie signature cocktail and had 2 more variations on a negroni, wife had a mango cocktail and an orange with mascal cocktail Would denftly go back.

This as a speakeasy. The drinks here are as good as I've ever had. Fantastic with great atmosphere! If you get hungry they have pizza. There was this super sweet, scruffy little dog cruising around. Loved it

Delicious cocktails in a really cool hidden speakeasy. The bartenders were so much fun. Ask them for something you cannot get anywhere else, and they won't disappoint! #scorpion

Great cocktails, great service and a 50's chic atmosphere! We were given a complimentary cocktail sampler, the second tasted exactly like a butterscotch dilly bar! Talk about great memories! This bar was a recommendation from our hotel, Casa Habita (super awesome) and it did not disappoint!

If you're into cocktails, you can't miss this place. Great recipes, well elaborated. To get in, you need reservation. Kind of underground concept, great music and again, great cocktails

They have the best cocktails and the price is very good . Also the atmosphere is good and good for talking

Beautiful speakeasy like bar. Amazing cocktails at great prices. They had a live DJ when I went but no where to dance which was awkward and less social.

This was my favorite bar of the two months I spent living in Guadalajara. It is a "speak easy" and you need to get the password from their FB page.. But when we arrived, two girls in front of us simply said, "Fat Charlie". So that generic PW may work as well. As a New Yorker, I'm used to expensive cocktails,(think $11-$15). The most expensive drink I ordered here was $6. This is pricey by Mexican standards, but a steal on my NYC based mind. My GF and I sampled 4 drinks, and I'd recommend anything with Mezcal ! They have photos of every drink, and for about a $1 up charge you can upgrade to a premium liquor which I recommend. The service was swift, and the cocktails were delicious. I only wish I discovered this place, earlier into my Guadalajara experience. It was just 3 blocks from our apartment! HIGHLY Recommended.

In my opinion, they have a Terrible selection (only mass produced tequilas). The biggest problem was the dishonest service. Mediocre cocktails (Too sweet and sour). What a shame, I had decent expectations for this place. If you think this place serves the best cocktails, you obviously have not explored enough places. Naco que le guste este lugar.
