Fattoria e Villa di Rignana

Beautiful views, and lovely stay in this old house. The breakfast was great. The view from our room was outstanding. We did the wine tasting: 5 wines and a nice and friendly owner. He was answering all our questions. We also got to visit the tanks and the cellar. One downside is that we didn't do much "tasting", guessing smells/taste, but we had our share of drinking.

It’s hard to read the low rating reviews because this place is so lovely. Yes it’s true, it is a very hands off experience but that’s perfect for Tuscany. You don’t need tv or fast internet just good food, wine and friends. If you are looking for more hand holding/attention maybe this isn’t the place for you but it’s been the highlight of a 12 day Italy trip (for the second year in a row). Well rounded tasty breakfast and good coffee every morning. The views are stunning-book restaurant ahead as it fills up. Only some rooms have AC due to original frescoes in certain rooms-owners are easy to chat with via email if you have specific questions! The room pictures I posted is from the “Fattoria” (Farm) side which has a more rustic design than the Villa side. Love love love Rignana.

The breakfast table is very big and the quality of the spread was high. This was a great breakfast moment on the terrace with birds all around you (not trying to get the food but just the sounds).The building is old and authentic with a comfortable bed and nice furniture in the room. The bathroom is a bit outdated but sufficient. The swimming pool is located between the hills and had a magical view: this is such a relaxing spot! We also did a wine tour and tasting which was great, the wines are of very high quality and we brought a couple of cases with us. Special thanks to Alessandro for contributing to an amazing stay for us! Great lunch and diner can be enjoyed at the nearby La Cantinetta Di Rignana.

We stayed at Fattoria di Rignana for a couple of days, whilst in Tuscany for a wedding nearby. We were disappointed to only be there for 2 days. Gorgeous setting, the hills are stunning. The rooms are charming, not soul-less like most modern hotels. The foot at the nearby restaurant was utterly delicious.

Had a beautiful stay here in a 3 person room. The grounds are lovely and the food is excellent, along with the cantina a short walk away. You can really appreciate the peaceful beauty of Tuscany here. The self-serve wine makes for fun evenings with other guests! Highly recommend.

This wedding venue is really the most beautiful where you could get married in Toscana! Building is stunning and clean, and the view is simply breathtaking! We had such a great time here, I highly recommend, especially if you're looking for that Italian summer outdoor dinner vibe for your wedding!

This place is truly a paradise. Tucked away from towns, it’s a little escape in the rolling hills. The whole villa is very clean and welcoming. And there is a tasty restaurant on the property so you don’t have to leave!

I attended a wedding here. The staff was not very professional! It was a black tie wedding and some of the staff were dressed in street clothes (shorts/t-shirt/flip flops). Extremely overpriced DJ played the wrong music and totally missed the recessional, etc...
