My partner and I had a wine tasting and we were the only ones. It was a really nice and intimate experience with Monica, the owner of the vineyard. She took us into her vineyard where we received a lot of insight to how the wine is produced and Monica shared many stories and history of the area. We finished the tour back at the cellar where we had the wine tasting and some cheese and cold meat to accompany the wine. All in all it was a very authentic experience and Monica was the perfect hostess. She was very informative, easy going and a pleasure to talk to. I can only recommend the experience. Thank you Monica for a wonderful time!

We had such a wonderful experience at Pomona (October 2025). It’s a truly special, family-run estate, and you can feel the passion in everything they do. Andrea is a fantastic tour guide - warm, knowledgeable, and so generous in sharing the family history and the story behind each wine. The tasting was absolutely delicious, and the entire visit felt authentic and welcoming. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in Tuscany! Bonus - Zoe the cutest little doggie will greet you upon arrival!

When I set out to plan our family vacation to the beautiful Tuscan region, I discovered this incredible family-owned and operated winery. After reading about its history and the story behind its owner, I instantly fell in love with the place. Wanting to ensure we could experience it firsthand, I booked our reservation months in advance. When the day finally arrived, we were all filled with excitement. As we made our way up the picturesque driveway lined with fragrant herbs, vibrant flowers, and majestic olive trees, we weren’t quite sure where to check in. That’s when we met Monica, who was going about her morning. After a quick introduction—delivered in my best attempt at Italian—she graciously switched to English. To her surprise, she hadn’t been expecting visitors that day. We assured her that we could return another time, but in true Italian fashion, she wouldn’t hear of it. She warmly welcomed us, apologized for the mix-up, and insisted we stay. What followed was one of the most personal and intimate winery tours we have ever experienced. Monica took her time guiding us through the property, sharing her family’s history and passion for winemaking. It never once felt commercial or routine—it felt like we were guests in her home, not just another group passing through. The experience was made even more special when we were joined by the CEO of hospitality and security: Zoe, a charming and affectionate dachshund who never left Monica’s side. After the tour, we were treated to what Monica called a “farmer’s breakfast,” a concept we were eager to discover. To our delight, it consisted of exquisite wine and cheese. And not just any cheese—because they weren’t expecting visitors that morning, Monica went to her home and brought back cheese from her own refrigerator. That simple yet thoughtful gesture perfectly encapsulated the warmth and hospitality we felt throughout our visit. As we sat together, sipping wine and listening to the stories behind each bottle, we couldn’t help but feel deeply grateful for the experience. This visit set the tone for the rest of our day, and truthfully, nothing else compared. Even now, every time we open a bottle of Monica’s wine, we find ourselves reminiscing about that unforgettable morning. It was more than just a wine tasting—it was a heartfelt connection, a moment of true hospitality, and an experience we will cherish forever. We look forward to visiting again soon!

We loved this winery, we loved the family, and we absolutely loved the experience!!! Andrea (daughter-in-law of Monica) greeted us with Zoe and a friends dog and took our group through the vineyard and through their production before sitting down and tasting their amazing wines with fresh meats and cheeses. She was delightful and so knowledgeable and also funny. It was very sweet to watch the relationship between her and Monica and they were so welcoming. Learning about their challenges and all the hard work that goes into a small production winery, especially with climate change and the costs to keep everything going was really fascinating and admirable. You can feel the devotion and love for wine that they certainly possess and it was really cool to see the objects and traces of generations of wine makers throughout the winery as well. I can’t recommend this experience enough and I am so happy that we were able to soak up their lovely home and take back with us this special time and memory.

We had an initial issue with the reservation, but made it back the next day for a tasting. Andrea greeted us and provided us the best wine tasting one could expect. Lot of information and excellent wine. We really enjoyed the whole experience. Got to meet Cosimo, who provided additional explanation about particular wine. Thank you Andrea and Cosimo.

We had an unforgettable experience at this Italian winery. Mónica was an excellent host — warm, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about the place. The history of the winery is fascinating, and learning about it added so much depth to the visit. Both the rosé and the red wine were absolutely outstanding, easily the best in the area. I highly recommend this visit to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable wine experience in Italy.

What a great time our family had at the winery a few weeks ago! Andrea was a lovely host and it was so interesting to hear all about the joys and challenges of winemaking in Tuscany as a small family-owned business. The wines and the olive oil were so good that we bought a few bottles, despite us backpacking. Thank you for creating one of the absolute highlights of our Italy trip!

Perfect day at the winery with Andrea and Monica. We had a wonderful, personal, private experience. The tour of the vineyard, the tasting of the grapes and figs, and the charcuterie were above and beyond what we expected. The wine was absolutely delicious and felt like it was produced with heart and gut. We were blown away with the kindness that was provided. We even got to try the cabernet sauvignon that Monica had put her heart into and it was delightful. Can't recommend this place enough.
