Aston Inn Pantai Losari - Makassar

This hotel made me fall in love with Makassar. Its strategic location offers incredible sunset views, especially if you stay in a room overlooking Losari Beach. Looking for food? It's easy. Want a meeting, WFA, or just a coffee? There are also plenty of cafes scattered around the hotel. A highly recommended hotel.

Never stay in this hotel again. Very bad service, Very stingji for small items to make guests happy. I was asking to have more creamer in the morning and the HK said I will confirm, never bring me some, never reply to my called. So stingy. Accidentally broke the glass instead asking if I'm ok after letting them know straight away what's happened, they only think about money and charged me rp100.000 for rp10.000 or less cup...so ridiculous. So never ever stay in this hotel ever again. Luar biasa Pelit!!!! Can give you big zero Star if it's available.

Vastly overrated hotel for the price. Yes, the rooms look nice, but we felt that the personnel needs better guidance. Waiting times in the restaurant were long, and there was no specific place for storing the luggage which was done in the lobby without properly being looked after at. And most cleaning was focused on the front door being polished.

Bery pleased with the overall experience. The service was fast, professional and exceeded my expectations. Everything was handled smoothly and the quality was exceptional. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the friendly communication throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this to others and will not hesitate to use it again in the future. The service is really great. The staff all smile and are very friendly and it feels very genuine. Full mark on service! Room: The towels in our bathrooms don’t smell so good, however the towels in the reception smell a little better. The room is not always so well vacuumed, especially under the beds, which is apparent when moving the beds together. When the bathroom soap got empty, they forgot to refill it (which is just a minor thing as we still have the body wash available in the shower). The display of the safe has some broken segments, but not a biggie. Pool: The pool seems clean, but it seems only the surface water is cycled as the water at the bottom is a bit milky. It couldn’t hurt with a tad more chlorine. The floor is very slippery. The pool area seems insect and animal free which is a big plus. I can recommend the pool! Overall it is not much to complain about. It is a good hotel with good value for the money.

Good for the price, very strategic location to famous eatery places and landmarks. Service is good too. The window is a too small and cant see much view, but still acceptable
