Fawlty Towers

We stayed 8 nights in budget twin share rooms. Comfortable rooms with hot showers. Breakfast included every day was delicious, and woodfire pizzas were yummy! Pool, firepit, and gardens lovely. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Had a relaxing massage with the beauty therapist and used the laundry service on-site. No power issues. Loved staying here!

I spent 3 nights in this hotel so I can tell a little. You can feel safe as it is guarded. All this area is safe, I was walking in city alone in the dark without any problems. I felt safe. Breakfast was good enough. Swimming pool was clean- however didn't see anybody using it during 3 days including me as well. Very nice, modern bar. They serve pizza as well. Room was small but for 1 person like me ok. For 2 could be little tight. Generally I reccommend and could choose the same place next time.

I would most definitely recommend the Fawlty Towers as a place to stay in Livingstone. The staff is amazing, kind and accommodating, and the location is excellent (in the middle of town and walkable to some museums and shops). They even have a nice spa menu for those looking for massages. The breakfast is good and the pizzas are also delicious. They were also able to arrange some activities at an affordable price at the last minute, along with my stay on the first night (I showed up a day early and they were able to make sure I still had a room). Overall, it was a great experience and I can't recommend this place enough!

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the Tawlty Tower team, who have dearly taken care of me during my two weeks stay in June 2025. I enjoyed very much the friedliness of the staff, the beautiful premises with the pool and especially the the evenings at the fireplace. Not to mention the delicious pizzas. Also they made every activity wish come true and organized trips very well.||To summarize, a flawless service. I would love to visit again.

My brother and I stayed here in a hostel room. It was so nice, definitely recommend as a place to stay when there's just one or two of you traveling! Everyone was really nice and I really enjoyed our stay there. They have a nice kitchen where you can cook your own food too if you want to.

Very nice and professional service, good breakfast, and a great option for coffee/tea and pancakes. Best pizza ever. Comfortable beds, mosquito net. Availability of activities on site, I recommend morning safari and the Zambezi cruise. While you are there, don't forget about the cat, the brush is at the reception :-).

If you want to stay close to VF this place has all your amenities. We booked a Canoeing tours and other things was available and they got us transportation. The Food was simple but the place have many restaurants to choose from around walking distance. I loved the option of having a bar on site. Mike was amazing and helpful everyday after each adventure he made sure we had a cocktail drinks available. The staff work so hard and are always available to make our stay comfortable.

The stay was fantastic , clean room and very helping staff , with a basic breakfast and relaxing space and also the location is easily accessible, its on the main road and 15 min drive to the Victoria falls and across the road there is Shoprite and other restaurants around.The wifi was a bit slow sometimes. Overall stay was very good .Plus there is load shedding in zambia but they have backup power , Generator. You will definitely enjoy your stay. I needed a three pin charger and the staff provided, really appreciated that as without that I couldn’t charge my phone.
