Super nice and cosy place at the waterfront. Food is nice of flavour and variety. Don’t order wine here though. It is outrageously expensive for a very small glass (and only half full!). The wine on the photo costs € 8.30. A euro per sip 🤣

Great movie facilities for kids including some in original version (ie English). Couches, plenty of room, casual and you can bring food from cafe in. Good food and drinks (totally organic wine, but a nice surprising variety, craft local beer) while you wait in the cafe as well. Great staff.

Great place, drinks and food. I just love their bread and butter. I wish they still had the sweet potato with chimichurri. That was my favourite.

Surprising, slightly chaotic (which I like) art-house movie theater, bar and place to eat on the waterfront (nice movie reference here) in the extremely hipster part of Amsterdam Noord, reachable by using the free ferries. The movie rooms have couches! Best ferry is the one from Javaeiland, but that stops after 22:20, so to return to the city, take one of the other ferries to Central Station.

A very friendly place, with a pleasant atmosphere and an open terrace by the water, weather permitting. Wide choice of beers and goods, with the option of eating in. The GC Hyena also offers a cinema, showing recent and old films, as well as event organization. The team is professional and pleasant

A very trendy and nice winebar/cinema in Amsterdam Noord. Outside on the terrace you can enjoy a good selection of wines with some small but tasty bites. The location is top, the interior very nice and the staff is welcoming!

Love the idea of a cozy neighbourhood movie theatre with wine bar and restaurant but was very disappointed after my last visit. With a group of friends we wanted to celebrate my birthday there, made a reservation for dinner and planned to watch the open air movie afterwards. Since it was one of the few sunny days I called twice beforehand to make sure we'll have a table outside. We really looked forward to the evening. When we arrived we were not allowed to eat outside and were told that plans have change and dinner outside was not an option - no reason given. Despite the fact that I left my number no one called upfront to inform about this change of plan and there were also no attempts to make up for it with a drink or any other gesture. We decided to go to the restaurant next door (Goudfazant) which is always a great choice and their staff made sure we had a good time. When we came back for the open air movie there was also no seating provided and the screen was blocked constantly by passing cars. I would definitely not recommend FC Hyena any more.
