We stopped here for lunch while on vacation in Oregon. We ordered Turtle Pesto and BLT, and both sandwiches were very good. But the chicken tortilla soup was my favorite. We were planning to try something on dinner menu, but they don’t serve the dinner menu until 4pm. We will definitely come back for dinner if we ever come back to this area!

Quiet Tuesday happy hour was our first visit to Feast. Bar service was fast and cordial, staff were knowledgeable about their wine and liquor section. We tried the burrata appetizer for a snack, delicious and plenty for two people. Well cocktails $5, and well bottles are reputable brands. Port, rum+vodka, and mojitos were balanced and a perfect thirst quencher for a triple digit day without wind. Two drinks each and large shareable appetizer under $70. Not too heavy and burrata was so fresh we wouldn't be surprised if they had a cow nearby.

I’m giving them a three star because the lady told me they had a certain drink (cider) but then found out they actually didn’t have it which isn’t usually a big deal but the cashier said she was giving me a discount on a drink, and the discount was what I paid for it. So no discount. Paying normal price. The waitress that brought the drink out to me was in a really bad mood I think because I thanked her three times, and I felt like she was irritated with me. Since they didn’t have cider, I had to order a pomegranate margarita and it was tasty. I just didn’t want to drink tequila for lunch. Lol All that aside, I would’ve given them a four star because the atmosphere was chill, the sandwich I had was the turkey, Swiss half sandwich. It tasted really good fresh veggies. The bacon was crispy and the bread was fresh. We sat outside. The tables were clean, and I didn’t know there was an outside part to the place. If I would’ve gotten my food to go, it might have been better. I will go back again to give them another chance because the food was so good.

We stopped here spontaneously, and had the best meal we’ve had in a long time. I was in my pajamas for reasons I won’t explain here, and I felt comfortable, so it’s a spot you could stop in nice clothes or ski clothes and it wouldn’t matter. We got a variety of smaller plates: grits, shrimp and grits, scallops and seasonal puree, olives and nuts, and the cauliflower with rosemary fondue. Our 2, 5 and 8 year old had chicken and fruit and grilled cheese. All the dishes were cooked with love. Even the simple chicken for the kids was clearly brined, as it was tender and flavorful. The scallops were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with a butternut squash purée. The shrimp and grits had a tomato-herb topping we loved. The cauliflower had just the right amount of texture and was smothered in rosemary fondue, we devoured this with our 8-year-old! This is a special but not stuffy place to celebrate life. They will cook for celiacs.

We walked in about 10 minutes from closing time and the staff was just as warm and welcoming without making us feel rushed or that we were bothersome. Both sandwiches ordered were exceptional and loaded with meat and toppings. Coffee was on point and so happy to have stopped for a quick bite while passing thru on our travels after a long morning of work. Definitely hit the spot and would most definitely go out of my way to try more menu selections.

I wished it wasn't so cold when I went to enjoy the outdoor seating. The food was delicious, especially the cheesecake and I've never been one to love cheesecake, so I think that says a lot.

I stopped by here for a quick and healthy meal and was thoroughly impressed by the fresh-made quiche I ordered, accompanied by a glass of red wine. I gave the girl who served me five stars, but I must admit, she seemed less polite and engaging than usual. Perhaps she had a bad day.

We are here today. The BLT, ginger soup and the churo cheese cake bar, were all pretty amazing. 😍

A gorgeous patio with a view and fantastic food. What else do you need? Ahhh, a good cocktail! You get it all at Feast. The service was truly warm and welcoming and the food - perfectly executed. Would come here anytime I am in White Salmon. It is a casual gem!

What went well? Well everything! We've been walking or driving by Feast for years, and I r always said "we got to go in there"! But I we usually go to Everybody's. But today I followed my nose of curiosity and peaked in the windows to see what more of the place was a deli. I walked in after they had just opened for the afternoon/evening - and I saw the service team setting up tables inside and outback in the patio. Patio?!!! I kept walking past the bar and saw that outside there was a KILLER view of Mt Hood!! We were served by Desire (incredible) and the bartender who was truly a custom mixologist!! Food, ambiance and service to as amazing. We'll be baackk

My favorite spot in the hood river/white salmon area. The food is always great and the people are lovely. The BLT here is the best. Highly recommend!!

This place is so great I almost don't want to give it a good review to keep people from flocking to it. The service is always fast and nice. The food is fantastic. The prices are a little higher but it's that kind of food... If bone marrow is involved you should probably be expecting a certain amount of cost to be involved. The ambiance is really nice, it feels like Joanna Gaines built a street market that happens to have a high class kitchen in the back.

I was killing time so stopped in for a drink. I asked for a house wine. The guy gave me 3 options. I selected the blend. When it arrived, I noticed they didn't give me a food menu. I wasn't going to eat but as a business woman I thought to myself that this was a huge miss opportunity to sell. I was under a lot of stress that day so when I got the bill, I paid. Still sipping my drink I realized "did I just pay like $16 for a glass of wine?????". Then I felt stupid. I asked the guy if that was correct (thinking I might have got charged wrong). He said yes, that's the cost. I then said to him, oh my god I might of well be buying a drink in Vegas. I left. Didn't even finish my drink. Very disappointed. Mostly, disappointed at myself for not asking for a drink menu prior to ordering. Of all my travels, I have never paid that much for a glass of wine. And considering I asked for a house wine. That's just not right. And White Salmon of all places. Lesson learned - get a drink menu or at least ask how much.

I've driven past and finally thought it was time to stop by for a bite. Great decision! What took me so long?! Staff is very welcoming. Sooo many deli options but ended up going with the turkey cranberry sandwich and my goodness that was another great decision! Breathtaking mountain view from the patio! While talking to the server I found out the family also owns the ice cream shop across the street so I had to go for some dessert. Will be coming back regularly!

Extraordinary mediocre, for 14 bucks the sandwich should be much better than it was. The twon girls at the counter had zero personality or customer service. If everything else is closed eat here.

It looks minimal and bare at first glance through the windows. Perhaps you think, 'is this the right place?' The deception is real. This place delivers some amazing farm to table plates. Incredibly seasoned, not over, just right. Their offerings are well rounded and of the area. Loved every dish.

The best king salmon we've ever had was at Feast! It was so tender and lightly seasoned but so flavorful. I really have not had king salmon like it before. We came here for our fifth anniversary and only had to wait maybe 15 minutes at the bar on a Saturday around 645pm. They seated us at a table outdoors with another couple which we didn't mind. The outdoor patio has a view of Mt. Hood so I'd recommend eating there (doesn't allow dogs though). We also enjoyed the bone marrow, hangar steak and papas appetizers. Everything was delicious!

White Salmon is a tiny little town with some really great eateries. We stopped at Feast to split a sandwich and ended up sorry we didn't each have a whole one. The bread was soft and fresh and overall a really good snack to hold us over until our dinner reservations. They have a nice selection. Of whiskey too, so of course we each had a shot, Because who doesn't have that with their snack. We're looking forward to stopping by again when we want to eat more because we know we won't be disappointed. The bartender was very friendly and professional and worked well with the cook to get out orders quickly with a friendly smile. It's a cool old, slightly draft space but what isn't drafty in the gorge in late November.

Feast was a delight in every way. I sat alone on the patio with a lovely view of Mount Hood. The service was friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. The Brussels sprouts are a must. I can't wait to come back with friends.

Make sure to call and find out if there will be any food in the deli case if you plan to use this as a deli. We showed up at 4 and there was a sign saying they would be back at 5. We waited until 5 and when they opened there were about 4 sad salads in the deli case. Really sorry we wasted an hour waiting. Drove over to boda's in hood river since it is a deli that actually has food i can eat

Diverse menu ranging from Shrimp & Grits to Korean BBQ to a burger and salads. Something for everyone, lunch or dinner. In the warmer weather, I highly recommend sitting on the deck out back for fabulous views of the majestic Mt. Hood. In cooler weather, they have a tent with a fire pit set up which is definitely the place to sit! Inside is also nice and very casual. Food is locally sourced so the menu varies depending on what is in season. Make sure to check out the deli counter for delicious salads and prepared items to go. Don't forget to get a monster chocolate chip cookie or two!

I really want to love this place. The deli case of prepared food looks amazing. Fresh, colorful and veggie packed. The problem is every single item has canola oil or a seed oil in it. I understand these oils are less expensive, but I think it would serve Feast well to offer at least one item with a healthier oil in it. The quinoa tabbouleh, for example, would be authentic and delicious with just olive oil. White Salmon needs more health conscious food establishments!

I'm not sure the products match the price. I ordered a cheese plate to go and it was $13, and as you can see from the photo, that wasn't much. My friend ordered soup and said it was very watery. The sandwiches were good, definitely standard sandos, so can't go wrong there.

I had a delicious sandwich with all the fixins. One of the owners was in the kitchen and she is a blast! Beautiful space with lots of options. I should have brought home a cheesecake. I will be back!

We stopped in for lunch while hiking in the area. They serve deli sandwiches, salads and soup at lunchtime, and then at dinner the menu is more upscale with options such as grilled octopus, and steak, but they do have a few sandwiches & a burger on the dinner menu, too. This would be a great option to pick up some sammies for a picnic lunch if you're passing through the area to hike. I like that they offer a half sandwich option, and you can add a small salad or cup of soup to the half-sandwich as well. We shared a Turkey Pesto sandwich, which came with chips and a couple little pickles, and the Arugula & Beet Salad. The sandwich was great, but the salad was a bit bland as it was supposed to be tossed in a vinaigrette, but it was very weak and while we could see the salad was tossed in a dressing, neither of us could taste any vinaigrette. They also have a deli counter and very small gourmet market with pantry staples such as stuffed olives, dry pasta, jam, crackers, various beverages (both alcoholic & non-alcoholic) and some local wines. The service was friendly and the young woman at the counter was happy to answer our questions. They also have a patio out back with a fantastic view of Mount Hood.

The service was good and staff are friendly. I really like the inside vibe. The quality and portion sizes of food was good. However, the flavor was bland. It lacked unique flavoring. For instance, the Brussel sprouts were cooked perfectly but the seasoning was not there and it was served with aioli that just tasted like mayonnaise out of a jar. For the shrimp and grits, the shrimp were amazing, but the grits lacked consistency in flavor. I would take one bite and it was good. I would take another and it was bland. I also had the vegetable gnocchi and again, the flavor was inconsistent.

Hard to decide between 4 and 5 stars, but everything was so tasty that I went with 5. My Reuben sandwich was outstanding; one of the best I've had. The caprese sandwich was also good. Limited but good selection of beers and cider. Great ambiance, especially the Mt Hood views from the back patio. Pleasant service. Highly recommend

Solid lunch spot in White Salmon. Had lunch here with a business partner earlier this week. I was impressed. Great sandwich selection. I wasn't that hungry, but you can get most sandwiches in half or whole which was nice. I had the half roast beef sandwich, which was really good. Service was solid. Staff was very friendly and polite. Seems like this would be a good spot for happy hour as well. Will try to come back in the evening next time I am in town.

Another unbelievable dinner at Feast! The food is always delicious. The Chef is doing the little things with fresh ingredients to make this one of our favorite places to eat. We drove 90 minutes from Clark County to eat here. Suggestions from our family: Bone Marrow - seriously great starter Arugula/Beet salad Scallops - perfectly seared Shrimp & Grits We had Desiré as our server. She's super knowledgeable of the menu and is able to explain each item if you ask; she understands seasonings and pairings so it feels like an extension of the Chef who created the menu. She's also very personable and if she wasn't serving other customers you'd ask her to sit with you because it feels like family. Even if you need something extra like a sauce, bread, etc Desiré simply takes care of you. One of the more experienced servers I've had in my dining experiences around the country! We are grateful that Feast is serving food in our community. White Salmon is lucky to have this gem!

Best cheesecake I've ever had, went back multiple times throughout our weekend stay. Ordered mushroom gnocchi, hanger steak, and cauliflower, all 10/10. Server was knowledgeable and attentive to food allergies. Will be back whenever in town.

I was very impressed with Feast. They have a really nice outdoor setup--you get a whole tent with a large picnic table and a tabletop fire pit that is incredibly effective! I went on a cold and rainy night and was perfectly warm (with my jacket on). Service was very friendly and attentive. Everything was well cooked and well seasoned -beets & bleu salad: very pretty presentation, nice vinaigrette on the micro greens, and a good amount of beets! Sometimes I think restaurants skimp on the beets -soup of the day: it was potato & bacon, and very hearty, almost more like a casserole than a soup! I liked it that way, it was chock full of stuff and hit the spot on a cold night. Also had bread & garlic butter with it ($2 rather than $3 if you order separately)-- delicious, but I would not have minded more garlic in the butter -hangar steak: this was rare-med rare, which is what I like, and very tender. Chimichurri was well balanced -salmon: also perfectly cooked, I even ate the skin, which I don't always do! -a pumpkin churro dessert that our waiter said the pastry chef made up. It wasn't what I expected, but it was tasty, it was more of a rectangular bar rather than a long twist, and seemed to be puff pastry with a pumpkin cheesecake in the middle. It was only $4, a bargain! -Smoke in the Orchard cocktail: this was mezcal based w/ cider and other things I don't remember. I loved how big it was! And tasty :)

We've been here when they first opened oh so long ago and the restaurant was fresh and fantastic. Unfortunately it's become stale and the servers and chefs don't seem to know what they're doing (where are the owners?). The potatoes for instance which should be a mainstay were extremely dry; a little olive oil please. The ambiance is also bit tired. I get it, you can't afford much for decor but must all older buildings be left to exposed structural timbers and that's it. I will give them credit for a solid wine selection. Try Henni's Kitchen and Bar across the street instead for an example of a restaurant that still makes and serves quality food in keeping with the original idea. Their wine list also also quite good.

It was my first time to FEAST and it did not disappoint!!! Food was plated beautifully and tasted delicious, our server, Desiré was outstanding. We sat outside on the patio with a stunning view of Mt Hood, definitely worth the trip from Vancouver, Wa. Make sure to try the bone marrow!

Back patio was perfect! All the food was just delicious. Our server was very helpful, friendly, and quick! A must go!

We have eaten in many fine dining restaurants all over the country. Feast is the best right here in White Salmon. Best scallops ever! Might as well say best at everything!

Nice spot to dine along the north Columbia River Washington side with a full bar and outdoor patio. If you are looking at their menu and salivating, note that they have a deli / sandwich setup for lunch until 4p when dinner starts. We stopped in hoping to have their dinner menu, and was recommended by the helpful staff to order their special turkey reuben on rye with kettle chips and an arugula, beet, hazelnut salad with smoked salmon. All very yummy. Toll is $2 to traverse the Hood River Bridge from Hood River, OR to White Salmon, WA and another $2 on the return trip.

So cute! Highly recommend! We sat at the bar and the bartender was the sweetest. Great food too!

This place is legit. Service, food, and booze it's amazing. Would I return? I am now trying to live here, White Salmon is amazing and Feast is as well. I would recommend a dish but they are all delish. We tried an off menu mushroom dish, the bone marrow, and the ribeye. All three are worth any penny they ask. I couldn't recommend a better place for a special occasion. We have the cheesecake in the refrigerator and we don't do dessert. Yeah that good.

Fresh and perfectly prepared sandwiches, soups and salads. Gorgeous view. Perfect to grab and go or hangout. Yum!

Our family has eaten at this amazing restaurant for several years now. Every time we have visited this beautiful establishment the food has been incredible. From their unique dishes, flavors, drinks, and desserts you will always find something to meet everybody's palate. The scallops are made to perfection!! I love their outside patio eating area that gives you a beautiful picturesque view of Mt. Hood. There staff is fun and professional. Desire" always goes over and beyond in her customer service and thoughtfulness with the people that she's serving. You feel like family but at the same time have a peaceful experience. What a gift to have this restaurant in the Pacific Northwest along with a beautiful drive to get there if you don't live in White Salmon, Washington. I would highly recommend this restaurant to any person who enjoys a great dinging experience with excellent fresh food.

This place is so good! I had a Martinez Cocktail and the Gnocchi! Lordy! I wanted to lick the bowl! Loved sitting on the patio with a view of Mt Hood. The service was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Had an excellent dinner on a Tuesday night. Excellent service, great recommendations and a great drink. Very friendly and laid back atmosphere with great food choices. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Had Scallops and Brussels Sprouts, both delicious! Waiter was attentive and polite, feel so good to be there. Will be back!

The food always hits the spot! Love all the new soups lately and the special the other night was SOOOO good. It was a flat bread with carmalized onions and poached pears.

No fresh seafood. Rude bartender. Wait staff excellent. Ambiance stark, not welcoming. Great views of Mt. Hood. Don't bother with the food or the the service.

We eat at Feast often. Every sandwich is made with perfection and the daily soups are awesome! I have never been disappointed. The only drawback is the music is too loud.

We split a few small plates (trout, scallops and the three salad sampler) and split a Ruben as well. All was delicious and the Scallops were perfect. Salads were well dressed and very fresh.

Not impressed with the burger at all. Very dry, small and flavorless. A few chips and the tiniest pickles I've ever seen. Not on par with area burgers. I've eaten at them all. Maybe other items are good, hope so. If I try this place again I will not be ordering it.

I enjoy this place for a quick sandwich during my lunch break. Feast has an easy menu and good specials. It's hard to find something to complain about with this place. Very consistent.

This is a must visit place for foodies! It can be hard to detect exactly what this place is ... deli or bistro - well, it's both! You can pick up some delicious grab and go options that only someone who knows how to seriously delight the palate could prepare, or you could sit for - or take away something amazing from the menu. The broccolini, for example, is done to perfection. Just enough "give" with still ample crunch; and with the perfect amount of lemon zest and whatever else to make this sing in your mouth. Just walking in the door makes you want to order whatever that smell is! I am so glad I tried it, which will now we a regular staple!

The service was friendly and menu looked on par but we were pretty underwhelmed by the food in the end. We ordered the scallops, ribs, brussel sprouts and Caesar salad...all which we wouldn't want to eat again. City prices but a miss for us.

The food is SO GOOD. The staff is really lovely, and so wonderful with us even when we've got both our toddler and new baby in tow (ensue mild chaos). One favorite spots in the gorge. Everything is so good, and they make a mean cocktail to boot.

Delicious sandwiches and my kids says the Monster cookies are the best. Sliced chicken breast topper on salad was nicely brined. Recommended

This place was an unexpected delight! I had the shrimp and grits and they were amazing!! My husband and I shared the roasted beet salad. We were stunned to find this gem of a place!
