Went here for dinner, absolutely fantastic. Great atmosphere and service, owner and staff are wonderful. Every dish was excellent in flavor and presentation. If you haven't eaten here, you're missing out.

Feast has become one of our favorite restaurants in Bozeman, and that’s saying something, because there are so many great restaurants in Bozeman. They always have fantastic oysters and ceviche. This time we had halibut and rack of lamb. Both were cooked to perfection with perfect seasoning. I enjoy getting the weekly special text message.

Google
Feast is one of the best restaurants in Bozeman. The seafood is fresh, the steak and sides are all delicious and the atmosphere is great. My only complaint, the water tasted like chlorine.

Stephanie Breth

Google
Our dinner was visually appealing and tasted incredible. The ambiance was classy. The service was professional and courteous. Our experience was unforgettable.

The chef specials get us every time! My husband and I enjoy dining at Feast for date night splurges. The food has been very reliable, for the most part, and we've always had great service. There have only been one or two dishes that we didn't care for but that's more because of personal preference. We always start with an appetizer. Usually oysters or whatever the raw bar special is for the day. Anytime yellowfin tuna is on the menu, that's our go-to. Both of us have ordered off the regular menu and have come to learn that the Chef's special for the night is usually the fan favorite. But, if the special of the night doesn't excite you, our on-the-menu favorites are the Diver Scallops and Feast Burger. We're usually very full and happy by the time the dessert menu rolls around but decided it was time to indulge on our most recent visit. The Vanilla Panna Cotta was so light and delicious. It's not a large serving either so it was perfect for rounding off our meal. Paired with a glass of Chateau De L’echarderie Grand Cru...perfection. In fact, a glass of wine and dessert sound great right about now. I'll be in soon. A slight warning: it can get pretty noisy in here on a busy night so if you're looking for something very intimate, you may want to have a back up plan.

I am in town working for the week and had the opportunity to eat at Feast. First off very welcoming staff from the moment you walk in the door. I sat at the bar and was lucky enough to sit next to a gentleman that has eaten there a few times before and also had rave reviews. The Resturant is hospitality and food forward taking care of guest through the dinner service. local pork from Great Falls, beautiful plate presentation and you will use all your senses as you are dining here. Beautiful balance of sweet, spicy, acid, buttery and each dish had wonderful textures as you ate through the dish. Couple of favorite surprises where the burst of mint in the arugula salad with the pork kofta, the crunchy saltines of the fried capers in the carpaccio, the candied hazelnuts on the scallops and last but for sure not least the little saints "no proof" cocktail (that is perfect with the ceviche) thanks chef/owner Steve, Exec. Chef Nicole and CDC Chef Natalie. I would be honored to cook for you if you come to Minnesota at the Shoreline on Lake Minnetonka.

Google
We got there a little closer to closing time than expected. Not once did we feel rushed! The staff and food were both amazing. My favorite was the catch of the day and the chocolate torte! We also had the steak frites, crab cakes, scallops and ceviche. ALL EXCELLENT! Would definitely recommend! We will be back next time we’re in town.

Google
One of our absolute most favorite restaurants. Sensational menu, with so many great choices across all palates, and a terrific wine list. Hits it out of the ballpark every time!

Yelp
If you eat at one place in Bozeman, make it Feast. WOW! A smaller restaurant, maybe 70 seats, 2 seatings. Get a reservation. The service is very good. Very attentive. The restaurant looks like a fairly new addition. Very nice. The food is amazing! We went appetizers with a salad. I would eat here every night. So good. If I had one criticism, it would be the dressing in the bison carpaccio was a little heavy. Not pictured.

Yelp
Fantastic food. Four "foodie" attorneys from out of town who decided on dinner at Feast! We enjoyed good wine, Caesar salad, and both pad thai and salmon. The salmon was fantastic- coming from a Houston lawyer, that is saying something. I had the salmon served on edamame and wild mushrooms. One of the best salmon dishes ever. Dessert was both the carrot cake and a chocolate mouse with berries. A+ all around. One of the chefs joined is for a bit!

Yelp
I've lived in Bozeman for just under a year now and have tried most of the restaurants. This was by far the best meal I've had in Bozeman. Superb food, excellent service, and great atmosphere. Be sure to make a reservation; it was packed on a weekday.

Yelp
45/10! Get it Bozeman!!! FEAST was perfection! Beautiful interior design. Small and intimate. Mood lighting for a happy, cozy vibe. Staff was perfect. That's it. Hostesses- lovely! Bar tender/my server Kendrick was the NICEST person I have ever met. Owner was there checking everything was running well. Food was unbelievably delicious. Bison Tartare Beet Salad- best I have ever had (and I've had A LOT) Montana 14oz Wagyu- And I could decide on dessert so I got the top 3 on the menu (see pictures) Well done, FEAST! So far some of the best food I've had in my time in many travels to Bozeman.

Yelp
Went here for my birthday dinner. Hostess was great we were running behind and called to see if we needed to extend the time for our reservation. Our server was nice and knowledgeable about the specials and ingredients of the dishes. Unfortunately the scallops were very salty but the server and the manager took care of it. Got the bison steak first one and it was great.
google avatar

Jonathan C.

Yelp
Our server Jason was amazing! He was probably one the best if not the best servers we've had. He was really attentive and made sure that all of our request were handled. We stated with the oysters and they went too quick! I could have ordered if they weren't so costly. We split the butcher steak between us and it was cooked just right, which is a rare blessing. The sides were also really tasty. Only thing preventing this from being a 5 is that scallops were dipped in salt and dragged through a salt mine. Everything else was on point and I would definitely come back here in the future.

Yelp
Fine dining in Bozeman? This is your go to place. Great steaks and seafood. Great wine selection and phenomenal service. We go for special occasions and the staff has always been amazing. Great food, great staff, great overall vibe. If you want a premier dining experience in Bozeman feast is where I recommend.

Yelp
Definitely one of the best spots In Bozeman for fresh seafood. Intimate ambiance with a high-end feel to it but its just simple good food prepared exquisitely. Service is attentive and professional. Here's what I tried: (3) Oysters & Prosecco Bison Carpaccio Roasted Beet salad Diver scallops Lobster Oyster Mushrooms Bittersweet chocolate mousse I recommend everything I tried for the quality and flavor of the dishes. I'd make skip on the lobster as there wasn't anything special about it but other menu items were absolutely delicious and some of the best food I've found in Bozeman. Definitely recommend a visit if you are looking more for a "fine dining" experience.

Yelp
Feast is one of my favorite special occasion places in Bozeman. I dined here on Friday. I was really disappointed in the food, and I wondered if the usual chef was out of town. The steak frites was so underwhelming. The meat was tough and didn't have much flavor. The frites were perfect, but that's small consolation. The brussels were smothered in sauce and very greasy. The crab cake was mushy and the grilled shrimp were dry and overcooked. The Caesear salads were only okay, the lettuce was chopped quite small, which isn't the usual presentation. This seemed like a dinner you might be served at The Holiday Inn. The service was excellent, but if I'm spending over $200 for two people including tip, I expect a whole lot better than this barely average meal....

Yelp
The cozy little restaurant is hidden within a shopping center, and the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a mix of different styles that create a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for a laid-back dining experience. Their service was exceptional from the minute we were greeted, and it continued to impress us throughout our meal.We kicked off our dinner with a delightful half dozen of oysters, the special of the evening; then savored the brussel sprouts and incredible beet salad. The main course featured a variety of fish dishes - salmon and halibut - and they truly were the perfect blend of flavors, textures, and ingredients.

Yelp
I almost hate to write this review as it will make it harder to get a reservation but feel I need to congratulate everyone there. I have been dining at Feast pretty much once a week for some time, took friends and their adult children there over Christmas for a festive splurge and was there again last night congratulating a friend on retirement. The place is absolutely perfect. Wonderful creative menu and prepared food; great team of happy folks. This is by far the best restaurant in town. Please do not change a thing ...oh maybe a special oyster night with more of selection (eg from Island Creek Oysters in MA !)

Yelp
This place is pretty good. The ambiance, service and food is all really top notch. The place is expensive too. But let you tongue be dazzled by all of the wonderful flavors each dish has to offer. The prosciutto wrapped halibut was delicious and the bison tenderloin was fabulous. We got some clams and wings as an appetizer and those were really good too. The clams really small though once you opened up the clam shells. The broth they were in was like an Indian curry. My bison tenderloin came with this kind of spicy sauce with some cooked cucumbers, carrots and some other stuff that I was not too sure what it was but it was darn good. I never really eat much bison though. This is a great place to try it. The chef is really good here and you can tell he knows how to play with your palate. I order a 1/2 pound of king crab legs and it was not worth the $50.00 for it. Bad move on me. But everything else was awesome. Oh the food was hot too and the beer and wine select is bountiful. No hard alcohol though :-(

James N.

Yelp
Overall disappointed by this dining experience, especially considering the good reviews. Hostess was very friendly as was the waitstaff. Ordered the wings, which were hot and freshly cooked but overly salty. I like salt, so for something to be too salty, it has to be really salty. Also ordered the savory oxtail broth. The waiter asked if we wanted it with mushrooms, pork, or both. I shrugged and said both, but when the check came, we were charged $10 extra to have mushrooms and pork. The waiter should have made this clear beforehand, as I would've only chosen the mushrooms as the pork was terrible and tasteless and mushy and we didn't even eat it. The soup itself also was fairly flavorless which was disappointing as I was expecting a deep savory broth but it just tasted basic beef broth with a hint of tanginess. I really wanted to like this place but realistically this was closer to a 2.5 star experience. The food just wasn't good and was overpriced. Our waiter also forgot about us at we had to wait a long time for the check.

Yelp
I loved my visit to Feast! I mean, champagne and cold water oysters? What's not to love? And if you like scallops, ours were cooked to perfection! I definitely recommend Feast when dining in Bozeman.

Jade B.

Yelp
This is the best restaurant in Bozeman!! You can't go wrong with any item on the menu. I highly recommend the halibut. It was the seafood special and it was the best halibut I ever had. It was light and smooth but had punches of flavor. The carrot cake was phenomenal! It has a key lime icing on top which paired beautifully with the carrot cake.

Yelp
Fabulous place, through and through. Brilliant decor. Fantastic service. I grazed through a number of dishes and loved every bite. Sadly, I was only in town for a couple of days or I'd have come back for another round the next day. And as luck would have it, I somehow left my credit card there, which could have been a real hassle, but the owner, Steve, responded to my voicemail with a phone call while I was boarding the plane home. He was kind enough to overnight it to me, so I had it the next morning. Problem averted. And loyalty underscored. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Bozeman.

Yelp
We actually tried to get a same-day 5PM early dinner reservation for 7 on a Tuesday at a nearby Italian restaurant but they had no availability. It worked out because we ended up going to Feast Raw Bar & Bistro which earns a solid 5 stars from me! They set up a nice long table for us next to the front window and wine fridge. The restaurant has a modern decor and is extremely clean and well-kept. I started out with a passionfruit mojito which was refreshing after all that walking at a museum earlier in the day. For appetizers we had two orders of their truffle French fries topped with a generous amount of shaved parmesan. Served in a big bowl, the fries were delicious! Given my love for wings, we couldn't resist ordering their Vietnamese chicken wings. Great garlic flavor with a hint of heat from the chili peppers! I'm a huge fan of cioppino and love seafood...so whenever I see it on the menu, I order it. Feast's cioppino was served in a giant bowl with a two jumbo shrimp, a generous amount of mussels and clams, and half a Maine lobster tail. The tomato broth was seasoned and flavored perfectly. It was the comfort food I had been looking for given the cold and snow outside. The grilled cauliflower was awesome. It's rare to see this dish on any menu. It was seasoned with tumeric, tahini and served with quinoa, lentils. Flavor was just popping out of this dish! Although we were so stuffed with no room left for dessert and given how delicious our meal was, we knew their desserts wouldn't be anything less. We couldn't resist ordering their lemon cheesecake to go. Upon the first bite back at the hotel, we immediately regretted ordering just one! Everyone should have ordered their own. The Feast Raw Bar & Bistro will be our first stop the next time we're in Bozeman because of the friendly and attentive service and amazing food!

Yelp
On Thursday, we sat at the bar and had the absolute PLEASURE of having Kendrick as our server. He was like a warm blanket, very knowledgeable about the menu, and confident about their rotating specials (which change daily and there are a lot of them!) and just a genuine personality. It was quite possibly the best service experience I've ever had (my partner has been in the service industry for 20 years and agreed, Kendrick was fantastic). We have quickly become new regulars at Feast and the dining experience is always excellent! They have excellent service, their team is fantastic, and their creative specials are usually what brings us in Looking forward to dining at the bar again!

Yelp
Good and service was fabulous. We stumbled in here with no reservation and found the service and food to be spectacular. Cannot recommend enough!

Susan P.

Yelp
My son and I split the short rib. When it arrived and we cut into it was virtually all fat. I was able to get one bite of meat as was my son. It was good. But 2 bites for 48 dollars. We said something to waitress and she said I should have told you when you split it the chef picks fattier cuts. She said let me see what I can do. The manager came back and argued with us that he saw meat on the bone. If he had looked at the remains he would have seen only fat. I couldn't believe he was calling us liars!! My son said don't pay and I didn't want to make a scene. The entree price should have been taken off the bill. My only recourse is we will never return and if anyone asks i will tell them don't go there. Very disappointing! I had no choice for zero stars so 1 it is
google avatar

Shawna W.

Yelp
As we drove up to the restaurant I was not expecting much because of the location. However, whoever designed the interior did a great job to transform the restaurant from a boring strip plaza exterior. The service was exceptional and when they bought out our dish I noticed bacon on top and she quickly replaced the dish. The sea bass was cooked perfectly and the coconut sauce was amazing! Will definitely be returning!
google avatar

Clint P.

Yelp
Seriously amazing food and service. It's crowded and loud but fully worth it for phenomenal food! We went all out with food and wine and didn't look back. From start to finish the food just kept coming and every bite was delicious. The Pho was a fun addition, the oysters were delicious, and the steak was so darn good! Truly a place to go eat because you just want something delicious. It's not cheap, but it's also not overly expensive too. 100% recommend.

Lori R.

Yelp
Enjoyed a lovely dinner for 2! Our server Esther was fun, knowledgeable and made terrific recommendations: the halibut Catch of the Day and the Sea Bass special. I loved my beet salad and my companion loved his salted oysters. It was an unexpectedly chilly night so I requested hot water. She served it to me in a pre-heated mug with extra lemon! Perfection! We also loved Caroline our hostess. We'll be coming back soon!

Diane T.

Yelp
Oysters in MT finally! Enjoyed a salad and halibut cakes and a lovely glass of white wine on the patio. Service exceptional. Will be back with my partner

Joe R.

Yelp
Overpriced Great service But small portions I got 3 not fresh scallops and 2 rice balls with 2 stalks of broccolini and 2 stalks of asparagus. None of the flavors meshed. Would go to another overpriced Bozeman restaurant before here. 2/10 because the server was 10/10
google avatar

Mary O.

Yelp
Great food! The burger and Brussel sprouts were so good. A bit loud as it's a small restaurant. Will be back!

Lucas O.

Yelp
We had a delicious dinner here last night. Service was good , restaurant had a great bistro feel to it. I Would definitely return next time I'm in town.
google avatar

Laura F.

Yelp
Simply the best food, wine, desserts, service and atmosphere. Feast is our special occasion and out-of-town guests go to!
google avatar

Nicole C.

Yelp
Only giving 4 stars because we had mixed feelings about this meal. The Vietnamese chicken wings were absolutely delicious and had the perfect crunch. The steak was also very good. However, the grilled cauliflower was not good. Weird mix of flavors and just not up to par with the rest of the meal. Service was good.
google avatar

Pete B.

Yelp
Quite possibly the finest meal I have had in quite sometime. Bozeman is becoming a Mecca for delicious food. Not necessarily fancy but simply good food prepared exceptionally. This place is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Excellent selection from the standards to the specials. Be prepared to give your tastebuds a HAPPY ENDING!!!
google avatar

Paul M.

Yelp
Although the place was full of diners (and thus seemed quite popular), I cannot recommend I and won't be back. We ordered chickpea panelles and the mushroom cakes, New York strip steak and crab cakes. The steak was pretty decent. However, everything else was very salty-- so much so, that we couldn't finish the servings (as hungry as we were). Not good -- do they have a food taster? Service was very slow, but then again, then place was crowded so perhaps servers and kitchen couldn't keep up.

John S.

Yelp
Food was great but was crowded and noisy. Difficult to carry on a conversation. Prices are high and salmon is farm ray.

J B.

Yelp
I am not happy writing this review. I sent a private message to the restaurant, hoping to get a response. To pay $70, including tip for a shared meal was a big disappointment, because my husband and I considered Feast to be one of our favorite restaurants in Bozeman. We dine in, and because we live nearby, we also do take out. Last week, my husband picked up the crab cake dinner and an order of brussels sprouts. My husband's first bite of crab cake included crunching on a piece of sharp shell. We wondered if the rest was safe to eat. The normally tasty green sauce was watery and tasteless. The normally lightly dressed cabbage was dry and uninteresting. The brussels, which are a favorite, were seriously undercooked, raw, hard, and unedible. Into the trash most of the dinner went. Because the food has always been generally very good, we are hoping this was just a bad night, for some reason.

Glenn Z.

Yelp
Good meal and pleasant environment - gets very busy you will want a reservation a couple days in advance
google avatar

Danielle D.

Yelp
Due to the price of this restaurant, we go here maybe once a year. It's ALWAYS a treat. Service is always fantastic, friendly and fast. Food is always hot, flavorful and fresh. My cocktail wasn't the best and the carrot cake dessert didn't match the quality of their main dishes, but overall I'd go back in a heartbeat. Next time I'd love to try the cheesecake. The catch of the day is always a hit as well! Can't go wrong here. Thank you Feast!

Emily S.

Yelp
The restaurant was very cute and charming. Off the beaten Main Street path. The food was overall very tasty. Our waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed the bison carpaccio. Our butcher block steak was a little grainy, not buttery like you expect a $70+ steak to be, but at the same time, it was still tasty and we enjoyed it. The only beef I would say, no pun intended, was the small table we were sat at. I get it if the entire restaurant was full, being just a party of two, but the restaurant was not completely full, and I felt like we kept having to find places for our drinks and dishes, and things like that on our tiny little table.

Lisa F.

Yelp
If you are in Bozeman and don't come to Feast, shame on you! We've eaten in much more high end/priced restaurants but none compare to this jewel. From the call to make the reservation which you will need to the service, atmosphere and the cold chill enticing food you will not find better. Do yourself a favor and enjoy this once in a lifetime experience.

Paul S.

Yelp
Incredible experience!! Our server Katie was one of the best we've had anywhere and we've been to thousands of restaurants all over the world. Every bite was delicious as well as beautifully presented. Feast is one of our definite go to places when we are in Bozeman. Give it a try and ask for Katie. Her recommendations were spot on, on food as well as wine and cocktails.

Tracy L.

Yelp
There is nothing about this place that warrants a return. Do not order the crispy sprouts, unless you want a blooming onion type dish soaked in fry oil with gobs of cheap mayo sauce on top.

Thomas R.

Yelp
Been 3 times. Nice ambience, but food quality has been poor each time. Steaks are tough as shoe leather.
google avatar

M G.

Yelp
We went to Feast for an anniversary dinner and it was all the reviews say it is. Top notch service, great food and drink, really nice setting. Of particular note is the mezze plate. I'm a falafel snob and didn't expect Israel-quality falafel in Bozeman, but I was shocked in a good way. The falafel was crisp on the outside, properly soft inside with a very nice little kick. In fact, the entire mezze plate was so good I'd come back to have it as an entree. Everything else we had was five star level dining.
google avatar

L B.

Yelp
One of our favorites! This is one of our three favorite restaurants here in Bozeman. The owner and managers are wonderful and the food is being compare.
google avatar

Ashley O.

Yelp
Of all the fabulous Bozeman food options, this is by far my favorite. Interesting, consistent, fresh, healthy. I always get one of the fish/seafood specials. Worth the prices. Cute atmosphere. Make reservations. I go often, and have never left wishing for something different, and have never had the same thing twice. Some chefs/bistros are just special. This is one of them.

Yelp
I owned and operated 5 restaurants in Denver for 20+ years. I say this only to qualify my remarks. We also travel since selling our restaurants and truly appreciate great meals. This was one. My expectations are always appropriate for the venue, I still love a great greasy burger in a dive bar but have different expectations in different situations. Seldom I would say we experience a place that executes in ambience, service and culinary experience. Feast did tonight. The service was perfect, unobtrusive and attentive and what we wanted for a dinner with another couple. The design was nice, done in taste and unique enough to leave an impression. The atmosphere was lively and energetic without being loud and distracting. Our server was informed in both food, preparation and had good knowledge of wines and beverages. She made appropriate suggestions and read us well. The food really stole the show. Each course was presented with good timing, attractively with perfect seasoning. The ceviche was fresh, perfect amount of citrus, heat and seafood, scallop and shrimp tonight. Oysters fresh shucked well with no shell, grit etc. and although not needed had great house made accoutrements. Cioppino was excellent. A modernized version with a light tomato broth, a little heat and great depth. Pan seared diver scallops were seared perfect, brown butter again perfect, every thing on the plate was intentional, flavored well and artful. The desserts were truly a great ending to a fantastic night. Flourless torte was nice, again served artful and each component to the plate had purpose. The carrot and parsnip cake was really a show stopper, unbelievable in taste, texture and sophisticated. The candied carrots had a touch of lemon under the sugar glaze and will be often duplicated in my own kitchen. I seldom write an entire review however we wanted to point out success and thank them for a memorable meal. By far the best meal we have had in Bozeman and one of the best in sometime. I empathize on just how difficult to deliver in all areas of a dining experience and look forward to our next visit to Bozeman. Sometimes but rarely am I surprised to find a true culinary delight. Feast is one.

Patty S.

Yelp
We loved this restaurant. It is super cute. Our server, Kaitlyn, was great. The wine list had many options. We ate their bison ribeye special and it honestly was one of the best ribeyes we have had. Their tuna special appetizer was also large and all the flavors worked. Usually these tuna appetizers aren't special, but this one was. We loved their parsnip carrot cake dessert. All in all, this place was solid. And parking was a dream compared to fighting for parking spaces downtown.

Yelp
Based on reviews I was expecting a good meal as we had this far on our trip. We started with the ceviche which was ok and we stopped eating after I found a tomato piece with the label still on. The waitress came back and apologized and said it would be removed from our bill - nice recovery. I had the scallops which were good but lukewarm. Others in my party had the steak frites - just ok and duck pad Thai which did not have a good balance of noodles and duck. The service was good - food not great.

Natalie S.

Yelp
Always amazing food, service and wine pairing. Love the weekly text post of the chef's special.

Justin B.

Yelp
Fire meal. Had wagyu for the first time and the sauce on that jawn was magnificent. Others at the table had scallops and duck pad thai. Both very valid as well. Everything cooked to perfection. Waitress was a G too, very helpful. Chocolate torte ‼. 10/10 would recommend. Set up was coo too. Nice building.
